Is it possible to flash Qtek 1010 via usb in bootloader?
I put the device in bootloader then pressed record button and it asks to connect cable. I coonect usb and run the utility, but is says it can't connect or something like this.
I have another wallaby and wanted to make rom-backup to sd but I have bootloader 5.17 and it says key valid or something like this.
How can I reflash bootloader?

OK. I am ready to flash my Wallaby with new ROM. BUT, I can't get into the bootloader. Tried the Power Button and Soft reset combo, but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

wallaby usb flashing
hi there ,,can anyone tell why when i enter usb flash mode i cant flash via it wheni try to run a upgrade program it says plug in yor pda and on the pda screen all i get is usb flash mode,,connect usb cable now... but it is lso in my device manager i see my pda as a windows ce devices so what the hell is going on ?
pls dont tell me only way is via sd card surely it can be done via usb lead if so please can some post a step by step on how to flash via usb as i did so already from pc2002 to win2003 using the rom from xda developers and now i get a logo Ozup and underneath says ,,this os image is meant for microsoft employees or technicians bla bla bla
but i can enter boot loader fine access all the menus in bootloder my bootloder version is v5.15
pleaaaase someone help me
There are two possibilities to flash a device:
1. In Bootloader via SD Card
2. Normal booted device via Active Sync
But i do not know what you mean with USB Flash Mode

i have a big problem and i think your the only person who can help me my problems occured when i went to flash my wallaby device with this rom ftp://xda:[email protected]_ENG.exe/
i wish i never bothered the device was perfectly running fine until i flashed it with this via usb it all was a succes when i done a hard reset i got a screen with a oz up logo and underneath it says "microsoft internal use only" this operating system image is meant for use only by microsoft employees and contractors ,,and the crazy thing is i cannot enter my bootloader which was v5.15 so i can flash it via sd card its vanished no bootloader only that screen and on the bottom right corner it says ,,g32s54,v4.08,3.04 when i plug it in usb all i get is a unknown device and i cannot flash it so please if there is a way even if its pretty technical i would be honoured if you can help me out i would be very grateful if u cn show me a way of getting the bootloader back many thanks

hi i,m really upset if i can only get acces to the bootloader i can atleast flash it via sd card so please if theres a way of getting back the bootloader or somehow flashing it back please any help would be appreciated

don't use the 4.16 use the rs 4.21 when i did the upgrade i was then able to connect to active sync then changed the rom try the special rom 1.2

mate the problem i have is that i cant acces the bootloader for me to do anything its gone and this happened after using that dodgy rom
all i want to no is there a way of putting back the bootloader on to the device as its not there its been somehow erased after the flash i done
mate if you try what i said to try this should help you to connect your phone back to your pc then you can change the rom from there you shold get bootloader back when you put a new rom on
Help, purchased Hermes off of eBay, stuck in Bootloader screen, was unable to connect to usb originally, did flash from SD to OEM WM5. Have been able to connect to usb since will flash ok, get successful flash screen on computer but Phone screen reverts back to bootloader. SPL is 2.03 1PL is 1.04. Using XP. Thought may have been attempt to flash different ROM w/o unlocking CID/SIM, tried to run Hermes SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a stops at 7% reverts back to bootloader and usb disconnects until I uplug usb cord and reattach. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Or because the CID is not unlocked lead to information could not write, it is recommended to confirm the machine before that had been unlocked CID.
was a CID unlocked I just wanted to put RUU with the French language, I did not back up the file, and do not know what to put.
I tried to do the procedure microsd but either do not quite understand how to do it! I do not know to put the boot this phone is the procedure I do: Put the boot by pressing the camera button + reset and reset the camera release button and starting of squash, and correct?
to cid unlock, you are supposed to use the RUU method, by plugging in your usb cable.

Guys, I have a P3300 that has a non-functioning USB connector. Charging works fine, but it will not sync over USB at all. The device is not detected at all. Even in the bootloader screen, when the USB cable is plugged in, it DOES NOT say "USB" in the bottom corner. Basically, the data functionality of the USB port is fried.
I had used USPL to flash a cooked ROM onto the device, and when the USB port worked, it all went fine. Now, with the USB port not working, I can only flash a stock ROM onto the phone using the memory card method. If I try to flash anything other than the stock ROM, it says "certificate invalid" and won't do it.
I read somewhere that there might be a method of doing the CID unlock by using the memory card, since the phone will not communicate with the computer via USB to use USPL the normal way. Can someone instruct me on how to do that? I have the USPL files on my computer, and simply renaming the .nbh file in order to try to use the memory card method won't work.
Can someone help me figure out how to use USPL or otherwise CID unlock the phone over some method other than USB to the computer? Thanks,
Well you can use activesync over BT, right? That might just do teh trick + SD card flash after it reboots to bootloader.
I might be wrong, it's just a thought
I tried that, but the USPL loader kills Activesync right at the start. So once the phone soft-reboots into the white screen and AS is killed, there is no more BT connection. So the USPL loader fails with an error of not being able to connect.
Can anyone else help?
I faced the same problem. White screen. I removed SIM and SDCARD. So I can flash normally.

Those having questions on flashing (i.e. updating) their HTC Artemis could try following these steps 1) Backup e.g. PIM Backup 2) disable standby and hibernation then remove SIM & SDHC cards 3) if necessary then cid unlock 4) recommend hard reset or update to the latest official build 5) if necessary Update SPL to latest 1.11.cmon 6) flash new rom then hard reset 7) put in SIM & SDHC cards and enjoy the result of the hard work by the developer

hello. I exactly have the same problem like the thread poster. my mini usb only charges and cant connect data to any pc. its probably broken as common with using the O2 artemis on a car phone charger and starting the car while the phone is still sitted and charging.
MY QUESTION: does "Artemis SD Card Flashing" doesnt require the USPL? since its CID locked?
