hey, so what's with the camera? any success?
camera app in http://download.coolcode.cn/typhoon/Extra.zip is updated.
yep, got it, thanks! and is there any chance to get media buttons work? has anyone tried to use keyboard driver from ronswens' wm5 amadeus build?
Hi Creative7419/Andot,
Is it indeed stable after e.g. changing Home Screen options, activesyncing and switching the device on and off a few times? And: did you use the most recent SPL (1.01.0109) or the older (1.01.0064) version?

only fixed 0.3 camera app.
keyboard driver from ronswens' wm5 amadeus build can't work in wm6.
We need to modify the wm5 keyboard driver for wm6 amadeus.

I suplied 27M 1.01.0109 SPL & 1.01.0064 SPL.
you can flash ROM from 27M 1.01.0109 SPL, then enter the WM6, flash 1.01.0064 SPL, and then when you reboot your phone, you will not see the red text.

Andot,
I had 1.01.0109 SPL on my Feeler and flashed 'back' to 1.01.0064 SPL. Now I get the red, green and blue screen (red: Typhoon IPL 1.00, green: Typhoon 1.01.0064 and blue: just Typhoon, nothing else) and I cannot load the new WM6 ROM.
I hope I did not brick my device. Any suggestions?
If you find 1.01.0064 SPL not support your device, you can flash 1.01.0109 SPL back. your phone os will come back.

How to flash back to 1.01.0109 SPL? As far as I know you need to be ActiveSynced with the device and - as you can guess - I only can get in the red-green-blue screen of 1.01.0064 SPL.

Please look at this to flash your device to 1.01.0109 SPL.
=====
SPL 1.01.0109
Your smartphone must be activesynced with the computer.
[*]Download IU_SPL+PatchedRUU.zip from here.
[*]Extract all the files to some folder on the PC and run Patched_RUU.exe.
[*]Follow the instructions and it will flash SPL 1.01.0109 to your phone.
=====
Already solved the problem. Solution: just in case other people get the same problem
1. Get into bootloader mode for 1.01.0064 SPL (the red-green-blue screen)
2. Run USB connection with MTTY 1.42
3. Press Enter to see Cmd prompt
4. Type info 2 and press Enter
5. Type format BINFS and press Enter
6. Now you can run 2003SE official ROM
After this you can flash back to 1.01.0109 SPL and install WM6 ROM

hi! can you give me a link to an official O2 xphone IIm rom? i cant find one.... thanks!
Do not have that ROM, I found a Qtek which worked ok as an intermediate step to get back to ronswens WM5
Bricked Feeler
I try to flash my Qtek 8020 with WM6 Rom, but at 68% stage of flashing my PC updater window missing from my desktop. I retry to start updater, but without any succes, of course.
Now, my device is death.
Anybody has a solution for this ?
Please, this smartphone is in a very good condition (is new one, 0 min. talking, in fact ) ,i don't want to drop it.
Thanks !
Sorry for my bad english, this is not my usual language
i think this might work bcos it happend when i tried to upgrade to WM6 on ma typhoon.... do as following... n within no time it will be workin again.......
Now you need to access the bootloader. Ensure that the phone is turned off, hold the camera button with a hand, and connect the USB cable, after a second, you will see a white screen asking 'Need an IU? ", press 0 and you will see a 3 colour screen which is the bootloader.... Now extract the ROM which you have downloaded earlier on to your C: drive, then execute mtty.exe. Select USB from the drop down menu and click OK..... Copy os.bin into C drive. Now type 'l c:/os.bin' without the quotes and type enter, you will see a series of process. The entire process takes around 10-20 minutes. Please be patient. Once it is done, type ResetDevice, and you have WM6.

I've got WP7 on my HD2. I want to flash a custom WM6.5 again and then run Android
However I can't flash anything over WP7. CustomRUU says a Error 260 connection
When the phone is plugged in, Zune starts and can see the phone listed. However Windows Mobile Device Centre stays as not connected. I've tried a hard reset i've tried holding the VolDown and power button to no avail.
How can I revert back to WM6.5?

You can also rename RUU_signed.nbh into leoimg.nbh and copy leoimg.nbh to your sd-card by using a card-reader, then get your screen in bootloader-mode and follow the instructions on your screen, when the update is completed, give a softreset, that should do the trick.
Regards,
Hi, I have the same problem. when try to flashback my 6.5 Room, on the 3 color screen, After After 5 minutes ... ERROR No Conection. I have HSPL version : SPL-2.08.000.
flashing back to windows phone 6.5
ensure the phone is charged more than 50%
switch the phone off
(at the same time) press the end key (hang up) and the volume down button. this will get you into the tri colour screen.
at the bottom of this screen should be written serial, at this point plug the phone into the pc, the "serial" should change to usb.
on the pc you should hear the usb plugged in confimation sound and the safely remove usb should show a device called "Qualcomm CDMA technologies MSM"
at this point start Custom RUU and proceed to flash the device as normal.
tried to make it as simple as possible
hope this helps.
edit: the tri colour screen everyone keeps talking about is the bootloader

