I have the official HTC_P3300_WWE_3.13.405.1 installed, it was upgraded from wm5 months ago. Everything works as it should, but when I try to install a cooked rom, the scroll bar gets to 3% then the pda flashes off just like it does seconds before it starts installing.
I then get ERROR [270] : UPDATE ERROR. The image file is corrupted. Please check your update Utility.
Click Exit to quit
I have tried both no-nonsence 4 and 6 with the same problem.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to install USPL or somthing else???
Same here... After 3% the message ERROR [270] is shown...

I am trying to upgrade my Radi STack (RSU)
I have an excutable file with the new RSU. When I ran, it takes me through few steps where at the end my XDA is rebooted and I get a button on my screen that says "Start" to start the upgrade process. When I press it, after few seconds I get a get an error message saying "Falsh Failed". When I press Ok (what else?!), The XDA is rebooted again and the process is repeated. If I do a format for the XDA, things go to normal.
DOes any 1 know what is going wrong here and how to fix this?

Which ROM do you have? Which ROM are you trying to install? Etc.
I have 3.18.04 and R3.23.01 for the RSU and bootloader 5.22
I am trying to install the RSU 4.16
Also, when I have tried to install the XDA speciall ROM, it didn't work where after I see the screen "Upgrading" on my screen and the upgrading window on my computer asking me to wait for about 5 minutes, the activsync link is disconnected.
It is not clear to me what is the problem, is it the ROm, the bootloader or what?
HI, I downloaded to new rom from clubimate ftp site and unzipped the file and tried re-installing the new rom again as a fresh copy. I had all kind of issues doing this.
On the progress bar it goes red at 1% and then blue and continues progressing to 4% and then turns red again and then afterward turns back blue colour and then continues progressing until 85% and stays red and then a message appears:
"ERROR [326]: The NBF file cannot be used for your pda phone please check your NBF file."
I then disconnected my jamin and took the power out and left it for 10 mins and put it back in and tried the whole process again and even deleted the unzipped copy and unzipped it again but still getting issues sometimes ERROR [326] and sometimes "ERROR [302] UPDATE ERROR The Rom Update utility has encountered communication errors during the update process. the program will give you step-by-step to recover from the errors so you can continue with the update" I followed the steps and that took my back to the progress bar but will not complete and throws up one of the errors again.
Exactly the same happened last night when I tried this and eventually able to load the new rom but it was giving me all kind of issues mainly crashing and screen freezing all the way white when I synch or generally using it. I am sorry for this long tread but I am very frustrated with my jamin device I feel like throwing it against the wall. Please can anyone shed some light into this subject and if it is software related or hardware? much appreciated
I suggest you download the ROM again from xda ftp site. My first download ROM was corrupted and hang my upgrade. Since I download again, the upgrade went smoothly.
hello. I've downloaded Polaris_WWE_0.66_Premium_bepe and tried to install it but it gave me an error on the upgrading process. now, whenever I try to boot the PDA, the color bar screen appears. I tried hard reset, soft, reinstalling, but I can't get the ROM update utilities to work. the progress bar on the HTC stays at 0%. Also, I tried to install the HardSPL after this, but I have the same problem. The update utility lets me do the error recovery and it says it was successful but the pda stays the same. When I try to upgarde a Radio ROM and the utility asks me if I want to ugprade, on the "from: image version" appears nothing
can anyone help me out? is my HTC dead?

I Flashed my P3600 starting from WM 5 with Trinity_Rom_NiAl_Build_23504.
It worked but not at all (pine nuts) so I decided to upgrade again.
The second one, the upgrade stopped while he was runnung and I did the recovery procedure as suggested by the upgrade.
Now when I connect in bootloader mode to pc USB connection is activated.
But every rom version i try to flash I got the Message Error[270] Update Error
Ur Image file is corrupted.

Error may appear due to corrupt image ROM. download the entire RUU and try again.
In General for archive with firmware.
I've already tried with another RUU but it works the same; really it means not to recognize the ROM installed because if I run the utility and click update to read the ROM just installed and the ROM to update, the utility recognizes only the new but not the present ROM.
The first time I ran it, the utility recognized the installed ROM too and it finished well.

In an active sinc disconnect connection on USB
- Download splxploit_HTC_Trinity
- Unpack and start
- Then stitch...

hello guys, I have this problem: I'm using ROM manilla 2D from Josh, but it's very slow, it takes about 5min to boot and start. Second problem is the anouncement in start screen: No GSM. I know, radio rom is missing. But when I tried to upgrade radio or other ROM via pc, it's saing: error 262 or 260. I tried it with windows installers, with RUU, with device in bootloader mode, but no efect. When I'm flashing via SD card, it says numerical error (few numbers in red) can somebody help me to fix it?
