pola100 I flash spl 3.13.0000 and I cant anything flash,please I SOLVED IT :-) LOCK

Hi,
I have htc polaris (pola100)
but I unwillingly flash spl version 3.13.000 but now doesn't go anythink flash,
don't go flash anythink other spl version (1.25.0000, 1.28.0000)
Please anybody help me.

You had to flash the original ROM of your Polaris before flashing the Original SPL.
Can you get the tricolor screen?

I have original spl but after I flash hard-spl v2 and flash not original rom,but this rom was very bad.
So I would back my original wm6.1 rom htc, so i find original three original spl (1.25.0000 1.28.0000 3.13.0000) I flash spl 3.13.000 but now doesnt flash anythink anythink spl and anythink rom
please and now?

Isn't there any ROM flashed?

and original rom htc wm6.1
But all roms frozen near 0% on htc display

I think you've bricket your phone

Default Problems installing HardSPL
Hi,
I have installed the last official version on WM6.1 on my htc, now i want to install one custom rom from this forum.
I tryed to istall first HardSPL, but i don't know why, the process get stuck at 0% of the istall and never continue.
In the 3 color screen appear:
POLA100
SPL-3.13.0000
CPLD-2
Someone can help me?

On the screen I read:

Here is what I do and what happens when I try to use HARD-SPL V2:
1) I connect the USB cable and the writing on the device changes from "serial" to "USB"
2) I run romupdateutility
3) I check "I understand..." + next
4) I check "I completed..." + next
5) on the PC a message "verifying the information on your PDA phone, please wait" appears and after a while the device switches to a screen with a progress bar at 0%, while on the PC the following message appears:

I tried usinr both Vista and XP, with or without MicroSD and SIM card. It's always the same.
I tried flashing different SPLs (even the two original ones) with the same problem. If I try to flash a ROM I get the ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID"
after 1% progress.
I HAVE SAME PROBLEM

I think you must wait Olipro or another chef here to say you how to refalsh SPL with 2.40 version in command line

You can try to flash you original ROM via SD-Card.

what is the solution ? I have the same problem with :

and then if i put the rom on my SD card i try to update it
it says LOADING..... Checking... NOT ALLOW error 00028002.
I was trying to upgrade to stock rom, but i can not find the right one..
My phone serial number is HT93LKD00115.
if anyone knows stock rom for this device.. please help...

You need to use either USPL or HSPL to flash a rom, follow this guide and you'll be fine, and post further flashing queries within that thread.

[Q] Flashing blackstone to USPL v2.5

Hi all,
I'm trying to flash my device to USPL v2.5 but, when I run the GUI, the application gets stuck and nothing happens on my device...
Currently, my device has the following configuration:
ROM version: 1.56.401.0 (43972) WWE
ROM date: 03/06/09
Radio version: 1.13.25.24
Protocol version: 52.62.25.34U
The bootloader screen shows:
BLAC100 32M
SPL-1.54.0000
MicroP-BlackStone (LED) v6
And at the white frame, when I plug the USB cable the text USB shows up.
What am I exactly trying to do?
Upgrade from WinMo 6.1 to WinMo 6.5
I'm following a tutorial from the forum but, I can't pass through the first step (flash the USPL bootloader)
As far as I understood, I must change the bootloader to continue to flash the new ROM... right?
The host computer I'm using for the process is running Windows 7 Ultimate version and, I have already tried to boot with "disable driver signing enforcement" option.
The question is:
Could somebody help me with this problem?

After I tried to get my stock SPL back the phone it's not working anymore.
Always it starts in boot mode and Displaying this Message:
In the Right corner:

Then I have:

SPL-1.14.0000
MicroP-BlackStone (LED) v6
And after:
Upgrade ROM code error
Please try again
and if I do not have th sd carin at the bottom I have :
Serial
I have to say that I am running Windows 8 x64.
Please help me I really appreciate that!
PS: I have searched in the forum I cannot find any specific solution that worked for me.

Most, if not all, custom ROM (WM 6x) is not supported by the stock SPL 1.14.
I thought you had already flashed SPL 1.56 Olinex.

My recommendation is to revert back and re-flash HSPL 1.56 Olinex. See this link:

Follow the steps patiently and carefully.
Make sure you login to Windows with an account that has Admin rights.
Remove your microSD from phone when you are flashing HSPL.
Sometimes you may have to do it a few times to get it right. At the end, your bootloader will say:

SPL-1.56.0 Olinex
MicroP-BlackStone (LED) v6
At the white portion at the bottom, you will see Serial but it will change to USB if you connect it by USB cable to the PC.
I believe you do not have to re-flash the WM6x ROM. (I did not need to when I upgraded my SPL from stock 1.54 to 1.56 Olinex.
But if you still cannot run WX after the SPL 1.56, then you need to re-flash the WM6x ROM from microSD.

I cannot run the uspl, blacuspl in Windows 8. Is there any change to run the blacuspl on WIndows 8?
It sais USB on phone's screen...

I wanted to install a spanish rom and cannot fint a 6.5 that is compatible with Olinex 1.65

I'm glad it turns out fine for you. All custom ROMs 6.5x (as well as Android 2.x) for Blackstone will need SPL 1.56+. Presently, it seems that this 1.56 Olinex version is probably the only stable one and last to be developed for this phone. There are already so many other alternative phones at the same price range but with higher specifications so I don't think many people will want to buy this phone (new) anymore.
The phone hardware (processor, memory) is pretty much limited to WM 6.5x, or Android 2x, so we will have to live with it. The only other alternative is to get a newer phone.

Read more about Flashing and the WM ROM files in the ROM development threads to be comfortable before trying.
1. Flash HSPL 1.56 Olinex. Instructions here:

2. Download WM6x ROM. One of the better examples in this thread:

3. Copy ROM file (RUU_Signed.NBH) to the root of your microSD.
Rename the file to BLACIMG.NBH.
4. Switch off Blackstone and insert microSD with BLACIMG.NBH file.
5. Hold VolumeDown + Power keys until Blackstone shows 3-color screen.
6. 3-color screen will go to white screen to ask you whether or not to go ahead with ROM update.
Press Power key to proceed with update. It will take 4-5 mins.
7. When Blackstone screen show "Update Successful", it means flashing is completed.
a. Remove and re-insert battery
b. Power On.
Blackstone will proceed with the installation of the operating system files. It will take about 4-5 minutes.
When the progress bar is completed, Blackstone will restart itself WM6x the first time. Just customise and use.

HSPLWrapper sits at 0% and gets error 262

i have:

i have the problem that the HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.exe sits at 0%. The status bar is also displayed on he phone but sits at 0% also. after a minute or so i get an ERROR 262, the recovery doesn't work, phone still boots into android afterwards. when i manually boot into bootloader while recovering the HSPLWrapper continues updating but stays at 0% and i get the same error again. the bootloader still displays SPL_1.54.0000
what can i do?

You can still flash back to WM while on SPL 1.54.
Just bypass the HSPL process and carry on with Step 2 onwards.
After installing WM6.5, you can still do a separate upgrade to SPL 1.56 Olinex at a later time. The upgrade of SPL is a separate process, and does not affect the WM 6.5 on the phone. I had done this before - install WM 6.5 with SPL 1.54, then flashed HSPL 1.56 Olinex - no problems, no need to re-install WM.
For upgrade SPL to HSPL 1.56 Olinex, if you still encounter error with SPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.exe, go to the Tutorial for flashing

Carry out the instructions according to the Troubleshooting - manual SSPL section. I had guided some other folks who got Error 262, and it worked.
