Did a soft reset now im stuck in bootloader... what gives?? - Mogul, XV6800 General

I have a PPC6800 with US CELLULAR. I have never done any rom updates whatsoever. Earlier today my sound was acting funny as it does sometimes so I did a soft reset of my phone. It brought me into the bootloader screen where it says:
TITA100
SPL-1.07.0000
CPLD-9
and Serial at the bottom or USB if I plug in the USB cord.
If I plug in the USB and reboot my phone works as normal but if i disconnect it and reboot its back to the bootloader. I have used titan_exitbl.exe and it works of course until I reboot without the USB plugged in. Why would this be happening and how could I remedy the situation. Seems simple as everything works fine when I boot up with the USB plugged in.
Thanks for any replies.

You are having a hardware failure. Time to get it replaced.

I had that same issue, eventually after upgrading it stopped. Hasn't done it in over 8 months now.

How did you upgrade it?
I have mine stuck in the bootloader. But it has SPL-2.06.0000 CPLD-9 . My phone locked up while I was trying to use it as a modem and reset it with the usb cable still pluged in and got the rainbow screen. Whenever I tried to reset it or hard reset, it would show a screen for a split second that said No image found. I have since then flashed it via the SD method and the USB method with two different sprint roms. The newest one on the HTC site and the last one. I also used the boot exit program and that doesn't work.

exec wont start

Hello,
this is what the problem is, the power button doesnt bring it back to life. i do a soft reset, it says press zero to clear, i do that it doesnt work. then i do a hard re-set and it shows 'serial', i plug in the usb and it changes to USB (think that's what is called the boot loader'.
now i ran teh exec official firmware, it managed to update it onces but after that i did a soft reset and it didnt come to life. i repeated that process again but this time the firmware didnt even manage to communicate with the device as it said unknown usb device. and then i got an error 101, connection error
any ideas whati can do to make sure it gets restored, i am really going nuts now!!
Same Problem
I am having the same problem with my 02 exec. My phone keeps on being in bootloader, I have tried mtty and I don't have usb connection. Hmm I have tried uni_exitbootloader ,but it tells me that it can not open my usb port. Which sucks. Truely and I am stuck. I am running vista. So I am stumped because I don't know what else to do.
Me too
I am stuck on bootloader page the one that says USB at the top and V1.00 at the bottom. I have Vista so can not use mtty or the other one. I have turned off the USB on Windows Mobile thingy from Vista like activesync. I can get the white screen to show O and X for either factory reset or exit. And I have tried the bootloader screen as noted above. So can anyone help?
i got it working for 2days and then when i was on wifi, it crashed again and wont start again, i get to serial/usb mode of bootloader and also to hard reset when i press 0 to clear everything. but then it doesnt start again.
i thought it was something to do with the battery so i put in a new battery but that still doesnt help.
can someone send me a link to mtty and what to use it. i shall give that a try again.
thanks
mines just still stuck
same im still stuck in boot loader wont budge from he bootloader screen with serial v1.00 on cannot connect via usb as the connection broken i use a extrunal battery charger and got serveral batterys any help yet?

M600/Prophet stuck on Orange Splash Screen.

With no warning, my phone froze today (it's done it a few times, but a soft reset's fixed it) and nothing, including a hard reset, seems help.
I can get into bootloader and hard reset screens, however it gets 'stuck' on the Orange splash screen. The numbers in the corner flash up for a split second and then disappear.
I haven't been flashing ROMs, I just picked it up and it stopped working. I have tried the instructions here (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Prophet_recovery) but the computer can't connect to it (both with Active Sync on or off and Active Sync USB connection on or off)
Can you make any suggestions?
Thank you!
When you go into bootloader, do you see USB on the screen? Wot are your IPL and SPL?
Im surprised flashing with Jesterz did not work, that was my first step in recovering mine and it worked
When you tried this, did you unplug all other usb from your PC? try another cable? sounds daft but only one usb port out of 4 worked for me. Give some more info on what you did and what happened?

Possible solution for USB error (device unknown in Windows)

Hi all!
On my I9000 4-5 months ago the USB connection to PC went dead (unknown device error in Windows), but the phone was functioning normally. 3 weeks ago the phone frozed completely, and don't even started, was stucked at boot logo. I managed to enter download mode, but since the USB was not recognised, I could not reflash with a new rom. I tried several PC-s, several cables, many many times, with the seame error (unknown device). I sent the phone to the service, even they said that the main panel need to be changed.
Today I had an idea (brilliant!!) to heat the phone with a hairdryer. When it was hot, plugged on the USB cable, and a miracle happened! The laptop recognised instantly the Samsung Android device, and I managed to reflash with odin, and now the phone is working well, even USB is working now!!!
I dont know, maybe this will help anyone who has the same problem. It is worth a try!
Seriously????

Thanks
And the hairdryer fried the lint in USB connector?
Using tooth brush could be a safer route to go.

Stuck in Bootloop without USB connection!

Hi there,
i don´t know what to do. Since 3 days now i have only a bootlogo which disappears after 5 seconds and than my screen is just black. There is no chance to turn the device on again or to do anything with it.
Even connecting it to my pc isn´t working with a factory cable or a fastboot cable at all.
My device was rooted but i had not installed anything with my fastboot cable because i just received it 2 days ago.
What can i do now to reinstall a clean rom? Is there any idea?

What did you do to get your device in a bootloop? Also, Are you sure your fastboot cable isn't faulty, Have you tried it before?
To be honest, i don´t know?! My girlfriend just told me that the device is offline and i tried to switch it on again, but i failed every time i tried.
I assume that the cable is working, because when i plug it into the device, for a short second the fastboot logo is coming up, but then i have the black screen again.
My problem is, that i dont know what to do now at all. Can you give me any proposal?

I have this problem too. It doesn't connect to adb or load into recovery mode.
Was there any changes in the last 3 days?

No USB connectivity and phone is soft-bricked

Hello everybody, I own an Xperia XC and a couple of months ago I’ve rooted it and I flashed 34.1.A.1.198 firmware, Advanced Stock Kernel and TWRP-recovery. All worked fine, until two weeks ago it lost suddenly the USB connectivity. I tried different USB-cables on different PC’s but neither the phone, nor the PC’s act in any way. Even in fastboot- or flashmode it doesn’t appear in the device manager of the PC’s. I made for a couple of times factory reset, I even changed the phone’s USB charging port with a new one, but nothing changed. I could load the phone only over a power strip with USB-power-supply. I tried to flash the firmware 34.1.A.1.198 again using flashfire (I made a pre-rooted .zip-file with PRFCreator) but now I get a boot-loop. The phone starts till Sony-Logo and after a few seconds it turns off and boots again. Trying to get in recovery mode has no effect (pressing volume up or down and Power-button).
Has anyone any idea, how can I solve this problem? Is there any possibility to make a hard reset without USB-connection?
man why did mess with your phone when you knew you cant use usb connection???
try this: press all buttons and hold them to turn the phone off then try to get access to twrp(or any recovery on your phone) then use a usb type-c flash memory with your phone to flash another zip and hopefully just bring the phone back to life

Thanks for your ansver Kianush, but it seems the phone can't handle any connected devices at the USB-port. Besides of that, when I try to connect it in flash- or fastboot mode, the LED goes green or respectively blue, but none of my PC's doesen't recognize it as a connected device in any way.
I tested the PC connection with an other Xperia XC (my daughter's), it worked without any problems. It was shown in the dewice manager as an "SOMC Flash Device".
It seems like some USB-kernel drivers are lost (?)
I think an option could be using s1tool, but I don't find something for Xperia XC and I don't know yet where the testpoint is for this phone.
