I tried to change the ROM with ROMupdateutility.
I had a SFR ROM
i had a problem during the update and now i have a screen with red green blue and white line ...
I can read POLA 100 SPL 1 25 0000 CPLD-2 RUUNBH
When i try to update he put 0% then error connection ...

Unlock problem

i have problem while unlocking my magician PM10A.
i was resetting radio to v 0.00.00 with MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe
and it stops at 3% and says: ERROR 144 : RADIO ROM UPDATE ERROR
what shoul i do?

I was getting the same error, SD flashing did the trick for me.

can't update

If i wan't to update my phone he says the image file is corrupted
he says that by 3 %
this is my divice information
rom version : 1.13.114.3 NLD
Rom date : 05/31/07
Protocol version : 4.1.13.42
ExtRom Version : 1.13.114.103
ERROR [270]

maybe the file you downloaded is corrupt or not completely downloaded..try to download again..

I had same problem, your device is CID locked you need to unlock it then flash your ROM.
It worked for me!!

Yup, error 270 states that your phone is still CID Locked!

ok but how can i get cid unlocked maybe ay tool for that ?

Its available at the elf upgrading forum
Check whether your device is a Elf / Elfin and download accordingly.
Its called SPL and IPL, you should be getting 3.10.

[Q] Dopod d600 shows error 300

Dopod d600 after booting it shows tricolor screen with following info
ONBL 1.02.0000
SPL 1.07.oref
After this screen , i use rom upgrade utiity and it shows error 300 (invalid update tool) and mobile screen displays 0% help me ?
