As I told, cannot make or receive calls, but SMS and GPRS work properly. I have performed soft and hard reset, tryed with another SIM, but result was the same. Anybody has/had the same problem? Thank's!

Hello! My problem is similar but sometimes when I receive a call then I can make a call too, but other times I can´t receive or make any call. The problem is more regular
after I try to install a Pretec Wi-fi Card, without sucess.
I'm trying to find the 1.60 ROM update, to solve this problem, but I can't find yet.

Hello,
My PDA restarts itself every 8-10mins (soft reset). It is also unable to find a network ("No service") so I'm not able to make and receive calls.
I don't really know what I've done that problem appeared (installed/uninstalled some software, made some registry cleanup using Pocket Mechanic).
It's huge problem for me, I don't know what to do...

Now it's OK(finally!). It had to be some software conflict. After unistalling the program and deleting key in registery and reseting the pda came back to normal work, it found the network and doesn't reset enymore. Ufff...

Hi, I am facing a serious issue after upgrading my O2 Orbit2 to wm6.1 wwe 3.13.260 official rom from O2 website, before Upgrading i took backup of PIM thru sprite backup 6.5 (which works on wm6.1 and 6 both), after upgrading i restored my contacts successfully but the issue is that whenever I receive any call or SMS from the contacts (which i restored) it doesnt detect the name and shows number only, and i tried restoring many times but the same issue happens, contacts are available in phone but does not detect any call or sms, only shows the number. Please tell me why is it happening like this?
by the way when I select any contact and create a duplicate on phone, then it detects the name of incoming call, other then that it does not. i have over 400 contacts, i cannot copy all and then delete the previous one by one, its very tedious process, pls tell me wht is the bug??

i have a wierd problem i had qtek 2020 with wm2003 and german rom, so i upgraded it to wwe wm6... it worked fine for a day, but msn refused to sign in so i installed windows live... since then it shows "no service" and phone and contacts apps fail to start but sms and gprs work fine...
i tried flashing it to wm6.1 and it works the same... i noticed one thing: after first upgrade, all data was gone but after this one all my sms and stuff (notes, etc.) were there... at this point i notice that there's one sms that can't be deleted or marked as read
also after every flashing, when i restart phonr, i get bunch of errors for apps that were in startup of previous wm...
when i checked device information, there wasn't anything standing for extrom version so i guess that's the problem but can't find any extrom upgrade files :|

Which version of WM6.1 did you install and did you follow all instructions when installing?
I installed "Back to the Future [XBmod-Yuki]" and updated it to 7720. After installing 7720 I did a hard reset and everything is working fine except sending SMS messages.
My mobile operator is o2 in the UK and I did download HTC Connection Setup program but no luck.
I am pretty sure that other people had the same issue and that the answer is already given but I cant find it.

Asked somebody to send me an SMS made it all work!
