Plz help me..! all Rom update failed at 2%

dear all experts ...
I tried to update my Shadow by the new wm6.1 rom.. the first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many) :
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?

I already tried to do this but...
* How can I upload sspl/uspl to my phone from bootloader because it's the only mode I can work my phone?
* when I tried to do USPL + RUU it go to 100% and then the phone restart and the RUU program says corrupted image...
then the phone stays in it's state (only can go to bootloader mode).
can I use MTTY program to flash sspl/uspl and USPL and then the new rom? if yes .. how I can do it?
Or what may I do my friend..

if you can only get to the bootloader then try flashing to the t mobile rom, then start over

I installed this ROM and it doesn't work!!
the screen is freeze with the Windows 6.5 Logo, and thats it!!!!
what can i do for do a hard reset?????? (i already do that thing, power it on, and then push the 2 soft buttons, and didn't work!),

Power off the phone
Press and hold the camera and voice keys
Insert the USB cable, Keep holding the camera and voice keys until you get the bootloader screen
Then flash an original ROM.

Have i bricked my MDA Touch????

I have tried to flash a rom on my MDA Touch with elf-uspl. Since flashing my device i cant get it starting again.I have tried to take out the battery, i pushed the powerbotton nothing helps. If i connect the usb cable with my device theres no reaction too. What can i do?? Is there any help to reanimate the device?? Or can i use it as a brick???

Go into bootloader mode (camera button and reset) and flash the ROM. press
both the button at the same time,just release the reset button u can reach the boot loader.now the things will be much simple for u i thing just open up ur RUU file flash it up.kindly make sure that u use a original rom.if u dont have it just reply else u can search it over the other threads.once u have a original rom u wont need to unlock the device.make sure that u have enough battery in ur device.feel free to reply

Flashing ROM with Android....

So, I've been using an Android ROM I found on the net on my vogue for some time now, but now I want to try out some other ROMs. However, the RUU requires a connection to ActiveSync, which isn't posible from Android. Anybody know how to do this?

All you have to do is hold the power button and take the pen and soft reset at the same time the phone should go into the hard SPL mode.. From there start up the romupdate you should be good to go

I tried that already, all it does is reboot my phone. No hard SPL mode

Hold the power and the camera buttons and reset to put it in bootloader mode

I was trying to install blackSTONEhengeHyPerSlim_4_1 on my blackstone. I installed olinex and after that stored the nbh and exe file on the sd card and then through task 29 flashed it. The rom got successfully installed but now the phone is stuck at the bootup. It says
Checking Radio...
Checking protocol..
Checking Rom..
But now won't get to the next screen.Because of this i can't get to active sync. Please help..Pleaaaasseee

Did u follow the instructions completely, cause it worked fine for me and others... Do you have radio 1.14 or above installed? Did u try to reflash?

Yes i did follow the instructions. Now the phone won't bootup. I tried it with the volume down and power up method. Rom does get installed but then again it won't bootup..

Did you try Vol UP + Vol Down + Power ?

Yes i did try that after my phone got screwed up with test29 method but it shows nothing at all after successfully installing rom..:-s

no need to worry
always read read read and must read before flashing. I think your phone is quite ok. You does task29 to it. what is task 29 means. it means task29 will clean our device completely only splash screen displyaed, phone always stucked on this screen. it is very normal, it means you completyely cleaned your device. now you are ready to flash your device. do the following procedure--
1. remove the battery and reinsert it.
2. now turn on the phone while pushing volume down key.
then bootloader (tricolor screen) mode will be displayed. many times it will not come into bootloader and device normally starts and stuck on splash screen. the reason is simple, you didnt press volume down key properly, it happend many times to me also.
Now remove battery cover, remove battery and reinsert it, dont cover the battery, now take slylus & press volume down strip with the stylus. ( volume up & down keys are installed in battery cover, so when you push volume down key in flap open condition, it should be done by stylus.)

push volume down by stylus & hold it and start the device, it will come in tricolor screen means bootloader mode, on the bottom screen it will show serial.
Now conect the device to the pc & bottom line on the screen will become serial to USB.
Now perform task28= means flash normal rom, do not perform task 29 again.
task29 will take 1 minute to flash while normal RUU will take about 7-8 minute.
try it and give feedback/

Have you flashsed a differnet radio ?

What you did is just Task29 your phone. Task29 needs something to flash in order to do its thing. Usually we flash radios (good ones obviously) because they are smaller than full roms. If you flash a full rom with Flash29, it will get erased after completion.
What you need to do now (since your phone now has no ROM installed) is boot it while pressing volume down to get to the bootloader, plug via USB and flash a rom using a "non-task29" flasher, like the standard BlackStoneCustomRUU.exe file that comes with basically every rom.

