isnt it as simple as that on a PC? ..u go to display settings and change it?
because sometimes i noticed the 800X480 is too much for browsing thru forums..and wud like to reduce it.

As far as I know, you can only change the size of the letters, but there may be some options within XperiaTweak.
But I don't think it can be done to be honest..

You can zoom in and out in Opera withe the volume key
i just use the volume keys, works a treat for me

I've only just realised i have no idea how to switch between keyboard types, qwerty or traditional abc keyboard etc, i'm sure i've done this before but how?
at the bottom of the screen (when the keyboard is up) there is a small icon of a keyboard. Tap the right part of it and a pop up menu with options for keyboard layout will appear.
oh yeah!! doh!! thanks man, i was wondering as i've just got the hd mini for my wife and the question came up, although you have to go into settings for that phone. Must say i'm impressed with the HD mini, its lightening fast, faster than my hd2.

Its because the pixels don't have to move so far on the tiny screen
any way to adjust this to my liking on my own??? or any market apps that do this??? I like more when im typing for a more responsive feeling.
The speed at which the handwriting recognition scrolls to the left when you enter a word is pretty slow, and keeps me from writing quickly. Wondering if there is a way to make it shift faster so you don't have to wait for the word to shift over. I'm not concerned with the text recognition processing speed so much as just getting the words down. I realize those might be related, but I've used slower tablets that let you set the speed faster, so I would think this is just a default setting.
