I bricked my Pharos!
I Have a problem!
I Made my Own Pharos rom with "jose_sonseca" Totorial!
The Tutorial is bad, now start my HTC Pharos only in the "smart mobility" screen.
No Rom ( My own createt rom ) not Loaded!
how i can enter the bootloader and reflash the bad rom?
The rom gang up in the "smart mobility" screen!
No Active Sync...
Edit: SPL: 1.11Mobiz!
The phone is only one day old... ;(

If not, upload your part02.raw, and I will try to compile it.

For the original bootsplash, I don't think that german rom have it, so apply my original bootsplash, I've posted it here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=412324

what is problem , i can get only on bootloader mode my herald and nothing more.

When nothing works except bootloader - try to flash an original Rom with RUU.
look in the wiki.
And try.

Yes yes before writte here on forum i have try much think about herald
Fllash has going just on 2% and then stoping.
how can i solve this problem?

Which language does your Herald has - and what do you want to flash. You have to choose teh original RUU.
Does it give the "Vendor-ID error"??

I'm trying to flash with :RUU_Herald_HTC_WWE_1.8.405.1_02.71.90_Ship , this {RUU_Herald_HTC_WWE_5.4.405.1_4.1.13.34_02.79.90_Ship nothing , i dont know what language herald have before?

Last chance. Try to flash ANY rom. Posted in the WIKI.
Good luck. When you don´t find one without given Vendor-ID error. You have to wait for the official HTC update.

i tryed to flash WM6 on my SP3i, i used this manual and files http://www.geocities.com/gggbitonti/typhoon.htm
after first step my device went into bootloader and i can`t do anything with it..
i tryed to flash oficial rom (2003), but it not takes me effect
My device is not Cidunlock

Sorry, device is SUPERCID!!!But i still can`t flash rom
My unit is working fine..can make receieve calls etc...
Am running on Meschle's 2.11 lite....hard reset fine everything fine...
When I try to upgrade to the full version - Gives me error...Connection.check cradle etc...
Tried Official ROM - same problem
Tried Manual Bootloader - goes into a white screen and hangs...then after 4-5 minutes i see the colored screen with IPL 3.04.0001 and SPL 1.11.000...
if I reset goes back to the ROM that was there on it...works fine...
Did I just brick my phone?
Not that I am not happy with it...but then why the Bootloader and flashing is not working?
Try the official dopod version from here.
NOTE: it will change ipl, spl and gsm radio versions.
After that run uspl again before tryin any other rom

Hi Nikmei, do you need to tun uspl first before flash the official dopod rom, thanks
This method is only for an extreme case like when you can’t boot!
Do not use this method for update w/out the uspl.

thanks , when i try to run upsl it got to 70% the the screen turn off and a pengune picture, what should i do now, thanks
If you really want to flash your pda then you better hard reset it then uspl will work for 100%.
Normally if you run uspl you should get a blank screen and after that you can goon with the update wizard.

NikMel, i have the dopod m700, try to run the upsl few times before flash to wm6 rom, every time it went to 70% the screen went off, please help
I can't tell you for sure if this procedure will work for your pda.
this works on artemis or p3300 or dopod p800

I just ordered a new mobile device yesterday because I thought I had bricked my device.
Fortunately I found this post and was able to reflash the device with this rom. So I have cancelled the order.

Hi,
I tired flashing udk syrius r0.
during the flash i got an error messege about the communication.
now my device is stuck in bootloader mode :
"pola100
spl-1.25.0000
cpld-2"
i am using vista ultimate.
i tired re-flashing 3 other roms but i can't because the device is not being recognized.
i tried using mtty but i keep getting "usb port can not open" no matter what i do. i tired uninstalling the mobile center and nothing helps.
i tried flashing through the microsd and its not working as well (its in "loading" for over 30 minutes.)
1. is my device bricked?
2. what do i need to do to get my device back ?

That's happens because you don't read before, before flashing a non-Official ROM you need to install the Hard-SPL.

It is not bricked. You can repair it by yourself. Just use SEARCH function! Please do not ask questions that have been answered hundreds of times. It is really not polite to do that to people using these forums.

i tried doing hard-spl flash but i can't see the "replug usb" message. the device immidietly moves to the progress bar and gets stuck with 0%.

Hi there.
First of all I'am new in this community and with that I would like to congratulate everybody that have done such a good job, I apologize my English but linguist is not my best.
So, i bought a Qtek S200/Prophet recently and it doesn't start, it stays in the boot that says the IPL, SPL, GSM and OS version for 15 to 30 minutes sometimes even an hour. I've tried the original ROM's and only one time and after almost 1 hour, it started. i did the startup configuration but since i haven't my sim card inserted i had to reboot, when i started again it didn't.
Can anybody tell me whats going on??Thanks
