If you won't loose your Warrnty so let it repair in an repaircenter.

Hi all,
I currently own Blue Angel and have a write protect screen saver. Waiting for o2 Exec release hopefully next week. My first question being is the screen size the same and therefore no need to wait for a new screen protector especially for Exec? Also at weekends I may decide that the Exec is too big to carry around in jeans. I have an old Sony Erricson T68. I am right in understaind that o2 will send out a new 3g enabled SIM. Will this 'new' SIM work on my old T68?
Many thanks for taking the time to read this.

i had my qtek 9000 in my pocket when i got out of my car...it fell on the ground and now the screen is broken...
al the functions still work (touchscreen and all)...the only thing is it has a crack in the upper righthand corner with a grey spot around it...everything projected underneath this spot is invisible...
anybody have any idea as where i can send my qek to get repaired, or where i can order a screen and do the repair myself..
has anybody seen a step-by-step explanation (with pictures), on how to open the qtek (jasjar)
thanx in advance
hi,
dont know if this helps but i read somewhere in this forum that a fujitsu siemens pocketloox 720 pda uses the same display....
Good luck
Wayne
thqt would be a step in the right direction....can anyone confirm this, as the replacement screens for qtek or jasjar aren't anywhere to be found
Just return it to any official Proximus-shop or even Belgacom-shop, they'll take care of it.
You should count on 6-8 weeks and a cost of 140 €
Just a simple question:
Are both phones the same? Do they use the same stylus pen? Do they use the exact same motherboard, screen, connectors and etc? The only difference is the case and keyboard shape?
Thanks in advance!
Both devices are HTC WIZARD 200. They have a different housing face plate and keypad. Therefore also the shape of the stylus might vary - I am not sure! I am using the MDA version which looks better on the front in my opinion. Allthrough I think the keyboard looks better on the 8125 ...
Anything else is the same in the devices.
A friend of mine is sending me a dead MDA and I'd like to know if I buy a Cingular 8125 with a broken screen, will I be able to use the motherboard from the MDA or the screen from the 8125 to get a fully functional unit?

I wouldn't buy a 8125 with a broken screen in first place! Research this forum for the SERVICE MANUAL of the HTC WIZARD! After seeing how to take it appart you might be able to imagine that too much can go wrong! The screen and the keyboard are the last things you can access! You open the device on the back and have to work all way down piece by piece until there ...
I saw broken screen WIZARDs on eBay for $150.00 - compared to that you can find working dev ices for $200.00 w/o contract.
Yeah I saw the service manual and got scared too, but I can give it a try I think, if I find a broken device for less than $150
my mda vario screen appears to be broken. Things on display fades off and it looks like the "ink" inside the screen is on one side. Also when am holding it vertically and displaying contact list...everything on the screen shakes.
I dont know if there is a fix for this and if there are store who can fix mda varios? I believe i might need a new screen. So, why can i get one and is it something very easy to fix? Or better still who fix mda vario in uk here? Thanks.
PS
I cant send it back to tmobile, it is past warranty.
try going to this place they fixed mind for £130 ish i think

I replaced the screen on my 02 Orbit, but it still wouldnt work,
I then noticed there's actually 2 types,
One has the hole on back of screen in the middle
the other has the hole on back of screen at the side
The one on my Orbit had the hole at the side and I replaced it with
the new one but that had the hole in the middle,
Does anyone know if these 2 screens are interchangable or will I now
have to look for the other type of screen
hope that makes sense to someone
For whats its worth the new screen worked fine, it was the power button
that was the problem,
Its just that some sellers said that the orbit had 2 different screens (which it does) but you had to get the right one for your device
Technically i think that the difference is... O2 Orbit.. has a diffrent screen than HTC Artemis.. Though no major difference.. ITs just my opinion..
