HELP! HTC Touch Cruise Update Problem

Hi Im kinda a n00b here but i tried updating to 6.1 with a LEGIT rom from the HTC website and it stops at 1 % after the grey screen and sez this software is not compatible with this device.
I tried putting it into bootloader mode manually and it got up to 13% then died.
ANY ADVICE??
and i can't seem to install hard spl either. I really want to instal syrius' Diamond rom for Touch Cruise

Take a look at the wiki and make sure you are following all the steps.
There is an excellent guide there (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=381600) that contains everything you need to know.
If you still have no luck, let us know what you are doing step by step and someone should be able to help you out.

Bricked wing?

Tried to upgrade to Touch flo and installation froze, now my phone wont boot past the white t-mobile screen, anything i can do?

was your phone hardspl'd? did you read how to flash? is it a herald or wing?

What rom were you trying to flash? try to get into the bootloader mode and reflash the original rom, Use this link if its a WING http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=321717 , to get into bootloader softreset while holding down the camera button, it will come up to a colorful screen with ipl and spl information... While in this screen connect the device to the computer and reflash..

i tried that but i doesn't wrk on my phone for some reason. please help me!!!!!!

Display wont turn on - Flashing back original Rom

Hi there,
I got a huge problem with my Touch HD.
The Display does not turn on anymore. When I turn on the phone, it vibrates and after a while I hear the HTC welcome sound, but the display does not show anything.
Also when I start it in bootloader mode the display does not show anything.
I still have warranty for the phone, but I used Duttys 3.9 on it. So I have to flash the original rom now using USPL. The questions are:
Is it possibile to flash it without seeing anything on the display? (Should be possible I think)
How can I see that the flashing worked and I have the original rom and did a hardreset succesfully? Is there a way to see that in the file system when I connect the phone with the PC using Activesync? Can I use Activesync after hardreset without configuring the WM on the phone?
I really need your help now, so please help!

white HTC boot screen after ANDROID -> no reaction whatsoever

Hi XDA Devs,
I've managed to break my HD2.
I was in ANDROID and shut down the phone over A. since then:
It's stuck on the white boot screen with the HTC logo (without any numbers in the left low corner).
No usb connection, no further sign of hope.
Hard reset, battery out -> nothing seems to help.
Do you got an idea how to get my HD2 working?

HD2 was running on:
2.10 radio (Vodafone Germany)
Artemis 24

Get into the bootloader mode ! do a task 29 format ..once it is completed again get into the bootloader mode and then flash the rom u were using ! cheers

I've managed to get into the bootloader mode and perform task 29.
Right now I'm tryin to upload artemis 24 to my phone but its either stuck at 0% or somewhere between 35%-60%. never came further than that AND it always takes awefully long!
EDIT: now its always 0%. I'm flashing with SSPL_RUU.exe
Do you got an idea how I'm able to fix that?

ok ..do one thing ..enter bootloader ..perform task 29 again ...then again bootloader ...change ur radio to 2.07.50. ...u will find this radio in the energy rom thread ..once u have flashed the radio ...enter bootloader again and flash the latest energy rom .:. forget abt the artemis rom for now ..do this and then tell me

Thats awesome ! ..good ! always use energy roms they are much more stable and much better and perfect in itself ,artemis is just like the stock rom and has its own benifits ! welcome anytime ! cheers

My HTC HD2 is not reacting when i touch the screen!!
Hi.... I have an HTC HD2... i have 3 months since i bought it... ever since the phone was working awsome... but like 3 weeks ago the phone started working really slow.. so i decided to do a factory reset to solve the problem... after the phone was rebooted it worked about 10 min perfectly fine.. then it locked as it usually dose (when its not in use).. but when i tried to unlock the phone,the screen was not reacting.. the problem is NOT that the screen dose not display.. the problem is that when i pass my finger throgh the screen to unlock,it dosnt work.. its like freezing... i tried to upgrade the ROM but it still gives me the same problem!!!
Is there a way i can fix this problem??? if there is i would really apreciate youre help!!! Thanks...

I did hard reset and its complete but the device rest again still freezing.

had the same issue with my german HD2. Just install new HSPL (Version 3 I think) and the device will reboot proper.

Hi, thanks for your advice, but my HTC doesn't start so, I can't upload any rom.

just hold down VOLUME DOWN button when turning your device on.
Your HD2 should go to usb mode like you know it from RUUUpdate Utility.
