Hi all,
Thought I knew how to do this but apparently can't figure it out with the HD Telstra version. I only use my headset in the car so when I leave the car, obviously the bluetooth will disconnect but how do I automatically get it to reconnect without having to touch the headset. I have a Blueant Q1.
Thanks,
Ho'okani

I am having trouble getting my HTC Mogul to connect with car stereo by bluetooth for hands free talking. The stereo I have (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/v3/pg/product/details/0,,2076_310069882_291159553,00.html ) allows bluetooth enabled phones to connect to it and use handsfree over the car speakers. I had it successfully working with every other phone i've owned however i can't seem to get my mogul to pair with it. Any suggestions? I've tried enabling the bluetooth on stereo to "discoverable" and had my phone attempt to connect but it won't work. I've also made my phone "discoverable" and tried to have the stereo initiate the connection and still no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
I have a Parrot CK3300 blutooth car kit and find that it works great if I make a call. If I receive a call the bluetooth connection drops out and I have to pickup the phone.
For a while I was thinking that there was an issue with the way I had my phone setup until my wife got a JasJam as well. She has the same problem with her phone. Now we have another Parrot kit in her car and it does the same thing.
Is this a problem with the carkit, phone or bluetooth?
Hi, I was able to pair my x1 to my pioneer headunit in my car and get the a2dp to work, but say when I leave the car and it d/c as it should, it does not automatically reconnect when i start the car again like it should, I have to manually go into the settings and set wireless stereo again. Anybody know a solution to this? I am used to my old phone just automatically connecting everytime I start the car. Phone is visible also.
Hi, can I ask how you get your pioneer unit to work with X1? I've tried pairing my Pioneer unit to my X1 and it doesn't connect. Btw, I want to use my unit for handsfree calling. Thanks.

Search this forum for A2DPtoggle and you will find a program to easily connect A2DP bluetooth stereo.
Hi,
I have a Touch 2 and I am having troubles conneting it to my Volvo BT carkit.
With my S730 evrything worked fine.
Now the phone paires with the car and syncs the adressbook, but when I initiate a call from the car or the phone, the carkit just doesnt know he is in a call and does not mute the radio. I don't hear any sound through the speakers at all, but the phone thinks it is connected to the carkit and is in handsfree. Pretty anoying as you can imagine.
I upgraded the car's BT stack to the latest version 04.23_R but with no result. Disabling the data connection worked for some people but not for me.
Do you guy's have any registry hacks or procedures I could try?
The old phone worked great so there at least should be some backwards compatibility.
Thanks,
Jan

Hello,
Can you provide more info on this issue that you are having?

Also if you have contact transfered to the car kit, are they being lost too?
Bluetooth issue
I am having the same issue. I have a 2010 Honda Accord. What is happening:
I will be ion the phone talking and the Bluetooth drops. The phone conversation is still fine. So I place the caller on hold and take them off hold and the connection is back. It does not happen all the time, just some of the time. My phone is the T9193. Please any suggestions?
