NTFS formatted USB: my HU sees it sometimes - Android Head-Units

Hi, I formatted a USB key with the NTFS system. When I plug it into the USB port of my HU Xtrons PSA80DCRL (Android 10), the system file manager sometimes sees it perfectly and I can browse through files and folders, but very often it doesn't see anything.
What could be the problem?
Thank you.

Hi, if USB is unplugged without eject command in PC or headunit system will render it as not working or unreadable. Try EJECTING USB first before unplugging from any system (PC or headunit).

i installed every driver...
Make sure to select USB mass storage mode. Try enabling/disabling USB debugging.
If that doesn't work, then use a card reader to check if the sdcard is readable on PC. If it is readable, then wait a while.
For me it takes a while to get connected (maybe because of large card 32gb) and sometimes the phone reboots itself and then connects (related to launcher).

MCX-1705AD bootloop

I have a problem with my Android car audio device.
It has a bootloop, I tried to boot recover but menu only shows "boot system now" and "apply update from adb". In the "now send the package you want to apply..." screen I tried to connect it whit an usb A-A cable but PC does not detect it (windows and ubuntu) Also adb via wifi not working. To get in this bootloader I grounded the RESET PWR COL0 and COL1 testpoints on the PCB. I also soldered wiring to TX-RX TX0-RX0 TX1-RX1 and GND and connect to PL2303 usb stick but nothing happens with tools like miraclebox or SP flashtool. I thought I was lucky to have one similair headunit to get the stock firmware from but I cannot get into it... Also tried to figure out if the USB_ID pin is grounded but I cannot find it on the PCB since almost nothing is labeled. Is there a way to get the USB in device-mode?
Some info can be found when websearch specdevice mcx-1705ad
Thanks for help!

I guess you need drivers for your computer to make it recognize the radio?
Verstuurd vanaf mijn ZUK Z2121 met Tapatalk
In windows, yes. I installed the vcom drivers. In ubuntu it should work without.
Please help me
recovery options missing
I tried many options to boot into recovery but the only recoveryscreen shows me this 2 options;
From the seller I have the "update.zip" file and tried via sdcard and usb stick but I don't know how to recover. ABD also not working because only have USB-Host ports... Am I out of options now?
Really nobody, I'm sure the knowledge must be on this forum!
hello. did you manage to solve this problem?

Nope, not without breaking your phone. You'd need a new partition table.

Ok foud the solution to enable bluetooth devices recognition and allow pairing any OBDII bluetooth adapter or even any other bluetooth device (other than smarphones)
Copy that two files in a FAT32 formatted usb key as follows:
copy config.txt as config.txt (same name)
copy lsec6315update.bin as lsec6315update (remove '.bin' extension)
Plug the key into headunit usb port, it will recognize firmware update (message appears on screen)
Update and then follow onscreen instructions
The headunit will ask you to remove the usb key after update, and will reboot automatically
After that you can install any bluetooth app from playstore to gain acces to bluetooth functions and pair whatever (bluetooth device) you want
The solution is given in a russian forum

Reseller, not produced by zwnav. They all make out that they manufacture, but the reality is they're all OEM like.
Could be another FYT unit with HYI variant firmware.
Yes you're right indeed
Hello, maybe there is some mod for this resolution?

S10 no longer connecting to AA or other external devices

Hello All -
I've been using Android Auto with my S10+ with no issues since it was new. It has always been connected via USB in my car. But as of a few days ago, it will no longer connect. When I plug it in now, I'll get a notification saying 'Android Auto is connecting...' and then it will show 'Can't connect to car screen.'
I've also discovered that I can no longer plug the phone into my USB-C to HDMI adapter to mirror onto a TV. It's not a Samsung adapter, but it's worked perfectly until now. When I plug it in now, I see a notification saying 'The connected USB device isn't supported.'
The phone charges just fine, and my Windows computer will recognize it when connected. It just won't seem to connect to any other kind of external device or screen.
The only change to the phone just before this was a security patch that I downloaded a few days prior. But I haven't been able to find any others having problems with it. Here is my phone's software info:

}
Some things I've tried so far:
- Tried a different cable.
- Connected another phone with AA in my car and it connected just fine.
- Deleted all cars in AA, reinstalled.
- Disabled Chrome (due to reports of Chrome causing issues on some phones).
- Cleared USB Settings cache and data.
Any suggestions for this frustrating problem are greatly appreciated!
