My SVP M600 phone got stuck at Starting screen

Hi Friends,
My new mobile phone SPV M600 got stuck whil starting showing four lines of messages as shown below.
IPL 2.10.0001
SPL 2.10.0001
GSM 02.07.20
OS 2.10.1.22
Can any one please help me in geting my phone to today's screen.
I also attached the screen shot for reference.

Ya I tried both hard as well as soft reset but same screen is stuck again and agian.Can any one please help me in this regard as I am very new to PDA family.

Ok, first things first:
Since you are new to this, are you sure you preformed a hard reset?
It is done by holding power + camera + comm manager buttons (one on the right, two on the left) and pressing with stylus in the reset hole at the same time.
A message should appear asking you to press 'send' (green phone button) to confirm reset.
If this does not help, you may have a serious problem.
Please answer the following:
Is the device fully charged?
Phone will fail to boot if the battery is too low.
Did you install any software right before this happened?
This should have been resolved by hard reset, but just in case I am asking.
Did you change the ROM, attempted CID / SIM unlock?
This could require more serious measures than I can advise on.

I did exactly the same thing which you mentioned.But even then it is stuck at the same screen.
Ya u r right I unlocked my mobile using a software from eBay.The unlock was successfull and I tried to insert T-Mobile sim, it also captured the signal and I was able to make and recieve calls then after that I wantedly switched off the phone and then tried to start it, there got the problem.

Can any one help me in this regard please.

I've got the same problem after attempting smart1_wm6_pp8mb.exe
I'm having the same problem with my G4 QTEK S200:
Attempted to upgrade to WM6 Rom using smart1_wm6_pp8mb.exe
After reboot the phone got stuck at the QTEK Screen
Tried Hard Reset (Camera+Power+Comm+Reset) followed the steps with the same results (bricked)
I also tried re-flashing the rom back to the factory one using RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QtekWWE_Ship and ROMUpdateUtility-NoVendorID.exe in Windows Vista with WMDC (Windows Mobile Device Center v. 6.0.6873) and the phone in boot loader mode (tri color screen) with working USB cable, with windows firewall disabled and symantec AV disabled as well, RUU keeps saying error 260 "the update utilitiy cannot connect to your pda phone..." .
Do you think I should try this process using XP instead? No matter what i try i keep getting the error 260
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Got it fixed!
it was definately a Vista issue. once i tried it in XP with ActiveSync it worked like a charm and i got my phone back up and running. also used spb backup and restored all my settings.

i got the same problem with new rom wm6, and the 260 eror, my problem is that i have xp and the activesync does`t connect ...
... means i cant redo the original rom ????

I raised the same issue 7 months back after that my phone got recovered automatically and there were no issues till last month. Last month onwards it is again got the same problem and now it is permenantly stuck at that screen what ever you do.

A rom reinstall on xp solved my problems on that one. retry a couple of times! It may not work the first time! hard reset as well...
Try an official wm5 rom just in case

6. Connect your device with your PC,and run the NVID(no vendor) WM5 rom.
7. The device will be resetted after RUU(rom update utility)finishes
8. Repeat the WM6 upgrade,from STEP 5..

To mention my phone is from orange-UK. I got the orange rom from our FTP site and did the flashing/update what ever you say.But still it is getting stuck at the same IPL/SPL screen. Iam very much worried that I will not get a proper solution for my problem.It will be very grate full if some one resolve my problem.

just seems strange...how did you fix it last time? did it just start working again? A random guess would be that the camera button got liquid spilled on it or is stuck in.
If the camera button is pressed in the phone will go to 3 colour screen every time it is turned on.
It won't do any harm if you try to press/move that button to see if u can "unstick" it, not likely I think but u never know...

How to restore the orginal S200 ROM ?

I have a mayor problem. I just fu*ked up my phone by installing WM6.
Now the screen freezes when the QTEK "Keep the world in one" logo is visible with the OS Version information. Hard reset wont work.
How can I restore the original rom ?

To go in the boot loader screen you have to:
press & hold camera and commmanager button
press the softreset hole
release the commmanager button and keep hold the camera button until the 3 colours display appear

don't worry, your device isn't bricked as long as you can run it in bootloader
check in WIKI if you have G3 or G4 Prophet

I'm the exact same situation.
And wiki didn't help so far...

Take it easy and flash the ROM as described. Use any WM5 ROM compatible with your device, but preferrably one with no vendor ID. In case you cannot update normally use the RUU-No-Vendor-ID application found in the FTP.
As said above the device is not dead, it can be recovered.

