When i tryed to install WWE version ( i downloaded the install file with code which i get from here because my s/n was invalid ) some VENDER ID problems occurs , how to fix it ?
you need to instal hspl first because that rom is for unbranded phones but your phone is vendor locked.
go read the hspl threads in the rom development section.
there are only 3 possibilities:
1. get the update from your provider and the vendor ID will match
2. get a Goldcard to flash the Rom
3. flash HSPL...

Every ROM inside comes with an exe file which gives you step by step instructions on flashing.
But before flashing, make sure your phone is CID unlocked first.
CID unlocked? I have no idea what that means and how I would check that.
Get your phone to HardSPL and IPL to 3.10 first.

Did you try flashing a cooked rom? if it does not work, flash with FlashaholicRUU v1.1. It will wipe your phone then install the rom.
Note: Flashing FlashaholicRUU v1.1 will remove Magldr so just reflash Magldr.

incorrect stock rom flashed over sd card whilst hspl is installed. hspl is now removed and the rom fails because hspl is gone.
enter bootloader
flash hspl
flash rom (usb)
next time use the correct stock rom.

Download Your Stock Rom.

Once you download your rom.
Find the Ruu_signed.nbh file, Rename to LEOIMG.nbh
Copy LEOIMG.nbh to your Micro SD Card Root Folder.
Turn off your HD2.
Hold Volume Down while pressing power on your HD2 Flash the File.
Release the buttons when you see the Bootloader or a Loading screen.
Press Power or ...... to flash.

Hello everyone. My hd2 is just come back from the technical assistance. I had some freezing problems, then they changed my motherboard (after three shippings... but that's another story). The problem now is i have spl 3.03 but i would hspl2, so i can try android on nand and maybe windows phone7. I've read a lot of posts, can you confirm me the correct procedure to flash hspl2, please? From what i've understood the steps are:

I have a 3.14 Rom with an SPL 3.03 and cannot install HardSPL 2.08
You must downgrade your Rom to a Rom with an SPL 2.10 or lower in order to install HardSPL 2.08. Try to find a 1.48, 1.66 or 1.72 Rom from your carrier and flash via micro SD Card to downgrade the Rom and SPL, then install HardSPL 2.08 and flash a new Radio to meet the requirements for flashing Magldr. If you cant find a Stock Rom that will flash on your phone then goto *THIS* thread and read on how to create a GoldCard for your micro SD Card. With a GoldCard you will be able to flash ANY Stock Rom without problem.

What are you trying to do ? Update with a stock rom ? Or with a custom rom ? What OS are you using on PC ?
Put sspl and *.nbh file in the same folder and run exe file with phone connected in bootloader
you can only flash "custom" ROMs WITHOUT RADIO in it, OR roms that contain the right radio for your phone!

I had the same problem. I was trying to restore my phone to original firmware, due to issues with custom firmwares. I had managed to extract the NBH from the installer provided by my carrier, and used CustomRUU to flash the phone, but the phone was not booting.
I then flashed one of the EnergyROM builds onto my phone.
After that I could not get the original firmware onto the phone, error 290 at 9%.
I booted my phone into the bootloader (red/blue/green), and used HSPL2 to set SPL to 1.42.HSPL. I could then flash the original firmware.
My phone is now working fine, as best I can tell.
