flash already flashed rom

i opologise in advance if this has already been anserd but evrytime i try to flash over my hd2 with
Duttys_Leo_Sense_2.5_5.2.23529.5.5.0_2.07_HG_V0.8_Radio_2.07.50
to
RTT_Shock_Star_RC4
it fails,do i need to flash bk to standerd rom first and re apply hspl?

if you flash back to a stock ROM via activesync then HSPL will still be on the phone - only an SD card method wipes the HSPL.
and you can flash over a flashed ROM - I've done it and it's fine but if you're trying lots then I'd prob go back to a stock ROM every now and then

but wen i try to flash to a cooked rom it gives me a error 260:conection?

how to put official ROM and delete HSPL?

I have HSPL installed, and dutty's ROM.
I would like to delete HSPL and put official rom.
How to do this?

but how, because stock rom is in exe file...?

Jest extract this .exe (like .rar or .zip). Then find leoruu_signed.nbh or sth like this and rename it to leoimg.nbh Then put it on sd card, switch off the phone. Get it into bootloader mode and installation will start.

plz help me ... when i flash winmo 6.5 back ,it error while in progress when enter bootloadter it said upgrade ROM code error ....thx in advance

Did you try flashing a cooked rom? if it does not work, flash with FlashaholicRUU v1.1. It will wipe your phone then install the rom.
Note: Flashing FlashaholicRUU v1.1 will remove Magldr so just reflash Magldr.

incorrect stock rom flashed over sd card whilst hspl is installed. hspl is now removed and the rom fails because hspl is gone.
enter bootloader
flash hspl
flash rom (usb)
next time use the correct stock rom.

Stock Rom
Download Your Stock Rom.
If you have T-Mobile USA Go Here: www.tmobile.com/wmupgrade
If not find your stock rom here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=623283
Once you download your rom.
Find the Ruu_signed.nbh file, Rename to LEOIMG.nbh
Copy LEOIMG.nbh to your Micro SD Card Root Folder.
Turn off your HD2.
Hold Volume Down while pressing power on your HD2 Flash the File.
Release the buttons when you see the Bootloader or a Loading screen.
Press Power or ...... to flash.
Have any problems contact me.

is it possible to replace official recovery with clockwork recovery in stock rom?
i have a goldcard but it does not let me sappimg roms different from my stock rom.
i donot have a cw or amon recovery. i need the recovery to get the engineering spl.
since only my stockrom can be sappimg'ed, how can i get the clockwork recovery by replacing My stockrom's original recovery with the cw/amon recovery??
can it be done??

i had 3.22 radio, but i flashed another stockrom (htc europe 3.05 rom) which was devided in rom and rom1 files. i flashed rom1, sys,userdata,recovery. rom file had hboot,boot and radio 6.35.
i was unable to flash rom file (hboot,boot and radio 6.35) because when radio starts updating, the screen starts changing colours to grey for, like, 40 minutes (does this normally happen??)
now i have old radio, incompatible hboot/boot file- to correct it, i need Recovery

I wrote to you how install recovery already (via flash_image). You posted that it doesn't work with your strange combo hboot/radio. I think there is no other method until you get normal combo.

help me to flash my htc desire 820s

My phone was rooted And it stuck in the bootloop menu. then I went to a shop and flashed my device. after someday an update came for that rom. I updated,and my phone restarted with no command. I downloaded a custom rom. and then I tried to flash my device again. but I failed. I tried sp flash tool but my computer was unable to install that device. so I couldn't flash. there is a option that shows update from sd card. but the rom I downloaded was a. rar file please tell me what to do. I'm helpless.

Drivers issue yet again.
Use the tutorial from this link to install the MTK drivers then try to flash with SP Flash Tool again.

You have to flasg the rom using your pc
