Sou novo neste tópico e queria se puderem ajudar-me com um problema que me sugiro
com um auto radio que comprei há pouco tempo.
1- O auto radio não memoriza os canais do radio 2-As Horas 3-As configurações do equalizador.
4- Já fiz de tudo mas não consigo resolver o problema 5- Já tentei fazer o restauro do sistema para os parâmetros de fábrica nem isso ele me deixa fazer.
6- Aqui deixo as configuração do rádio. 7- Junsun v1 2g + 32g android 9.0 para Peugeot 307 2002 - 2008 - 2013 rádio do carro reprodutor de vídeo multimédia navegação gps 2 din dvd .
Desde já aqui me despeço e fico a aguardar uma resposta e tenho pena de não poder deixar as fotos que tenho dos testes que fiz.

Is the canbus decoder plugged in right if so try and disconnect battery for a few seconds and reconnect if that doesnt help ask the seller if they can send you a new canbus decoder

Yes, everything is correctly connected. Everything was working fine, until I factory reset the android settings. after I restored the factory settings it stopped working.

This is literally what happened with mine.
Having same issue in mine MTK YT9216CJ after upgrade to 9.1, Reset multiple times but not able to access Canbus or protocol settings. Any suggestions would be helpful to fix. Removed and reconnected canbus wiring but no help.
I think it’s a case of getting updated software, but there isn’t an easy go to place for the software.
