Help! I am stucked in bootloader mode

Hello
I am stucked in BootLoader mode.
problems:
if i turn on the phone, nothing happens
if i reset the phone, nothing happens
if i hardreset the phone, greean and black sceen with ipl spl numbers.
if i take out the battery, nothing happens..
if i run the original htc wm6 setup or wm5 setup, it makes an error 300, invalid rom update utility.
i only can turn my phone to bootloader mode.
the RUU runs until i push "update" button, and then error 300!
please help me!

htc wizard has "ROMUpdateUtility_Wizard_NoID.exe"
that is for this problem, i think.

you ARE trying to RUU with a HERALD ruu, no?
Also, if you have a wing or a dopod, you must ruu with the tmobile or dopod variation of the RUU, respectively.

i have HTC herald (not wing or etc) black skin with grey buttons.
i tryed to flash with official wm6 ftom htc.com, and the official wm5, from the net (i dont know the source: RUU_Herald_HTC_WWE_1.8.405.1_02.71.90_Ship.exe)
but, the error is the same: 300, invalid update tool.
my friend sais: my bootloader damaged.
i must get an SD Dump from a HTC herald, same as this device, and then i have a glimmer of hope..
or service repair:|

For a help screen, use command ? or h

I also have the same probem.. after using HERALD-USPL-beta3
beucase I want to change langauge GERMANY to ENGLISH.
PHONE IS HTC HERA100
and having same problem as ABOVE.
NEED SOLUTION.. any comment is will be appreciated

Its not mine phone.. Its from my Customer he bring phone to me for change language.
before I don't checked IPL / SPL
but after using HERALD-USPL-beta3
NOW IPL IS 1.08.0001 and SPL IS 1.08.0001 is also same.
waiting for the solution..

probleme flash

Hello,
can some one help me please.
I try to flash my touch cruise and at 99% his stop.
after i just have 3 color screen and can't flash.
I try hard reset but it still color screen.
in the screen i got :
POLA100
SPL-1.25.0000
CPLD-2

Which rom did you try to flash on your device? I would suggest to check out the threads that relate to that rom. If you have used Olipro's hard-spl and followed all the steps for flashing the rom, maybe you could ensure your device is fully charged,that the file you have downloaded (rom) is not corrupted and try flashing it again.

You had to hard-spl your device first!!

I have use Hard-SPL-V2 and when it get at 99%, it stop and then i get the 3 colors screen.
the rom I want to flash is the bepe 0.56.
Is my phone is over or I can get it work again.
I alreasy try to flash with the original HTC rom also, but don't work.

Sorry, just to be clear. It only gets to 99% of the Hard SPL V2? So the problem is not the rom you tried to flash but the Hard Spl?

The Hard-SPL-V2 that i have try is by Olipro, and I follow all the instruction.
I don't know why he stop at 99%.
I ask SFR, and they can't do anythink.
I think it's over for my phone .
I will try to ask HTC if they can do something and how it will cost.

Just to be very very clear since you are talking of HardSPL and of bepes ROM and mix all up:
You did not apply HardSPL to your device!
A device which has HardSPL applied would read "Pola100 MFG, SPL-2.20.Olinex, CPLD-2" at the 3-color-screen. Your device is still with the original bootloader. I suggest you try applying the HardSPL V2 again until it works or you get bored. Exactly follow instructions given in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=370434

CPLD-2.
Then I follow the instrutions, but when I get the step 7 the device appears always on 0% and get always the error 262.
Do you know how to fix this?!?!?

You did something wrong. You have still original spl!
The correct steps:
Download hard-spl.
Plug your pda to pc.
On Pc run RomUpdateUtiliy (from Hard-spl folder)
Now you will see on PDA a tricolor screen and will be asked replug your usb cable. DO IT.
After Few minutes pda will reboot, hard-spl is installed.
Download the rom.
Now, STEP MANUALLY to bootlader. (press and hold camera, and press reset)
You will see a tricolor screen with OLINEX on your pda.
On the pc run the RomUpdateUtiliy (from the downloaded rom folder)
After Few minutes pda will reboot, new rom is installed.

