Did you try flashing a cooked rom? if it does not work, flash with FlashaholicRUU v1.1. It will wipe your phone then install the rom.
Note: Flashing FlashaholicRUU v1.1 will remove Magldr so just reflash Magldr.

incorrect stock rom flashed over sd card whilst hspl is installed. hspl is now removed and the rom fails because hspl is gone.
enter bootloader
flash hspl
flash rom (usb)
next time use the correct stock rom.

Once you download your rom.
Find the Ruu_signed.nbh file, Rename to LEOIMG.nbh
Copy LEOIMG.nbh to your Micro SD Card Root Folder.
Turn off your HD2.
Hold Volume Down while pressing power on your HD2 Flash the File.
Release the buttons when you see the Bootloader or a Loading screen.
Press Power or ...... to flash.

if you flash back to a stock ROM via activesync then HSPL will still be on the phone - only an SD card method wipes the HSPL.
and you can flash over a flashed ROM - I've done it and it's fine but if you're trying lots then I'd prob go back to a stock ROM every now and then

but how, because stock rom is in exe file...?
Jest extract this .exe (like .rar or .zip). Then find leoruu_signed.nbh or sth like this and rename it to leoimg.nbh Then put it on sd card, switch off the phone. Get it into bootloader mode and installation will start.

Hi, i really didn't want to start a new thread but i have tried searching and can't find anything.
I've recently discovered the joys (and the curse) of flashing cooked ROMs. I've been enjoying the Energy ROMs but i can't get email to work so i thought i'd try back on stock ROM where it always worked fine before.
I've looked at the guide on how to go back to stock ROM, I've flashed the Stock ROM (Orange UK) and am trying to put the stock SPL (1.14) back but keep getting "Error 208 File Open" when i run the Unsigned Hard SPL that i downloaded from the guide.
(as i understand the guide, i click on the Unsigned HSPL, but before letting it do anything after extracting the files, i replace the SPL version with my Stock version and then allow it to continue)
It extracts the files but i get the error messege and can only Exit.
What can i do?
I think that Stock ROM overwrites HardSPL and at this moment You've got Stock SPL - check in bootloader.
Nope, still on 1.56 OliNex, installing stock ROM installs the stock Radio with it but not SPL.

Tried 3 MicroSD cards to crate Goldcard, all went ok, but I can't flash original rom!
I tied to clickimg.zip update.zip cickdiag.zip tried to update in fastmode usb, and WWE exe file from bb, nothing worked.
Any suggestions?

Try with the correct filename; clicimg.zip
I did a unroot and restore to stock rom once and that without a goldcard. I placed CLICIMG.ZIP in root folder on my SD card, rebooted HBoot, waited and the phone was unrooted and restored to stock rom
Maybe you can post correct zip file that you flashed?

I have fixed the problem, the problem was Android SDK's USB ADB Driver he is refusing to flash device via WWE EXE. After deleting it I was able to flash using recovery + WWE Firmware...

1st go back to Maverik or original recovery for ur to flash 1.6

hello, xda pros .... im having a little problem with my hd2 .... well, its because i can't remove my old HSPL and flash OSPL from my stock rom, because i want to install my windows mobile 6.5 (original rom). 1) i tryed to take Ruu.signed.nbh file (and rename it to Leoimg.nbh) and when i enter my HSPL it starts to open that .nbh, but when it start to update it just pops the message 'Not allow'...

well ... i have HSPL 3.03. ... can you just tell me what to do to return my stock rom, maybe i was missdirected at the first place .. pls ?
Stanoye92 the easiest way to get back to stock ospl to hspl or hspl to ospl is to flash hspl3 by Cotulla http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=6891358&postcount=1893 . If you want to go to stock rom via sd card follow this simple instructions:
1)Download Official Stock Rom to your computer
2)Extract the Official Stock Rom to a new folder
3)Copy RUU_Signed.nbh to your computer
4)Rename it to leoimg.nbh
5)Copy leoimg.nbh to your Root of your Sd Card
6)Power off device, insert the Sd Card
7)Press volume down button (hold it)and press power button
8)It will load into bootlader screen (red, blue, green and white)
9)Let go of volume down button when you see "loading..."
10)The rom upgrade screen will loaded
