Pleasantly surprised when I checked my tablet yesterday and it had an update. After the install and the reboot it was upgraded to Android 12. Seems a tiny bit snappier but I also did a fresh reset after the install. Had to since after the upgrade since the adopted SD Card was not recognized after the install.
I just got one of these but I cannot get it to update to Android 12.

They are saying the LG V20 will be the first to have 7.0, OUT OF THE BOX.
Correct me if I am wrong, but the N6 has had preview builds for a while... And at any moment there will be the official 7.0 release for the nexus 6.

This will be Nexus 6 last OS update. We will not get android O officially. But we will get security updates till android O drops. so we get 1 more year with this phone.
OTA will roll out first. Hope someone captures it for us. Images to follow on google site in a day or 2 along with source.

What that means is that it will be the first device sold with the os. Not what devices will get it first.

Certainly 6.0.1 as stated on the Factory Image web page. ( 6.0.1 (MOB30W) ) It won't be long though.

I had to double check, but it looks like it shipped w/ 1.11.617.1...the 1.11.617.1 RUU was uploaded on 6/2 so I'm pretty sure that was the shipped version

I saw an article over at Phonearena that said you can just go into the Galaxy Apps store and update the app there. I have checked my own personal phone as well as 4 others and none seem to have this update.
