I have a problem with my bt620 working with WMP. The controls work fine but no audio will come out of the headset. I have applied the a2dpfix with all the registry hacks. My rom version is cingular 1.34. I use TCMP player to stream my sirrus and it works great with no problems and no skipping. I just can't get it to work with WMP for anything. Any ideas?
I am having the same problem as well... anyone got this working yet?
Are you trying to play videos or this is happening while playing mp3s?
I'm asking you this cause I can listen mp3 in WMP without a problem, but when I play a video, the sound is played through the phone's speaker.
One more thing, when you stream audio through the net, do the bt headphones work? cause mine don't .
PS: I have the Plantronics Pulsar 260

Hi,
I have qtek s100 and recently got the motorola HT820.
It all works great with the BT stack which can be found on these boards. I only have one problem noone else seems to have - I cannot pause a song :'(.
I can control volume, skip to previous or next song, stop song and even play again after stopped.
But if I'm currently playing a song and I press the pause button on my headset it'll freeze and close WMP.
I've tried hard resetting - upgrading to radio 1.13 so I'm giving up.
Anyone have any suggestions?
THANKS.
Have you tried Mortplayer instead of WMP? It's got much better soundquality & supports more formats & maybe the pause button works with your headset.
M
ADPD or what's it's called is only supported by WMP but what the people on these boards say... no?
Must confess I haven't tried myself. I got A2DP & Mortplayer, but no BT stereo headset.
Mortplayer is free though, so you can give it a try.

Hmm, I might. Do you have any buttons that work with mortplayer?
There are no buttons on my regular wired stereo headphone. Only a 2.5mm -> 3.5mm jack converter.
So I really can't tell. Try a pm to WvanWaas, I know he's got a stereo BT headset (HT-820 :!: ) & the A2DP stereo BT patch & it works for him.
Hmm, mortplayer doesn't play wma.. anyone else know something?
I have a Hermes and just got Jabra BT610 stereo bluetooth headsets as a birthday present. However, when I play the music I hear the first few seconds, and then no more. I'm using both Windows Media Player and MortPlayer and they both behave about the same. I'm on ROM version 1.18. Am I doing something stupidly wrong; because I know the big problem I should be facing is the stuttering problem.
I have the Softbank X01HT and I am trying to get my bluetoot headset working.
I have the i-PHONO PLUS BT450Rx Bluetooth Stereo Headphones.
It skips a little, and I think it may be because of how much it lags the PPC.
As soon as music is playing in media player through the bluetooth the ppc suffers heavy lag if I try doing anything else the music will highly skip and you can tell everything is very slow.
If i stop the audio from playing by clicking pause the lag is gone. I don't remember my old Cingular 8125 lagging this bad when bluetooth was playing, and that had half this processor, so I'm guessing something is wrong?
Has anyone else had this problem?
I would appreciate help,
Thanks
yeah it lags abit when the A2DP is on.
Well I just installed the a2dp cab fix I found on these forums and It seemed to help alot and I think it even fixed my skipping problem!
Can't say for sure yet have only tested for about 15 minutes, but it was skipping every 15 seconds or so before now no skipping at all.
My media player dosent skip now which is good.
But still my skype skips if I try using the headset with skype.
I'm guessing because skype takes more resources than media player.
Have you had any luck using a bluetooth headset with skype marktang?
no lol i have never used skype yet. and for the skipping problem i never had that. the only problem i have is that when im using stereo bluetooth the phone will lag abit.
Well I'm pretty sure that A2DP cab fixed the skipping on media player.
But I really want to use the headset for skype too, but I think because a2dp takes up resources and skype takes a lot of resources it is laggy.
Do you know of any way to free up resources? What programs I can close or something, or is there a way yet to overclock the cpu on the X01HT?
for all my other PDA/Phones (iPaq) i could listen to videos or music via the BT headset. but with my tytn running BlackMajik wm6, i cant. i would normally pair up my bt headet. then play a vid and sound would run contantly thru the earpiece. now i have to press the "connect" button on the earpiece and sound would play, BUT it would stop after about 10 sec and play thru the speakerphone.
i have tried both Logitech and Samsung BT headsets. both do the same thing.
is there any workaround or registry mod?
yeah. I used Destination Gotland Bluetooth Mono Sound.... It's around here on xda. just use the search
It worked on stock, black majik, and schaps 3.60.
teksoft software but not free is the best router

Try Teksoft Bluemusic it is the best software available where you can route your music via any bluetooth headset, but is a paid software, you can try it, it gives 2 mins music trial period.
