i have the rom updater SP3_WWE_2.4.33.11, and i go in all the processes, i am connected with activesync and when it goes to tri-color menu the phone looses activesync connections and it says that cannot have connection and freezes. what can i do? please help.
I've the same problem i sitll can solve it n anybody please help am new here i've no idea what to do. I tried unlocked CID but i couldn't do it put cert.cab in phone n wen i try to install it says can not install or SDA_applicationunlock n I also tried lokiwiz procedure but still can not solve it so please if someone could help me in updating or upgrade my Orange Spv C500 ROM so it would be so nice of .... I have updated my Radio ROM to 2.24.10 (T-Mobile-US_2.24.10_Radinly) but it crashed. Windows is starting but the phone is not working, and I can't connect with activesync to install the backup.

Restart the phone and keep pressed the camera button while the phone will go in the bootloader mode With the USB-cable connected, on your phone screen will apper "USB" in one of the corners... Now you cand install the radio ROM for your device. I suppose that you know where you can find the radio ROM you need...
I have serious problem with my PDA SPV M2000 after upgrade to WM6. After upgrade i try to restart my PDA with Hard Reset, but can see only 4 collored screen. I can acess only bootloader mode and nothing else... PLEASE HELP

I try all the steps 5 times but nothing. I try use WM6 from helmi and xpode. With the same resolution. Now i try to downgrade to WM2003...

the grey screen with serial v 2.07 is the bootloader mode...
maybe a reflash will do the trick...
how did you screw up the upgrading process? did you accidentally unpluged the cable? is it a corrupted file?
I have never experienced this, but, if i were you, I would reflash it. if nothing good come up,then maybe the file you are using to upgrade is corrupted...
hope this helps, and maybe the experts would have more ideas cause i am just a user.....

Ibhave a tmobil MDA amd i did an upgrade to windows mobile 6 and now my MDA is slow in most of the programs also the SMS when inserting any messages the words do not show after at least 10 sec.
Please, definelly need help.

(also some installed programs may slow down your device a lot!)
I had the same problem. From time to time whem im flashing my phone its happening. After few soft resets it'll be ok.

I have an unblocked SPV M560 (HTC3300).
Few weeks ago I have installed the B&B rom with WM6 on it. Now I would like to install the adinfinitum rom (http://www.adinfinitum.fr/wm6_gps_m6...d_and_the_ugly) to solve the GPS problem we can have with the M650 but I cannot flash anymore.
Here are some explanations:
After starting "start_uspl.exe" I get the Linux screen then the RUU application starts on my PC. RUU is trying to connect to the device but after few seconds it displays the error "ERROR[260]: Update error".
After this I tried to restart the pda, wait for Activesync connection and try to restart RUU.
This time RUU can connect, I can see the grey screen on the PDA and it starts updating... but after 2% I get a black screen on the PDA and RUU displays the error "ERROR[270] Update error".
I'm now reading this forum since 2 days and saw that other people already had this problem but I did not find any working solution.
Does anyone of you have an idea of what can I do to solve this problem?s

Remove sim and mem card from phone use clear storage to clean phone memory then again try start_uspl.exe wait to 100% finsh do not disconect phone and run then romupdateutility i hope that this can help mine problem is resolved and i flash spv m650 many times.

Hi,
I finally managed to do the update. The only difference is that when RUU has started after getting the black screen I clicked on the cancel button.
After this I let the terminal with this black screen for few minutes (about 5 minutes) and starts again the RUU application.
And this time is works... don't ask my why, maybe it takes some time to the terminal to be ready to accept connections. At least now SPL 1.1 is installed and I can upgrade. My GPS is now working

i have one imate jasjam, the initial problem is i done a hard reset and the phone reboot and it wont finish running the customise application installation, after that the phone cant detect network, i had run a hard spl into the phone and then try to flash a rom that i download from forum but it only run 11% then stop then i realise that the rom i flash is for htc jasjam not imate jasjam, now my phone can only stay at the boot loader mode, i also try different rom but no luck so i think i ask for your help

before i flash it i also cant find any radio rom version in this phone so i guess the radio rom also missing or what just not sure....
i think i flash the htc jasjam wrong model rom even now i flash back the original JASJAM_WWE_1.20.305.3_1.20.305.104_1.07.03.10_ship this error message come out "ERROR [260]: update error" and it ask me to check my usb connection.
i search the forum and few member advice me to use mtty and i did tried that many time it didnt work, another member advice me to use this method "Formate yr memorycard & Unzip attached file in your memorycard named Hermimg.nbh & put yr cell in boot mode & follow screen instructions..........this illl boot yr celll out to boot mode......... " i tried that but the phone always stay at boot mode and no other instructions came out at all so im really lost and just hoping somebody can help me solve this problem...

Hi, i had the same problem flashing from the SD card. Are you using Vista or Windows7? I tried with Vista Format card, drag and drop renamed image onto sd card. Stuck it in the phone, reset and like you say hangs on bootloader. Then i tried the same thing from my Windows XP laptop, exactly the same format, rename drag and drop and everything works fine. Hope this helps

turn off the device and disconnect the battery as well sim card........ leave without sim card and plug it back battery then take away your device into bootloader mode to reflash again​