Hello thanks for replying my internet wasn't working but i did manage to boot my phone but now the touch stops working after. I know this as i press the volume button and the phone responds to that hence telling me it's not really freezed up. This is all what i did.
Stored .nbh file in the task 29 folder this is the rom version whose nbh file is used (RUU_Duttys_HD_V3.9__XT_Turbo_5.2.21051.1.6.4_1.59.709.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.14.25.24_)
After the flashing is done i reset the phone by taking out battery and starting it again in bootloader.
Now i flashed again with (blackSTONEhengeHyPerSlim_4_1)
After installing it completely the touch stops responding.
Kindly help me with what seems to be the problem. Thanks

Hi mate.
I did somthing for you....so i hope it will helps you.
1. download file from this link. http://hotfile.com/dl/115059516/5623431/Radio_1.13.xx(original_hd_nbh)__task29.rar.html and after unrar.
2. Make task 29 with this one. (Nothing change in that unrar folder)
3. After finished T29, take uot battery, put it back, put device to BootLoad. screen.
4. Connect with PC again and flash your desided ROM. (it means if you choice your rom, after unrar or unzip, Rom has own folder with that all files ...BLACIMG.nbh, BS_CustomRUU.exe, etc......

for your guestion: Hmmmm, for me...really good ROM is from Cloudyfa, but objectively, it's up to you, which one from this site you choice.

Yeas mate, i deleted it. I was thinking, that you download this file already and saved it to your PC.

Yes that one is fine. Once T29 is complete take out battery and then re-insert it. Now put phone into bootloader (hold vol down and press power on while still holding vol down. BOOTLOADER IS A TRI-COLOUR SCREEN).
Now flash your rom

i also flashed blackstonhenge hyperslim 4.6 and now touchscreen stopped working....any solution...

I have a big problem - last 10 hour see everything, but my problem no ansver -
hd2 eu version! I try install android!
1. step: install hspl
2. setep: Run task 29 format nand
and after I hold down key and power on and the telephon no step the bootloader mode!
I try some tips but no one cant help for me!
I try but evry try dont step boot loader!
Please help some one

You mean you completed step 1 of installing HSPL, and step two of doing task29 and after that you couldn't get into bootloader?
If yes, How did you manage to get into bootloader in the first two steps?

I try wol down and power but dont step bootloader
every time I tried, did not want to enter the bootloader. It would be nice if someone could help. This is one of my friend's phone and is often installed with my own, but there was no problem!
Now you have to enter it every time I try to not let you. Simply do not enter!

first time
i start the hspl4 and work is normaly wreck the phone no problem next step i run task 29 an run normaly and after is no step in to the boot loader

yes before i start this metod i using winmo 6.5.

Just what I thought, I assume you have mistaken activsync in winmo for the bootloader. And since Task29 removes your WinMo rom that means no more activesync to flash roms. And you thought being on the blank htc screen and pressing vol down would get you to activesync.
If my assumption is correct then do the following:
Turn off your phone, Hold the "Volume Down" button .. and turn on your phone, release it when you see a tri-colour screen. From there, connect the USB cable and flash as if you were in ActiveSync.

There is no reason for your phone to not go into bootloader after you have successfully flashed hspl and task29 except this.

I have tried them!
Despite the bootloader screen, but you are not willing to appear!
You do not want to come if you would have to go the wrong thing, but so I can not connect to the computer usb.

Or you're doing this while you're on "HTC Screen" ?
Are you sure you have successfully flashed HSPL and done Task29 ?

You are trying to get to the tri-colour screen, yes? Where the screen has 3 colours?
1. Power off phone
2. Remove battery
3. Hold vol down key
4. Insert battery WITHOUT LETTING GO OF VOL DOWN
5. Power on phone WITHOUT LETTING GO OF VOL DOWN
6. Enter bootloader mode

the flash is successfull install the hspl an task29 too. I sure tis fact

Its not work i try so many time in this method

Nobody has any extra ideas on how to throw into bootloader mode! I have been completely used up.
I have tried several methods, but none of them took me to success! : S

The problem is not resolved! Everything is done as it is in the descriptions. Probably the volume down buttons on the problem, or around it.
I decided to take it doctor uncle, so I already had treatment for the doc!
Thank you very much everyone for your help and advice. If I learn what went wrong and how can this be remedied share with everyone, if someone in that position would not be a problem any more! Or just do not be nervous: S

I see this post befor, but i don't like disassemble the Phone Monday night is finish! (say the doctor) And i don't have another flex cable, i can't try this at my home.
But thank's the post and everything.

Found the problem!
The bootloader is delete from the ram -need JTAG, this day is ready the phone!
I do not use anymore task29

glad you found where your problem lay.
But for your information, Task29 does not wipe off your bootloader
