hey guys im still kind of new to this stuff. but right now i have windows 6.1 on my wing and its nice. but i seen a video on youtube with a wing that had 6.1 pro and it was AWESOME so i would like to know is there anywhere i can go and get that? oh yea and by chance can i ever downgrade back to the reg windows that came with the phone? and if i can do i just go to tmobile.com/wmupgrade ans starr from there?
What you have is already a PRO version as it is meant for all touch screen pocket pc device. Maybe you saw a different GUI effects which may be like TouchFLO 2D or so. If you can give a link to the YouTube video, we shall give you the suggestions.

That is not a "version" of or an iphone theme. It's just a ROM that has a lot of things put together to look like that. Looks like they have the old HTCHome with a skin on it, a Windows Mobile skin and S2U2 with a skin. It looks like an older ROM, actually, but I like the red theming. I don't know what ROM it is exactly, though. Oh, and that menu system is a somewhat buggy software... I forgot what it's called. It's hacked from an italian phone, I believe...

1. You're rude.
2. It is not WM6.1Pro. Did you at all read what I wrote? 6.1 was never officially released for this phone, we (yes, I and others) ported it to this phone.
3. If you're not seeing them, you ARE doing it wrong.
Seriously, dude. I take my time to try to help some and you try to bite at the hand that feeds you. I could have done what everyone else does and said, " Search, noob!" Because truthfully, the answers ARE there if you bothered searching for the right things.
I even TOLD you what programs are being used, btw. That's about as much help as you could ask for.
It's not a THEME only, it's a SERIES of program. Let's quote me:

Now, if you searched for HTCHome you'd get the program called: HTCHome. If you searched S2U2, you'd get the program called: S2U2.

I have My XDA Mini S and love it, but the desktop is pretty boring if i might say.
I have had things like Iluncher and stuff like that looks ok,
But i realy like the XP look you can get eXPerience its called
This is ONLY Windows 2003 Compatible, Is it worth installing WM3 on my phone just for this,
Or can anyone recomed a nice Skin that Gtes ride of the boring Start butten at the top and makes it look a little like XP
Or just something that Gives it that Wooooo and not Borining

no need for downgrading an entire OS for the look...u can get a program called Wisbar...u can do crazy things with it....

I have downloaded about 4 Skins and Added them all into one, Some skins there are things i love and others things i dont like.
Its almost looking perfect for what i want, But there was a few things i was stuck on.,
How can i have the Control Pannel (Settings) as a shortcut am trying to creat a docking section with Settings, Programs, Games, and Network on,
But Settings i cannot find it anyway Any Ideas

On the Today Screen you have a section for Messeges, I think thats great when i have a messege i can see 1 new messege or email etc

There is one I am aware of which I think is called Black Carbon - not sure who made it - but its not really what I want.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I quite like that thanks. I specifically wanted something that was not Carbon, so this was something nice to try.
It is a little err black for me perhaps! Looking for more of a selection as well, just surprised that there are not more VGA dialer skins for the WinMo dialer even created for another device.

It was made by taking the standard WM grey skin, rotating 180 degrees and darkening...

The problem is that most existing skins are QVGA!
More information and a couple of skins with transparent buttons can be found in the thread, see my signature.

It was the guy from the QVGA skin thread, Raceit, who inspired me to download photoshop. I've also got WinCE Cab Manager to make them into CABs but I haven't quite figured out what I'm doing with it yet!
Please feel free to post your designs in my thread, it would be great if we can build a resource all in one place, then I can try to get the thread title updated.

coul be a little slow in some places but i have never had to soft reset for any reason i didnt invoke . its surprisingly stable and compatible with everything. i was even able to sync with activesync and also my emails even though ppl complained about these 2 issues.
Best thing abt 6.5 is its user friendlyness (honeycomb) and that its way more finger friendly than 6.1 (kinetic ihphone like scrolling EVERYWHERE - even in programs,,,, and larger better looking buttons also EVERYWHERE!!)
be sure to flash hardspl first and enjoy this great ROM!!

If I want to flash back the stock ROM, does that mean that I need to download the stock ROM image from the HardSPL thread and do the same image updating.
After it has been updated then update the ROM via SEUS to the latest R2AA ROM?

Hey fellow Singaporean
I'm using the itje's 6.5 Rom. I love it. Prefer Titanium than the TouchFlo. Though I wished WinMo would've put an options on how to view the menu. I prefer normal grid alignments than the honeycomb. But all in all, love the rom.

And which folder I have to put in so that the WM6.5 able to read the background pictures?
just installed it few hours ago.. the today screen is somewhat laggy.. applications are somewhat hard to reach. wm 6.5 dont have weather and programs tab for commonly used apps.. having problems with active sync (email)
my rating would be 6.5/10

I just have mine put in "My Pictures" or something and it'd auto detect. I just changed my wallpaper though.

I have seen someone posted a thread here on Xperia wallpaper but when I put into the phone, it is not able to detect either a theme file or a picture file, not sure any step I have missed?
I found out that there is the battery indicator bug as it is not updating the status from the battery so decided to go back to original R2AA ROM first.
Why do we need a separate thread to discuss this? I've suggested a potential fix for the battery bug in the official thread...

You are looking for s2u2 (Slide to Unlock 2). You can download it here: http://s2u2.ac-s2.com/. Just download the QVGA version, unzip the ZIP file, and then move the CAB to your device and run it to install. Hope this helps.

I think the point is moot now. He has his answer and he knows that he should have searched.
why stock
You gotta trick out your phone now that you got it. It will take time to figure out. If ur using the std today screen you gotta start there. Try the new spb mobile shell 3 for free for 15 days then try some of the other themes out there. For S2U2 you need to be sure to get 2.04 cause the prior betas are buggy and will cause you fits. get s2p from A_C also it combines nicely with s2u2 and is a nice media player.

Brent, I went to your site, and found one of your sliders that I would love to add to my ATT Tilt2. (anything to get rid of that darn blue!!!) However, I am having problems with getting it to download.. .When I click on the slider that I chose (sunrise), when it went to download it to my phone.. just a bunch of square looking things came up. Any idea what I am doing wrong? I am very new to this fancy phone of mine, LOL, so any help that you can give me would be very appriciated.

Hmmm.. not sure, but I will try it from my VZW TP2.
You can always download it to your computer and copy it over by activesync.
EDIT: I was able to download directly to my phone without issue. I was using the built in Opera to browse the site from my phone.

ActiveSync (XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (Vista / 7) is the software you install on your computer then connect your phone to it so you can move files between the 2 or sync data

no i dont but i can work on one over the weekend. check the website every couple of days for ones. harley davidson might be a tough one though as icons with black in them usually dont show up to well.