Thank you for your fast response,
I'm doing all the procedure exactly, but when I proceed to flash to W6.5 The progress bar stays at 0% for 3 minutes , and on my pc appears the message "of connection error". If i reset the Hd2, it boot again in WP7. Any suggestions?, I have an HD2 Leo (512) and my HSPL is 2.08.00000. Thanks in advance.
My fault, its true. In the multicolor screen appears SPL-2.08.0000 .. Now, how can i reinstall the HSPL ? ,if I have installed WP7?.
Exit the Zune program and reflash the Original stock HD2 rom, not the updated 3.14 roms.

well make sure you have HPSL, then from there power off your phone, but turn it back on by holding down the Vol down button and the power button, and keep holding it till you get to the tri color screen, connect your phone and it should say USB on the bottom of your phone, then from there flash like the regular way.
I have a problem with DFT MAGLDR Bootloader 1.13 version. I have HSPL 2.08 version and radio 2.15.50.14 version. Hey, try re-downloading MAGLDR and connecting via another usb port or preferably another system with htc drivers installed...Hope u r flashing thru d bootloader mode and does it show "usb" instead of "serial"?
If you are still having trouble click on the link in my signature that says guide and it tells you step by step how to flash MAGLDR by flashing via bootloader. Also like the post above said try all the USB ports if you have trouble with one.

You can also flash MAGLDR via SD card just like you can a Windows Mobile ROM. Just copy the magldr.nbh file and change the magldr.nbh file name to leoimg.nbh then copy the leoimag.nbh file to the root of your SD card. Boot your HD2 into bootloader and press the end button to comfirm when it ask if you want to flash the image.

Here r d steps and it has worked countless times...
1. U must have performed a HSPL 2.08 (not 3.03) using HSPL3/4 software. (connect usb & restart in bootloader mode)
2. Perform Task29 by connecting usb & restarting in bootloader mode (This completely wipes your phone memory).
3. Flash MAGLDR 1.13 by powering up in bootloader, connecting usb and running "RUU.exe" as Admin.
Going CWM Way?
4. Flash CWM by launching MAGLDR (Press & hold down d end key), using volume keys, scroll down & select usb flasher...Run "Daf.exe" contained in CWM folder.
5. Copy android build to root of already full-formatted sd card.
6. Enter MAGLDR mode & scroll down to AD Recovery..Enter....CWM should load up.
7. Select "Install zip from sd card".
8. Select d desired build...Enter..Scroll down to Yes, Install.....
9. Flash Away.
10. Wait for successful confirmation then select "reboot phone" ..
ENJOY!!!

OK, so i am trying to load the stock rom back on my old HD2 to send back to t-mobile.
My phone has a broken flex cable going to the bottom buttons so i cannot hit the power button.
I downloaded the stock rom from t-mobile and have it both on sd card and on computer.
I can boot the phone to the point where it wants me to load the rom from SD card, i just cannot hit the power button to accept.
So i tried to do it from the computer. when i do, it just hangs at 8%.
Does anyone have any idea how I can put stock rom back on it?
Hold your volume down button down while you power,on your HD2. When you see the multicolor bootloader screen come up connect your USB cable to the HD2 and computer. Wait for the Serial in the white bar of bootloader to change to USB then run the RUU for the T-Mobile ROM. After you have flashed the ROM download HSPL 4 (linked in my sig) and run it but select SPL 3.03.0000 when it asks what version you want to flash. When you are done runningvthe HSPL utility boot into bootloader again to make sure you have SPL -3.03.0000. If you do and you should ypu are good for warranty.

Don't you understand? You don't need the stock ROM, once you have the stock SPL you -should- be fine. Go to the tri-Color screen and download HSPL4 on your PC and run it and choose 3.03.0000 (not HSPL) and click next and it should flash. If you've done that then you're ready to send it off for warranty. No need for stock ROM. Just change the HSPL to SPL again which TMagnolia and I just told you how to do.
Oh yeah and you can easily get to the tri-color by plugging the USB in and holding the Vol down button.

They won't power the phone on to see if theres a ROM and if they do it'll boot to SPL in which case I'd say they'd flash a stock ROM. What green box?

I think they do not have a stock ROM on the HD2 and I was stupid and did not realize they probably already had HSPL on thier HD2. So they are not good to go for warranty just yet.
At the OP try right clicking on the RUU and select run as administrator. Also try different USB ports too that might help.

I would still try to get the stock ROM on the HD2 before sending it in cause I can assure you if they will turn the phome on and check the ROM and SPL. and if they have SPL 3.03.000 and not SPL 2.10.0000 they will say why iscthat cause it looks like they were tring to update the phone and sould not have SPL 3.03.0000. Then they will probably say they either did not preform the flash correctly or had un approved software on the phone and will not pass it as warranty.

Please give more details.
1. Are you able to get to the 3-color screen (press Vol-Dn + Power)? If so, what do you see?
2. What ROM are you using? Original or custom-ROM? If it is custom-ROM, you will need a copy of the BLACIMG.NBH file on your microSD that has to be slotted into the phone.
3. Did you do a full-charge of battery before you tried the first flashing of HSPL? If not, try re-charge till you see the green light then try again.

I used the instructions and downloads to update mine from SPL 1.15 to stock SPL 1.54 first when I first flashed. Then I found that there were video issues (see a 256-colour mode on Orange splash screen). Upon being advised by HTC0017, I flashed Olinex 1.56 and now all is okay.
thanks
