I have an O2 Exec, and i just installed PocketPlus and PocketTips and my Exec crashed, so i then hit the reset key and it wont go past the 'blue' start up o2 screen.
Please, please help

It sounds like you haven't actually done a hard reset? Can you confirm how you tried to hard reset?
Also, are you able to get into bootloader mode?

Hmm.. the call timer on my O2 Exec got auto reset after I performed a hard reset for some reason... Is it supposed NOT to do that?

Hit the two "-" on the keyboard and the reset at the same time
If you do a hard reset and a rom update to the radio I know it will reset the timer.

I made a ROM upgrade for the radio and a hard reset in the same time, but the timers are not reset.

Oh yeah, I DID upgrade the radio ROM at the time of hard reset, and the timer DID reset for me
I have done a ROM upgrade several times on my Jasjar. In fact once I have also chnaged it to the O2 Executive and back to the Jasjar but under no circumstances did the call timer reset itself. Personally I think it is not possible by the user.
Please help if any out there who has a software or tell me where i can download a software which i can use to reset my Tmobile MDA doing reset and hard reset doesnt help anymore thanks a lot.

ı have upgraded to WM6 succesfully. I used it for 2 days. But I installed black keyboard skin and it wanted to reset. ı chosed "ok" for reset. But the device frezed! And now it doesnt response! I tried hard reset, soft rest and everything! I cannnot open my device! Please help me urgently! Thanks for all..
Brother if u can hard reset or soft reset then ur device is open. Try reflashing ur atom exec again.

I just uninstalled the Arabic support package (Pocket Arabizer Suite v2). Afterwards, I am not able to use my wing to make calls. I even tried to search for network and couldn't find any. I was thinking if I reinstall the Arabic package might help. Unfortunately, ActiveSync is not working no more as well. Also, I tried hard reset (by holding the 2 soft keys along with soft rest) but it wont reset.
Anyone got a clue ?
When you hard reset did you keep holding down the softkeys after you pressed the soft rest button? When done correctly a prompt to soft reset should come up after about 5 seconds

Hai guys. I've got a problem. I cant hard reset my hp hx4700. I tryed evreything
I press:
1) CALENDER+ITASK+ RESSET(2seconds)
2)CALENDER+ITASK+ RESSET
3)CONTACTS+INBOX+RESET(2 seconds)
4)CONTACTS+INBOX+RESET(5seconds)
5)CONTACTS+INBOX+RESET
I opened hx4700 and takeout the backeup battery for 15min.
I checked and all buttons worked corectlly.
I succesfully upgrade to 6.5 rom, but i cant hard reset the PDA. So....
Please help!
Does anyone know if there is some others methods to hard reset hx4700? Mybe with some software, or removing all battery or ....?
