there is no need for call forwarding prog.... go to phone>menu>options>services>call fowarding then click on get settings. this may vary depends on service provider
No need to cross post.
If you are willing to pay for a solution check out MagiCall. It's very cool

I mean by service messages the ones send from service providers like was push or web link or the ones telecoms send as a message to send you wap setting or gprs settings
if you can send those types of sms from any phone it's pretty odd that the world is not filled with virus's that delete mms settings and gprs settings and then resend them to something else
so my guess is no

actually, there were a lot of cases of this happening, with people being sent csd settings that go through premium rate numbers, this is why an alternate type of setting was created, which requires the user to enter a pin into their phone. Although most phones have always required user intervention, but most users are click-happy muppets.
sending wap/mms settings is a relatively straight-forward process, the best place to look is www.nowsms.com, who produce an application to do just this, through either a gsm modem/phone or a bulk operator like clickatell
In Windows Mobile, would anyone know how to configure "+" in phone contacts to translate to specific international direct dial access code?

That is done automatically, you don't need to configure anything.
If you have special needs (some dialling prefix etc), you can try Start->Settings->Connections->Connections->Extended->Dialling Rules (translated from a German TyTN, so the names on your device will probably be a bit different. "Extended" is simply the right tab; I have a feeling that on an English device its name may be completely different )
Cheers

Thanks.
Yes I do need to dial the prefix provided by a long distance service which is cheaper than default IDD service of my mobile company.
I have tried but somehow it didn't work. I will do further research I think I may not have configured the dialling rules correctly.

I sort it out. Thank you for help guys. I phone the Vodafone Customer Service and they send me an instructions. Thank You
go to settings-wireless controls and click data connections but not the on off switch, click to the left side and it should allow you to choose country and provider.

Either the calling parties were using the CLIR service (Calling Line ID Restriction), either you are deactivating the CLIP service (Calling Line ID Presentation).
To check for the CLIP service, install my app Advanced Call Settings, select 'Line ID' tab, select CLIP, and tap the button Interrogate.
To activate it again, tap the button Activate.
You may ask your service provider for the availability of the service (it may depends on your contract with the service provider, or the local policy...)
