In folder options you have to make sure to check "Display the contents of system folders", "Show hidden files and folders", and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)".

I also have installed activesync
What language is that, dutch?
Anyways it looks like the Folder Options in your language version don't exactly match our english versions. Here's a screenshot of mine and exactly what i have checked/unchecked to get it to show.

SPB mobile shell, is there any way to keep to windows title bar visible while running mobile shell.
Reason is volume control is there so, it is difficult to change volume with out minimizing app also I want to toggle between apps and I can not use "X" button functionality from SPB. Is there any easier way to toggle?
Any help would be appreciated.
hah, I've never seen a bot actually reply to a post
as for your question, I am wondering the same thing
For the volume, use the "SetVolume0.4b1.cab" file found on this forum. You can set a shortcut into your tools folder and it works brilliantly. Not sure about x button problem..
Cheers...
Something like this..?
This is do to Gagaza's modification.. and began to think on adding a start button, I ended up with this.

}
1) Start in (SPB) settings, select customize menu, highlight tools.
2) Now to begin select menu on bottom right, then add-> menu..
3) Choose the icon you desire and name it.
4) Then once done open tools (still in customize menu) go to the menu/icon you've created..
5) Highlight then select menu at bottom right and click on add->file. Now you can select any files you want. (I've chosen File Explorer, Skyfire, Dashwire and Sprite Backup)
6) Once all this is done then you go to MRU 2nd app (left to right 1st row) and Manage Pin to your created menu/icon.
7) Then load the modification gagaza has created and your good to go! (You can do this first also)
Enjoy..!

still not working... tried both those things
I believe that this is by design. Microsoft probably doesn't want everyone using ActiveSync to be able to muck around in the \Windows folder, so while you're connected to your PC via ActiveSync, Windows Explorer will ALWAYS hide the phone's \Windows folder.
You could just use Total Commander on the phone itself, and this will give you access to the \Windows dir with no problem. I usually just copy stuff to the \My Documents or \Storage Card folder while it's connected to my PC, then disconnect, open up Total Commander on the phone, and copy the files to \Windows.
Hope that helps!
u need change view folder opiton and allow viewing system files.

Yes.
Go to folder options and allow viewing system/hidden files.
Then, go to My computer > Mobile Device > My Windows Mobile Device (or whatever it's called ) and Windows should be there

for Asian languages support in the Playlist you need to have those languages installed on your computer (Control Panel -> Regional and language Options). But that's not enough:
1. download "msyh.ttf" from http://www.mediafire.com/?kkqaa4io1ah and instal it to Control Panel -> Fonts
2. open Winamp, right click Options -> Preferences, go to Skins -> Modern Skins -> Font Rendering
3. under Font Mapper check "Use skin font mapper", then click "Configure Skin Mapping"
4. In the Font Mapper window check "This skin", in the "Map font" drop-down menu choose "Arial" and "Microsoft YaHei" in "Into". Set "Scale" to 88%

For Album Covers as seen in the preview you need to create each image in Photoshop using the provided template (Cover Template.psd).
You need to save every image as "Cover.jpg" in its album's folder.

is it possible to change the text for the quicklinks on the home tab? this is what my home screen currently looks like:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
i'd like to change some of the text, i.e. "opera browser" to "opera", so it doesn't take up two lines. does anyone know if that's possible? thanks!
simple...
first the concept. when setting a quick link, the list of programs presented to you is extracted from the start menu. once you choose a program from the list, the quick link is created using the target, icon, AND caption of the corresponding start menu item.
so simply make a copy of the link in the start menu and name it how you like and keep it in the start menu folder. then remove the quick link you don't like. now when you will try to re-add it, you will see your copy appear in the list of programs exactly how you named it. select it and re-add it and viola!
or grab a registry editor, browse to
HKLM/software/htc/manila/home
find a lot of numbered folders, one for each quicklink, find yours (it starts at 0, so if its quicklink 3 it will be in folder 2)
In there change DispName to whatever you want it to say

used this method, worked perfectly. thanks!!
I'm using Ext2Explore to open system.ext4 ROM file, but the GUI is buggy and the sorting feature that mixes folders and files makes me very confusing.
I can't just use Ubuntu because i'm not a linux expert and my PC is running Windows
Do you know which program is better?
EDIT: Use 7-ZIP
