Hi guys .... I got a problem with my htc touch p3450 elf. The problem with my device is freezing all the time i have tried everything like........flashing several type of roms changing radio and (ipl-spl) but nothing works same problem freezing and shuts down....im really worried about this i dont know whats the matter with my device....is there any buddy can tell me regarding this problem that what is wrong with my device .....i,ll be really thanxfull to him.
A similar kind of problem happend to me also but i dont know if the issue is the same... i uninstalled all the programs ive installed in it.. i think elf and elfin doesnt take too many software. try doing a hard reset if the problem still persists. Back up all ur data's before that.

Im new to the forum so hello everyone
i own a TyTN, and have upgraded it to WM6 and installed all sorts of stuff since i had it. Bout a half an hour ago i installed some games onto my TyTN like i usually do but after i restarted the device the touchscreen isnt working anymore!!
this is a serious problem i think and i have no clue why it happened. I tried de-installing all the games and apps ive installed on it trough activesync but it isnmt working :S does anyone know what i could do to fix it cus i dont think the screen should be broke?

First try a few soft resets. Do not go straight for a hard reset or you may get stuck on the alignment screen and then there's nothing you can do.
You have got FULL backups I hope??? If so try running one of them.

thx, after rebooting it like 10 times i just took the battery ou tand left it for half an hour, when i put it back in the touchscreen worked again

Ok now Wm6 is really cool , fast and stable .. BUT WTF happened to my device ? It suddenly resetted itself and the Funny thing is that it wont accept my Screen lock PASSWORD !!! it's the 3rd time it HAPPENS. i know that there are threads talking about this Problem but none has provided a real solution. HOW CAN I UNLOCK THE SCREEN WITHOUT LOSING everything installed on the device ? Please Hint me . Many thanks

Until now there is no solution but hard-reset it.
I would like to know if there is any alternative software to LOCK the PDA because i dont feel like using the WM6 one again , 4 Hard reset are enough for me. Any software Guys ? Thankss.

plz solve me from this problem....
I hard rested my device several times due to programe error while installing 3rd party software. now LED ligh is not flashing. No lights are coming. Earlier it was working.. Green, Orange, Red, Blue , Purple color i saw earlier to indicate different situation...Any body pla help me to solve this problem

Try hard reset again (make sure you are using a stable ROM) and if the LED still doesn't work then it's a hardware problem, not a software problem.
I tried Hard Reset again problem still not solved. ROM using is WWE_RC2140907B2, Radio is AL1_KLNC2340_070905_RS001, ExtROM is EX0926 and Hardware is V7. Is it old ROM information...?

try to upgrade ROM or reflash. maybe currupted already else, it's hardware

LED display problem not yet solved even though i updated new ROM version of my O2 ATOM LIFE.......

Did your Atom Life fall ? Because mine has fallen and since that, the LED aren't working anymore. Try to use your finger to push where the LED are (near the front camera). When I do that 3 seconds, I can see the green led.
I also have a similar Problem but in my case it opposite !! my bluetooth led keeps on forever !!! i had hard reset/ reflashed/ nogo then got it to service as hardware prob the rep replaced the complete board with new imei still nogo any suggestion i can give the o2 guys !!! i think it might be the battery wat say ????

Now new problem i found on o2 atom life is some time machine is not answering for incoming calls... what may be the reason.... then one more doubt....? 3rd party saftware where we can install in device... in phone memory or in memory card.... i installed most of the softwares in memory cards.. is it because of that....?

I have a strange problem with my phone. That is my touch screen is not working. But when i put the phone on to the radiator or on a hot stuff, it starts to work! After a while its freezing again. Yeah thats true, im not kidding
I dont know why it happened but is there anyone who has the same problem with me? I guess theres a problem with the touch screen and i need to change it but if i know that somebody has the same problem and can help me how he/she fixed this problem i will be grateful for this.
change your radio or flash a newer rom this is how i fixed my phone

so here is the problem,recently my phone started to freeze for a few seconds (not responding the screen)and then everything was normal,but now i cant unlock,i.ve try diferent ROMs but the problem is still here,it runs on Android,before on Windows.the hard keys green,home,back and red i think work properly but i.m not sure,so please is the LCD,hard keys or digitizer or softwer problem how to know???if someone got the same problem please help me....i love this phone very much

lots of people have the same problem. The screens start to fail after a while.
Best test = reinstall the stock TMOUS rom, if the problem still occurs, your touch screen is dying.
Im with samsamuel. Its the time we live in where phones are made to only last 2 years. Where are the good old days where you could just buy a nokia 3310 and have a phone/bodyarmor.
