Cool ppl over that store here I call at the mall tmobile store and ask if they are gonna sell the vibrant the 15 the guy told me I dont know until the 15 so I called this store where i am at an they say yes but they only recive 10 of them

Disappointing price. Opted me to upgrade with contract extension for $165. Even with $200 termination fee the phone will come out much cheaper than the non-contract price. Used Bing cash back also. Of course, if I was not eligible for upgrade I would've paid the non-contract price anyway

Yeh right, I have actually heard reports of 3 refunding the £70 recently so just yell at them a little and I'm sure you'll get sorted!
Gonna do the same here with tmobile they said delivery friday
Having just got off the phone to the 3 upgrades team they told me that although the website shows the end of the month they're expecting some Silver handsets in today so I could have my new phone by Tuesday. They did say that they couldn't confirm this however and would be in touch to let me know as soon as they could confirm or deny it.
I am however holding off until the 5th of next month anyway as I currently still have to pay £26 early upgrade fee....And they don't seem to want to budge on that haha!!
Oh I've also emailed CPW to see if they're up for matching the new deal released on the 3 website as they're still showing a more expensive tariff so I'll be interesting to see if they do drop the price.

It is very good but when a third pary website is offering the same contract at £32 a month saving £48 over the contract term it's almost enough to entice me over (be it a small amount) I'm thinking surely 3 could let me off the small amount I owe seeing as it's clear the contract can be offered for less?

3 have recently not been very helpful re. small discounts off contracts. I mean their deals are really great, the ultrafast One on the One Plan for 36 a month when LTE is available at the end of this month is a really good deal.
but even though you may have been an old customer, they just offer the same deals that are available on the website for new customers.

Surely as I'm staying with you by upgrading you should be able to sort me out? They just basically said no lol. the One is def LTE ready and will get it as for no extra cost on 3 as soon as they upgrade to LTE.
Just got off the phone to 3 again and they've said the lowest they can take my pay-off to is £23....I just don't get why they can't just ignor that last little bit, I mean come on! lol

I believe early upgrades only applies to the Iphone.
I preordered the note 3 on an early upgrade. I was told I am eligible back in June, but my contract doesn't expire till November.

Full discount. The one problem is I could only do that over the phone. Cant go into a store and get one so I am at the mercy of att shipping. I preordered on the 13th so hope to get it in the next few days.

Full upgrade. Was misquoted on the price. I'm getting it for $199. They said I could originally order today, but not sure with the shipping date move back. We'll see when the CSR calls me today. Keeping my fingers crossed. Using an old iPhone 4 right now and it's driving me crazy. :crying:

If you're in good standing with payments why not try. Call on the phone and be nice and ask if you can get an early upgrade with the early upgrade price of $300. It may just work. It has worked with my last 2 phones.

I don't think they will give you a call today. They did not give me a call even though they said they would. They told me that the Note 3 was not in there system after I called them.

If you are outside your return period, I don't think they will do anything. May be they will give you a coupon code for accessories if you call.

I just bought mine today . I already had to cancel the order and then re-order it the next day because Motorola screwed something up . They gave me a free case and $50 off to make up for it.
If I have to cancel and order this phone for a third efffing time just to save the other $50 I'm going to be super pissed.

For the "limited time" Cyber Monday and Wednesday offer, Moto was NOT refunding the difference if you purchased your X "recently", even if it was during the return period.
There was a thread here on XDA where multiple users posted that when they contacted Moto about a price adjustment due to having recently purchased the X, they were instructed they would have to do a return/repurchase type thing... (Or just purchase one at the "limited promo price" and return the originally purchased one due to how long the RMA and credit process takes).
Since Motorola Mobility also replied in the comments to that post "It will be promo codes like the holiday sale. You will need to register on Motorola.com and the code will be emailed to you." I expect this will be the same.
$350 for a developer edition is very tempting.
Damn, Motorola isn't playing nicely. Just shows how they jacked up the release price. The $599 phone can be had for $299 now. Shameless Motorola, no respect for early adopters.

So I'm gonna be in the market for a new phone in a few weeks. I'm gonna miss this price drop. But would you say the moto x is still a viable option. I'm torn between this and the n5. But I like this phones feature better and I do lots of driving and I don't want always have to touch my phone while driving. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
