I'm cooking a French ROM, so I've a problem with welcome.exe.
I've a shorcrut in startup folder so it start at each SR. So what the method for auto-delete the lnk file in startup after hard-reset ?

I'am certainly far from the problem, but in wm5 the welcome.exe is in the windows file (not start menu) but how it move i don't know
Normaly, welcome.exe have a link in startup but is auto-deleted after execution, in my ROM no (and you say that ) but I don't know why...
I'am not sure, but if you think it's an auto-delete, how can you do "align screen" after ? (i've not test it with ur rom )

make a cab that adds a welcome.lnk to startup folder but link it to some other exe this should overwrite the alignment link and add that cab to extrom

Hi All, I have a dutch HTC HD2 and in the meanwhile we wait for a hardspl I've found an easy trick to make opera mobile english language.
Simply type in the browser: opera:config
and change the language locale file.
Since my Leo is in dutch I have nl.Lng language file:
/windows/opera9/profile/locale/nl.Lng
Can please anyone having and english or italian device upload their language file??
It is in: /windows/opera9/profile/locale/
This is a hidden file so better you do it through a PC connection after you make all hidden/system file visible through XP/Vista dir preferences

I was trying to do this to convert my Chinese Opera into English. Here's the file you requested. In the process i have managed to lose multi touch in opera.
Bummer.
Download and delete the .zip part from the file name. Just rename it English.Lng

How to translate Manila 2d v2 or any other variants of it.
Follow the following steps:
1- go to windows folder and take Manila2D.exe.409.mui (the number 409 may be different )
2- download file editor suit
3- put the manila2d.409.mui in unsign folder
4- run unsigner.exe
5- download reshacker open res hacker and press file --> open --> and select Manila 2d .exe.409.mui
6- change what do you want (if you want to change only m2d tabs name just go to string tabel then 7 then select 1033 and change it)
7- go to sign folder and select signer.exe
8- select manila 2d .0409.mui
9- select SDKSampelPrivDeveloper
10- select start sign process
11- take manila2d.0409.exe.mui to windows folder and enjoy.
12- don't forget to backup Manila2D.exe.××××.mui
Through this, you can translate m2d v2 without any problem (like not showing letters)

you can select open all files and res hacker will open it

I have copied the file Manila2D.exe.0409.mui to my computer from the phone,
it has been translated into Swedish by Reshacker.
But now when I try to copy it back to the phone in the windows directory.
can not,
can not overwrite the file or delete it. Someone who knows how to do this? phone is a Samsung i900 omnia

you could try to copy to storage card and then use for example Resco Explorer on your phone to overwrite the old file in windows directory...
Hi I cant even get the file to my desktop also have a i900. I would really like your translation in swedish. How do I get the "manila2d.409.mui" to desktop? Copy it and put in to a folder, but it dosent show in windows, on the desktop......

You should make your windows show up hidden and system files
really strange I'm doing like that and no text on my screen
or doesn't it work on Vista ?

No I'm on a french rom and if 0409 no texts , and if I rename 040C it is good but with texts in english
I don't understand why my action to reschak seems not valid
could you help me (for example just rename Home to Accueil for a test)
