Hey guys, I have an 8525 but the keyboard does not have a spring loaded slider like the tytn II or the tilt. Does the Tytn normally have a spring loaded slider? Like does it automatically slide if you push it up a certain amount? Or is the keyboard not have that like the Wizard?
No, it does not have it and is identically to the Wizard.
Oh wow thank you for the quick reply. I thought I might have received a bad phone. Thank you once again.
Hi everybody. My Niki doesn't work . The screen and the led are off, the keyboard has light when I slide open the Niki. It also makes a strange noise when I slide open, so I think that my ID card got inside the niki (it wouldn't be the first time) and broke something that brings electricity or whatever to the sceen and that side of the Niki. Any ideas if I can dissamble it or whatever?

Maybe you should take it to tech services! You can argue that it isn't very tight and just from keeping it in your pocket something got in it and now it won't work anymore.
I am not sure if the warranty is gonna cover that problem so that is why I was asking... anyhow probably i will take it to the tech serv. monday morning...
Hi
I just got my Tmobile Wing as a replacement for my Dopod D810 (Trinity), it's lovely and the battery life is great! However, I'm just wondering if it's just me or all the Herald variants, I'm quite annoyed but its semi-automatic spring driven keyboard and looks like mine wiggles a bit and slightly elevated on the keyboard itself (when not slided out), i found it too annoying when i tap my fingers on the screen like when i'm using Phonepad and i can barely feel it wiggles and it knocks the front panel housing (i don't what should be the term) to the keyboard panel.
Any one with the same case?
I would be very thankful if you happen to know any fix and post it here.
Thanks!

I hope you have the old cover. You did not remove the magnet from the old cover and glue it to the new one! The screen rotation sensor is a magnet operated switch.

First check that all connections are made inside the housing.
Maybe you just forgot some plug.
