Hi ...
The RSU you have now is the latest for Qtek ... if it works fine don't upgrade it. For the ROM, there is TMO 4.01.00 but the current EXE file has the RSU part within and actually it starts by RSU upgrade then the ROM.
So, unless you know how to extract the ROM files from this EXE, I would advice you to stick to 4.00.16 or you may try 4.00.21 as well and you can get it from www.yorch.net

It seems you tried an official upgrade file which usually do a version verification. You better try a cooked ROM from www.yorch.net

Go to www.yorch.net the kitchen option and cook any ROM you like there.
For Shahram:
seems you have a sim-locked device. Check this link www.xda-developers.com/XDAunlock/. In case it doesn't work, go to the upper link and cook a ROM based on 3.17 and it will unlock ur device with the first boot.

I do not see these version on this site to select from. I am not sure how should I unlock it with xdaUnlock.exe. If I try to run this exe it says error: could not retrieve unlock code.

try the kitchen at www.yorch.net and cook 3.17 ROM. it should unlock your device with the start up

Hi, i tried to upload XDA special rom and update failed, now i can enter in Wallaby bootloader (5.22) and says gsm ok. Is pw10a1
My question is how to make it work again. Before upgrade, i made a backup in sd card, but don´t know how to restore...
Off course, pda can´t connect with activesync.
Now i want to know how to restore ROM with spanish lang.

Yes it would be nice if someone on this site would help with the problem above as I have the same on the Russian version of this PDA. You can only buy Russian version in Moscow

Prior to the ROMs being removed from the XDA ftp, i grabbed a complete backup of everything Herald related (and some other bits)
Currently running this ROM on both my own, and my girlfriends Herald, and it works like a charm.

i have the same problem when i tried to install HTC Herald ROM 1.8.405.1 (WWE)
it says invalid vendor id
and i tryed the other solution also and it didn't work
does anyone have newer versions of this rom ?? may be HTC Herald ROM 1.8.406.1 (WWE) or higher
