Hi all,
I have a problem : my HTC touch3G stay in bootloader screen.
I did no update and no flash.
I have just tried to hold volume button down with power button to see what happen
I have tried to exit from the bootloader screen by removing the battery, press any button combination (even all the buttons in the same time), reset, hard reset, I tried to speack to it, each time I power on the phone it remain stuck in bootloader mode, with the 3 colors.
I have those informations on the screen :
JADE100 64M
SPL-2.32.0000
MicroP-Jade (LED) v5
I will be so happy to find the way to fix this problem!!
Thank you very much for your help!
Obviously, your set is bricked. If I were you, i would send it back to the supplier and get a replacement if it's still under warranty.
you're right, I will send it back today.
Thx for your reply
Hey guys,
So I've decided to flash my mates hd 2 with win 7.
i downloaded the rom from the forum which has the loader (i think).
i watched the video demo on youtube and followed the instructions there.
when I boot up the phone after rom updater, I can't get into the bootloader! all I can see is htc logo and nothing happens.
What do i do? Have I bricked the phone?
Please help!

With the phone turned off, hold the volume down button on the side of the phone and press the power button. Keep holding the volume down button until you see the tri-colored screen (this is bootloader).
at this point i would suggest you flash task29, enter tri-colored screen again (bootloader), then flash magldr v.1.12, then let the phone boot into magldr, choose option 5 and flash wp7.
Hi,
I cannot get into the tri-colored screen now! thats my problem. I updated HSPL to *.HSPL, and tried updating the rom and this happens!
I have tried the reset method by holding Vol + and - keys with Power button, but that doent help too
how do i used task29 when i cant get past the HTC logo on the phone?

try soft reset. remove the back cover then press a blunt pointed object such as a pen or stylus into the reset button to the bottom left of the SIM, near sd slot, and release. The phone will then reboot. try to get into bootloader as soon as it restarts
hi, i tried installing the rom again, and i get some cpp error?
dont know why.
i tried reverting back to stock rom, installed it successfully, and now when I unplugged the mobile, it turns off. when i plug it in it turns back on and it loops at HTC logo i mean, I turns itself off and turns itself on.
why do you think this happens?
Hi,
The problem is When I plug in my phone to USB, it boots up shows a HTC logo, with
R 2.06.51.07
G 15.30.50.07 U
D 1.66.76641
written in red on left corner and holds on for a few seconds and turns off, and turns on itself.
end note: the phone only starts when I plug it to USB, else its a brick
On NexusHD2-Froyo_V1.9G_NAND and i want to go to HyperDroidGBX-v10, and first i have to boot into MAGLDR113, and i can't boot into the green white blue boot because it always goes automatically to the MAGLDR111, ideas?
If anyone is looking for the solution in the future;
To place the HD2 into Bootloader mode, remove the HD2's back cover hold down the volume down key, now press in the red reset button under the back cover to the bottom left of the SIM, release the soft reset button but continue to hold the volume down key in until you are presented with the tri colour bootloader screen. To exit Soft Reset the device.

Why would you want to boot to HSPL if all you want to do is flash a new ROM? All you need to do is boot to MAGLDR and either go to USB Flashed or AD Recovery then flash the ROM? If you want to boot to HSPL make sure you hold down the volume button then power on.
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
I want to reflash my P4350 Herald because it's not booting and stucks at T-Mobile splash screen.
I tried to run bootloader by keep pressing camera button and turning ON/reset but it's not going to bootloader and shows the same T-Mobile splash.
I think it's camera button and doesn't working because it's not turning ON using Power button on top neither it's camera was capturing while it was booting in the past.
Any suggestion?
Fixed, boot in IPL, SPL bootloader
I opened the keypad and pressed several keys randomly with Camera button and reset it started the bootloader.

Can you try boot to download mode (Press volume down when turn on your phone)
It reboots on htc powered by android screen, never pass that screen. and i only enter to bootloader menu direct when pressing volume key and power, i dont have a menu before, and there is i press the download mode or recovery mode phone restarts gets to HTC screen and reboots.
I try using the adb commands but i connect the phone to my laptop, it is shown in devices as android device my htc, but the adb devices never recognize it. So i cant to anything there. I was thinking of using XTC2Clip(no sure if that helps and how it works), but i cant affort to buy that and not work. So any recomendations on what else i can do i will appreciate.
in bootloader screen i have sotftware status official, locked s-on production.. and actually to get to that screen i need to press volumen keys up and down and power for awhile to get there, if i only press volumen down and power when it gets th HTC screen it reboots.
Thanks
