Mi Qtek S100 doesn't display the name of the contatc when I receive a SMS. Only the phone number. Could anyone help me ??

As I told, cannot make or receive calls, but SMS and GPRS work properly. I have performed soft and hard reset, tryed with another SIM, but result was the same. Anybody has/had the same problem? Thank's!

Hello! My problem is similar but sometimes when I receive a call then I can make a call too, but other times I can´t receive or make any call. The problem is more regular
after I try to install a Pretec Wi-fi Card, without sucess.
I'm trying to find the 1.60 ROM update, to solve this problem, but I can't find yet.

I have installed O2 SMS plus (V1.1) on my Trinity , and it worked great but for a very short time which was until the first Soft-reset after the installation.
After the first soft reset, I wasn't able to send or receive SMSs through the normal program (messegeing) and even after treing O2 SMS plus , I THINK I was only able ONLY to send but not recieve anything.
The only solution was to uninstall it!!
BUT I REALLY DID LIKE IT !!
Does any one have a solution for me to make it work?

I found a solution!!
I found a solution!!
1. Install o2smsplus.cab on your device
2. go to the windows directory and copy the file o2smsplus.exe and past it some were else.
3. go to settings> remove programs and remove o2sms plus
4. soft reset
5. now you can use o2smsplus by running the "copy" of o2smsplus.exe
It worked! great. O2 SMS Plus is a perfect SMS tool to send scheduled and group sms. Thanks!

i tried to flash the rom but it still has the same results now my phone cannot sync with the pc, cannot open contacts and calendar options
i can txt but cannot receive txt mesages and cannot receive calls

did you try to Hard Reset after Flash?
i tried reflashing the fone and did the hard reset... the fone is still looking for the same components but i can receive and send txt messages now. However, the same problem such as no contacts and no calendar, cant make and receive calls are still there...
perhaps there is a file that i can download for this?
Hi, I am facing a serious issue after upgrading my O2 Orbit2 to wm6.1 wwe 3.13.260 official rom from O2 website, before Upgrading i took backup of PIM thru sprite backup 6.5 (which works on wm6.1 and 6 both), after upgrading i restored my contacts successfully but the issue is that whenever I receive any call or SMS from the contacts (which i restored) it doesnt detect the name and shows number only, and i tried restoring many times but the same issue happens, contacts are available in phone but does not detect any call or sms, only shows the number. Please tell me why is it happening like this?
by the way when I select any contact and create a duplicate on phone, then it detects the name of incoming call, other then that it does not. i have over 400 contacts, i cannot copy all and then delete the previous one by one, its very tedious process, pls tell me wht is the bug??
please anyone tell me, I have all the contacts saved but incoming call does not show caller name, it shows number for every caller, pls tell me why is this happening, how can i fix it??

all that i can say try another rom.. C_shekkars is very good.. breathes life back into your device. and don't forget to flash the radio. )
