Unfortunally I did the soft reset, now the phone's blocked. It start with the welcome, the align screen and the stylus presentation then on pop-up menus nothing happen.
please somebody can help me? What should I do?
It seems you do not performed Soft Reset but Hard Reset..
In fact you have lost all your data on you Pocket Pc..Did you Backed up the system on pc? or Storage? if yes you can restore all your data with some clicks
I did follow the f... instuctions as on pag 16. And I didn't do any back up.
I don't care about the data lost, I would like only re-use again my PP.
Please How Can I do?
if yes please can someone tell me how to do it?

Hmm.. the call timer on my O2 Exec got auto reset after I performed a hard reset for some reason... Is it supposed NOT to do that?
re,
no it is not suppose to do that.
man you are lucky.
haven't tried the hard reset yet.
how do you hard reset it?
i guess the same old way power + reset.
am i right?
Hard Reset
Hit the two "-" on the keyboard and the reset at the same time
If you do a hard reset and a rom update to the radio I know it will reset the timer.

I made a ROM upgrade for the radio and a hard reset in the same time, but the timers are not reset.
Regards,
I will work on it tonight and try to build a cab if I can find all the files
Oh yeah, I DID upgrade the radio ROM at the time of hard reset, and the timer DID reset for me
I have done a ROM upgrade several times on my Jasjar. In fact once I have also chnaged it to the O2 Executive and back to the Jasjar but under no circumstances did the call timer reset itself. Personally I think it is not possible by the user.
Hello,
I have an O2 Exec, and i just installed PocketPlus and PocketTips and my Exec crashed, so i then hit the reset key and it wont go past the 'blue' start up o2 screen.
Please, please help
Thanks
Please help, i really dont want to do an hard reset
PS. I done an Hard reset and it STILL wont start up ...HELLLLLLLLLLLP
It sounds like you haven't actually done a hard reset? Can you confirm how you tried to hard reset?
Also, are you able to get into bootloader mode?
Cheers
Ant
Hi everybody,
on my Trinity hard reset doesn't work anymore. After for example flashing with a new rom bootloader just blinking. OS is booting normally but hard buttons doesn't work only the "joypad" in the middle. For hardreset i have to press Send button to accept hard reset when i remeber well. But nothing happend when pressing the button. In fact that the device wants a hardreset, softreset is the same problem. I have to replace battery to access OS and boot device. Has anybody a solution? Or is there a progam for WM which can make a hardresend?
€dit:
Is it possible that something is wrong with the bootloader?
thanks and best

Try again to hard reset. Device must be turned off:
