every time i try to turn on my bluetooth it will not start . it keeps on saying '' can't start bluetooth.

i get tthe same thing. if i turn off the phone and switch it on then it seems to work

didnt solve with soft reset.
I had problem with bluetooth but turns out my phone memory was nearly full so deleted some stuff and was ok after this !
solved the problem:d
just find below files in file explorer and add an a to the end of the filename and do a soft reset:
BtSdkCE30.dll
BtCoreIf.dll

Hello!
Does anyone have ideas about following subject: Word Mobile and Media Player (that preinstalled) do not work properly. Word refuses to open any doc file, even create a new one saying "cannot open the document because of the problemt with it" (or someting like this), mediaplayer simply does not start saying nothing at all and, of course, does not open files, associated with it.
That situation apeared after soft reset, when both applications were running. (Reason of the reset is - IE hang up).
Please help me to find any way to make that progs work without hard-resetting the system.
Maybe there are any common for that progs registry entries or smth like this?

Of course! Soft reset, turning off and on! Nothing happens. The problem remains unsolved.

word seems to keep a record of previously opened files...and if u move the templates (in my documents folder) word also gives the same error...i dunno exactly what i did to solve it but now is working in my case...i did 2 things and it started to work, dunno exactly wich one solved it or in what order i did it:
- copied a .txt from desktop and tryed to open it with pocket word edited it and saved it...
- tryed to open my docs\templates\blank document.dot from within total commander...

My PDA restarts itself every 8-10mins (soft reset). It is also unable to find a network ("No service") so I'm not able to make and receive calls.
I don't really know what I've done that problem appeared (installed/uninstalled some software, made some registry cleanup using Pocket Mechanic).
It's huge problem for me, I don't know what to do...

Now it's OK(finally!). It had to be some software conflict. After unistalling the program and deleting key in registery and reseting the pda came back to normal work, it found the network and doesn't reset enymore. Ufff...

I cannot delete any files - the MDA seems to think that the files are read-only - it has also complained about space - it seems that it cannot do anything without me clearing some space. I don't want to hard reset just yet - I've soft reset but still the same problem.
Also I cannot sync with my PC - it cannot get the settings from the MDA - so its a fone problem - I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling ActiveSync but same same - no go.
Anyone had this issue??

You can close this - after using the file commander to back up the files and manually delete stuff I hard reset and then reflashed. A crappy fix but there we are.
i jus flashed OT biggie vista on my fone and out of nowere after using the phone for a couple mins it started to reboot itself in a loop continuously then i removed the SD card and it stopped...but now the phone is non responsive nothing seems to work from the keys to the screen...i need some help

if the soft reset key doesn't work, try taking the battery out.
Use a file explorer (Total Commander or Resco) to rename \Windows\omap850_sdhc.dll to omap850_sdhc.dll.old and reboot.

My HP 6915, when i make a soft-reset doesn´t ring and does not assume the changes, for it to ring.
i can´t resolve with hard reset because it still the same.
did anyone had the same problem?

did you recently plug in the headset? If so try plugging it it in again and take it out slowly (sometimes the contact has been known to get stuck)
Did you install TOmTOm on it, there is a known issue with sound after installing this app. This is what solved it for me:
I have found a solution to the issue with TomTom 6. When it installs, it overwrites two dlls in the PPCs Windows directory, BtCoreIf.dll and BtSdkCE30.dll. Immediately after TT6 install rename each of these to .old, or delete each file. Windows automatically re-installs the originals. Do a soft reset and all then works ok.

Hello! i am reviving this thread, because i also have a sable 6915 and recently after a day of normal operation the phone stopped giving sound. The only thing different was that i had the CPU overclocked to a safe setting on "pocket hack master: 520 mhz".
I tried hard reseting with no luck... I don't think that it has to do with hardware, but you just never know...
anyone else with the same problem, that found a solution?