It looks like I managed to re-install
Thank you for your help. I installed the rom dezzer advised (post 7 of this thread) and it worked fine. Does that mean tha NOW i can flash smart1 1.3's?

Yep. Turn off the phone, make it sync with activesync and run UPDATE_ROM.bat.
Then cross your fingers Kidding. It will surely work. Remember to hard-reset after the upgrade.
If anything goes wrong just reflash WM5 and hard-reset. Always hard-reset after ANY OS upgrade.

Dear Please help my PDA HTC p3400 has hanged at started up only at front screen only it is not moving further. i had done hard restet also then also not working. Please help me out .

Try to bootup without the SD card (and may be SIM), I had this problem with my Vox, the SD Card was corrupted. After formatting the SD Card, everythig became normal.

the pda at the first time has booted and i have configured the regional time and the pen alignment until the the screen that says Setup complete, click to proceed (or something like this).
After this, it gets stuck on the windows mobile 6.1 boot screen
i have made the re-update with the same rom update.
the problem persists!
I have made with/without sd card and sim.
Now when it boots apears
ONBL 1.07.0000
SPL 1010.olip
GSM 02.84.90
OS 1.17.0.0
then changes for the wm6.1 boot screen
and stucks here

hi
assuming ur phone is just dead ie just blank screen do this
1.power off the phone remove batter and press the power button 3 secs
2.put batter back in to the phone
3.Press camera button and then power on at the same time u will get tricolor
used usb and Flash new ROM
or press camera button and do soft reset using stylus this will also give u the tricolor use USB and flash new ROM

Then it shows the windows animations and then it hangs.
This has happned to me twice.
I had installed following applications after the ROM upgrade. Does any application creating a problem
1) HTC Home (6 tab plugin)
2) S2U2,S2P,S2V
3) Quick Menu
4) Opera Mini
5) TCPMP with many codecs

I had tried that also but not able to recover I had to burn the ROM again .
I am scared now to soft reset my gene. Never know when it will get hanged again. (pls note that it does not hang on every soft reset).
I liked the new ROM (6.1 pro Sumeet) so much. It is fast and have left enough room to add/execute other applications. I have read so many good comments about the ROM. I do not want to change it to any other version.
Please.. please try to get some solution.

I tried to update my Shadow by the new wm6.1 rom.. the first time it went to 100% and restart with an error 270 : the image is corrupt . After, when I boot loader, it go to 2% and restart every time ( many) :
I'm stucked at bootloader mode and tried many roms but no one sucsess ... all of them reach 2% and then stopped.
even I tried the original one (Shadow_Software_Update_1.11.531.5.exe) from t-mobile official site but also same result.
so can any one help me and give me any solution to try?

I already tried to do this but...
* How can I upload sspl/uspl to my phone from bootloader because it's the only mode I can work my phone?
* when I tried to do USPL + RUU it go to 100% and then the phone restart and the RUU program says corrupted image...
then the phone stays in it's state (only can go to bootloader mode).
can I use MTTY program to flash sspl/uspl and USPL and then the new rom? if yes .. how I can do it?
Or what may I do my friend..

if you can only get to the bootloader then try flashing to the t mobile rom, then start over

Power off the phone
Press and hold the camera and voice keys
Insert the USB cable, Keep holding the camera and voice keys until you get the bootloader screen
Then flash an original ROM.

[Q]Help with P3450

I have received one elf with is stucking on calibration menu,everytime that i press all the 5 positions again it keeps on asking for it and i cant get to the phone.
Phone is detected by activ syn ,i want to upgrade the rom but as i'm having this problem i cant upload cert and enabl files.I cant do hardspl nothing.
Is there anyway i can repair this phone.It has got 2.26.00 spl.

I had the same problem.... but I just hard reset my phone with the styles and started my phone again and then pu it fast on my computer and started the upgrade to 2.28 and the my phone worked correctly.
Maybe I've made some mistakes but that's because im 13 and I live in Holland

i agree with marcbrug .. try to do a hard reset .. that is by holding the End & the Call Buttons and soft reseting the phone.. when the confirmation msg appears press the "Middle" (the largest) button..

You could probably still install it manually if you are able to connect to ActiveSync during the screen calibration.
First, try installing "myMobiler" which allows you to access the phone from your PC (like in Remote Desktop). See if you can get any further than the calibration screen with that.
Otherwise, download the "itsutils" package from here:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~itsme/projects/xda/tools.html
Then, use "prun" to remotely launch the CAB file from the DOS window:
e.g. C:\> prun.exe \Windows\myfile.cab
I have never tried this command with CAB files but it worked with Windows Mobile EXE files.
