Does anyone else have this problem? I answer the call by pressing green handset button but the calling party and myself cannot hear each other for about 3 to 4 seconds....
I ahve ahd some callers who were about to give up just as we were evntualy able to talk. If this is a fault, then I need to get it looked at under warranty.

Long shot, I know, but - do you have Towa's Bluetooth Tools installed? They can cause such behaviour.
Cheers
Daniel
I have the same issue, the work around is not to answer until the third ring!
The problem only occured for me after loading imates 1.72 rom on my XDAII

I did have pocket bluetooth tools installed and have now uninstalled it.
I had it installed because it turns on bluetooth on an incoming call and is handy when using the Jabra 250.
However it follows that maybe the delay is causd by this very switching on of BT so I'll report back when it's had a good testing.
The ROM I am running is not the newest one quoted in the second reply and if this is a side effect of installing that rom then I will stay as I am...boy does that delay bug me
thnx all
Ok all...problem solved...it was the bluetooth tolls that cause it...uninsatlled ans now no delay.
Thanks all for your help
I also experience delay, but i cannot uninstall pocket bloutooth tools because then my BT GPS won't work anymore
Is there a way to disable this headset functionality in pocket bluetooth tools because i don't need it, I only need com port for BT GPS... Is there any alternative solution for MDA-II ?
Tnx in advance,
Davor
Hi all!
Long time reader, first time poster.
I have a HTC P3600i, I thoght I would compliment it by getting rid of my Motorola BT Carkit and install a flash new Parrot CK3200.
Well since I installed it I have had no end of frustrations with the two devices.
They just dont seem to work well together. This is what happens:
1) When first connected the phone and car kit (CK) synchronises. I can make a call using the phone book on the CK and it will work fine for 1.03 minutes after which it will hang up. If I try to make a call from the handset it disables the handsfree function and I have to renable it to get audio through the CK.
2) The CK decides how well it is going to work. When receiving a carr if I press the green answer button it will answer the call, but the CK will decide whether or not I can hear the caller, sometimes it works fine, others no one can hear me. I have to disable handsfree on the menu within the call on the HTC and hopefully they can hear me. This is a lucky draw as every call is different.
3) Normally after I have issues with a call the CK will disconnect and drop the connection. Sometimes it will reconnect but normally it just sits there locked up saying "disconnected".
I have contacted Parrot support and they suggested I use a pairing profile for a Sony. This has made no difference.
I have tried all profiles in the CK, updated it to the latest version of firmware and pulled out most of my hair. This is starting to tick me off as my phone is never quiet.
Has anyone had a similar experience? I am wondering if it is actually a problem with the P3600i not the CK. I dont know.
BTW I have tries USBKILLER and JETBT and these do not assist at all.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!
Thanks
I have exactly the same problem - Anybody out there with any solutions?
Perhaps I know
I had the same issue and I solved in this way. Just change the way you connect the CK to the car power! I had this issue when other car devices start absorbing power. My car service just switched to another line.

Hi fl3nd3r,
So I read from your post that I need to connect the power to the car kit to another hot wire instead of the one I currently am using. I normally have the car charger plugged into the trinity when I am in the car and maybe this is affecting the stability of the system?
I am happy to try it but am not totally convinced this will solve the solution. I certainly hope it will though!!!
Thanks for reading and I will post back with my findings!
Thanks!!
Well I have tried rewiring the car kit to another source of power (off ignition) and still no luck, the darned thing is driving me crazy.
Anybody else out there with the same experience or issues?
Thanks
Hello,
I have recently bought the Parrot Minikit bluetooth speaker but it seems that there is something wrong with connection between it and the touch cruise.
pairing is performed with no issues but when i want to make a call it RANDOMSY sometimes transfer audio yo the Parrot minikit but sometimes it does not and the call stays in the phone (which of course makes me unable to hear...)
I really do not know what to do. i have tried several ROMs and several Radios (including the original ones) but it seems the problem is consistant with all of them.
Please of anyone knows if there is someway to solve this problem make some bluetooth patch to the polaris or an alternative bluetooth stack i can install that may help ... or any other suggestions...
Please Help
Thanks
Same problems here. How can I downgrade to BT 1.2?

Hi,
hopefully anyone has an answer to the strange bluetooth behaviour of my X1.
The first device is a bluetooth headset from Sony. It works good, if bluetooth is activated. But after some time of not using the headset, the phone just switches off bluetooth. Sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes days after my last use of the headset. I tried all settings of the bluetooth-settings with no change. And it sucks if with the next phone call the headset cannot connect anymore because bluetooth was switched off.
The second device is a GNS TrafficBox Plus FM9BT-Y. Somehow MN7 does not detect the device directly, so I have to use the workaround with the serial port and outgoing connection on COM1.
The initial minutes the connection works fine, but then stops and is not restored.
Here as well trying different settings changed nothing.
How can I find out the address of the bluetooth devices?
Is there a tool to further test bluetooth connections (like what speed can be used, the address of the device, etc)
Regards

Im using Itjes Touch 7 final & i have the same problem - infact i've had it with the last 3 of his roms with my blutooth to SEAT car. I'll be on a call in my car & it switches the blutooth off without warning. generally after about 10 minutes of actual call time. But it doesnt disconnect unless during a call ? There is no rhyme or reason to it, it just sometimes happens?
So any further info will be appreciated

I have Ra2generic DE with the 1.10 radio ROM on it.
At the beginning it was fantastic not having the bluetooth issue. Everything was working so extremely goood... no switching off, no disconnecting of and from the bt headset,, etc...
After a while the issue was here again...damn! So the bt became not very useful in its functionalities.... then I saw that it was not possible to see through my bt freespeech device in the car the last calls on the phone... hm, ok I said. There were lot of calls (incoming, outgoing, missed, etc) on the list...I erased them all...
Now it is working in a perfect way.... no disconnecting, no switching off..and this with the stock ROM and Radio ROM.
I tried it a few months before posting it here... now I'm cleaning up my calling list every 2nd day (I really call a lot) and I have no problems..
Hope it works for you..

Am having trouble connecting with my new Clarion MIND - is seems the phone does not see the profiles (very similar to the phone adding the older SE Bluetooth Watch, the 100). Has anyone built a .cab to sort this out?
I tried different roms curently using hyperdroid/ Miri with no success the phone always crashes when i pair/connect my bluetooth and try to make call. I followed directions of a poster to pair/connect and unpair and reboot. It worked once and then same problem again.

Try different kernels. I've found that even though I continue to use the same build (ShubCRAFT 1.5), when I swap kernels I get differing results with the BT headset.
Media Audio tends to work whatever, I've had no problems with that, but phone audio is a different matter.
I've been using michyprima's r11 kernel lately (noAXI) and that seems to just about work but I do have to make a call and press the Bluetooth button immediately initially to get it to work.
Even then, it's flaky, as when the phone rings and I press the answer button on my BT headset, it brings up the Voice Dialer dialog over the top of the phone app and doesn't answer the call. I've resorted to only connecting BT to media and not using it for the phone.
I appreciate that doesn't solve your problems - I've simply decided to try each and every kernel until it's fixed! I'm sure the wonderful devs here will get round to fixing it soon but I think they've probably got other things higher up on the priority list right now!
I'm using a Sony Ericsson MW600 BT headset btw.
hello sorry for my English