See the images attached please.
I never get the "Replug information".
It's strange that Image version doesn't appear...

Dear Please help my PDA HTC p3400 has hanged at started up only at front screen only it is not moving further. i had done hard restet also then also not working. Please help me out .

Try to bootup without the SD card (and may be SIM), I had this problem with my Vox, the SD Card was corrupted. After formatting the SD Card, everythig became normal.

i have made the upgrade to wm5 to wm6.1
the pda at the first time has booted and i have configured the regional time and the pen alignment until the the screen that says Setup complete, click to proceed (or something like this).
After this, it gets stuck on the windows mobile 6.1 boot screen
i have made the re-update with the same rom update.
the problem persists!
I have made with/without sd card and sim.
Now when it boots apears
ONBL 1.07.0000
SPL 1010.olip
GSM 02.84.90
OS 1.17.0.0
then changes for the wm6.1 boot screen
and stucks here

assuming ur phone is just dead ie just blank screen do this
1.power off the phone remove batter and press the power button 3 secs
2.put batter back in to the phone
3.Press camera button and then power on at the same time u will get tricolor
used usb and Flash new ROM
or press camera button and do soft reset using stylus this will also give u the tricolor use USB and flash new ROM

Then it shows the windows animations and then it hangs.
This has happned to me twice.
I had installed following applications after the ROM upgrade. Does any application creating a problem

3) Quick Menu
4) Opera Mini
5) TCPMP with many codecs

I had tried that also but not able to recover I had to burn the ROM again .
I am scared now to soft reset my gene. Never know when it will get hanged again. (pls note that it does not hang on every soft reset).
I liked the new ROM (6.1 pro Sumeet) so much. It is fast and have left enough room to add/execute other applications. I have read so many good comments about the ROM. I do not want to change it to any other version.
Please.. please try to get some solution.

HTC P3400 Bricked Help needed.

Hi,
while updating my ROM of HTC P3400, i have bricked it. Now when i press any button on the phone nothing happens. Only red and green light flashes once and nothing else happens. No bootloader mode (tri color). No battery charging indication nothing. Phone is compeletely dead. I have some ROM images and set of tools (mentioned on this site) available with me. Please help me recovering my cell phone. let me know some links etc or any other means of getting my cell phone back.
I am in need of desperate help.

if u tried olip's method n ur mobile is not working.this indicates u hav new gene.proceed from step no.4 from here

i am not able to come in Boot loader mode as well. When i press cmaera key with power on key...nothing happens. Battery is also not out. i have tried my phone's battery successfully in frn'z cell.

Power on your device. When the leds blinks hold camera button and reset the device. That way you should go to bootloader mode and flash another rom.
When I have that problem I solve this way.

guys I have the same problem. My htc gene is bricked.I have tried all the methods. I am unable to recover using Orefkov's method. When I try to press power key or soft reset button , onlr red and green light blinks. Nothing else happens. I am even not getting the tri color screen.please help me.

Right click on the Activesync icon and deactivate USB Connection. Wait for the device to be recognized, if it is not being recoginized, change the cable.

You can install any ROM you feel like, the choice is yours - just make sure that it says that it is for "New Gene"

PPL, I've tried all of it.. hold the camera key and reset/power on etc but my p3400 denies to boot. only answer n disconnect key blinks while trying to reset.
while trying to press the power on key nothing happens,,, no led blinks at all....
pls help...

It's because you tried to flash with a SPL and IPL lower than 4, I believe.
I'm quite sure you just can't flash ROM's! lol.
Hard reset your phone: Hold down the two soft-keys, and while holding them, press and release the Soft Reset button. That should bring up a black screen. Press the phone button. You should be back to your default ROM. SHOULD be.
Ivanmmj would know more about this though.

I'm not sure but I think you may have bricked your phone. I'll say it now. You should have done your research. There may be one more thing you can do. Hold down the camera button and press the soft reset button. Don't let go he camera button till you see the multi colored screen. connect your usb and run the current official T-Mobile ROM. If your lucky enough, your wing will be restored to a new factory default version. Let me know if it works.

I don't know much about the gold card. But at this point there really is no reason why you shouldn't try it.
