I have a Sony Ericcson HCB-150 bluetooth car speakerphone paired to my Elfin. When I was using the Blue Elves ROM, voice dialing through the BT speakerphone worked fine. I recently flashed the Onyx ROM which uses Opal and Manilla 2d. The bluetooth speaker phone works for incoming calls and outgoing calls except for voice dialing outgoing calls.
The problem is this: I can initiate a voice dial on the BT kit and speak the name. It recognizes the name and begins dialing the number. At this point there is no sound coming from the BT kit. It is as if the call was transferred back to the phone. If I pick up the phone I can hear the sound of the number dialing. Once the call is answered, people can hear me through the BT kit but again I have no sound from it. Also I must end the call using the phone.
Any ideas why this is happenning or how to fix it?
Well I flashed the Opal R2 Full ROM and Bluetooth voice dial is working with it.

OK, I got a sx66 BA flashed to helmi's wm6. I want to have voice command to go through the BT headsets. I got a BT insignia stereo headset. I tried every program under the sun to get this crap to work! The best ones were MSVC 1.6 and the latest vito voice 2go. MSVC allows me to use voice dial to call but as soon as the phone picks up it switches to phone mic! weird? Vito does not allow me to do voice dial over BT but I can answer calls with my BT! So what Now? Any suggestions? Any way to integrate the two i.e. use MSVC to voice dial thru BT and have the Vito voice 2go handle everything else. Help!

Voice Command over BT
Hi,
After a long time i have restarted to use bluetooth headset and i have to travel to work .
Just one question to experts.
During incoming call i hear a ringtone in my bluetooth headset and handset but when i answer the call the conversation works only in the handset. I have to select handsfree mode after i answer the call to talk through the bluetooth headset.
Is there a way to make bluetooth work first, instead of having to transfer the call to the headset ?
Edit :I am using WM6.5 rom and nokia hb 103 bluetooth stereo headset
I thought i found something but i was wrong.
A bump to get some notice
hi to everyone, i recently got a new x2 (upgraded from my x1) i'm not a newbie around this forum but i've searched the whole forum and can't find an answer to my little problem.
i've installed cyberon voice dialer and btjetfix (so that i can use voicedialing on my x2) but but my problem is that i press the button on my bt headset and it activates voicedialing but the sound is not routed to my bt hesdset microphone, but to my phone microphone, if i call the name that i want it uses the phone's microfone and the sound is heard on my phone's speaker but the call is routed to my bt headset. that makes it impossible for me to call using my bt headset when my phone is in my pocket. all the above worked very sucsesfully on my x1 but now it's driving me crazy, is there any registry key that i can activate or deactivate to make it work properly?
other than that the phone is quite good i've had no other problems with it so far. thanks to everyone in advance.
FroYo finally implements BT dialing (ability to initiate a voice dialer using BT button). However it seems badly broken on my phone: when I initiate a call through BT, the audio is no longer routed through it. The phone thinks it is connected to BT (the bt button is toggled), however the audio comes from the internal earpiece.
I have both Voice Dialer and Voice Dialer HF installed, and it's the same with both of them. When I initiate a call not through BT, but from N1 itself, everything works fine.
Does anyone else have this problem?
No, it works as expected for me: everything is just the same, regardless of whether I dial the call on the phone or use the bluetooth voice dialing.
So I recently got a Plantronics Voyager Edge headset and noticed an interesting bug...
Every function appears to work fine. I can communicate with the phone via voice through the headset. And if I search for a business or something and hit the call button in the search results, everything works fine.
If, however, I dial a number manually or select a number from my contacts - the call isn't immediately sent to the headset. I have to toggle the speaker phone and then back to the headset to get the call to go through the headset.
Anyone had this issue? If so, is there a fix you're aware of?
