Hello, I have recently opened my phone (both front and back side) because the cable that is connecting the screen and the board was slightly cut in one part. I taped it and put the phone back together.
Now, when I try to turn the phone on, it vibrates and I am presented with a black screen (it lights up black).
When I try to go into fastboot, it lights black again but the logo of fastboot doesn't show up.
It stays in fastboot for quite a while.
When I connect the phone to PC, the LED light is glowing.
Anybody knows if there is any help for my device?

Hello,
I have a Wizard g4 with hard SPL and this weekend it decided to go crazy. Here is the problem:
- When I turn it on, the screen goes white, blue and orange LEDs are lit and the device vibrates non stop. The camera white led is also lit.
- The only way to turn it off again is removing the battery. reset is useless.
- I try to put it on bootloader mode using the camera+reset and nothing happens
- Trying to turn it on with camera pressed also doesn't work
- Trying to turn it on with voice+network pressed doesn't work either
- When I connect it to charger or USB, it automatically does de same (white screen, etc) described above
I've been using Hornet win 6.1 ROM for some time and was very happy with it.
Is there any hope or am I effed?
Seriously? Nothing?

You don't say anything about doing a hardreset. Did you try it?
Hi, my unlucky Nexus 4 fell in salt water and there has been for a few seconds. When i catched up, without thinking about it, I powered on the screen. I saw it was working so i turn off the screen and continued to walk (Error#1: I had not turn off the phone).
Completely dead turning on using power botton; under charge a: 11 red led blink - pause - 11 red led blink.
I opened it and removed the salt from the circuits.
Now:
- a blinkin red led charging with original power adaptor
- a continual red led charging via USB mode
In all of this I was able to turn on the device randomly a few times by pressing the power button and volume up, it seemed to work apart the screen that flicker until it turns off (after a while).
is there a way to recover it?
Thanks in advance

The only main thing done WRONG here was turning on the phone on regular intervals.. You should have opened and cleared all the salt kept it in rice, this removes the left over moisture in phone and then you should have tried powering it on.
I doubt your phone is dead almost dead now. nothing can be done in this case.

I've just replaced USB power module, now i get solid red led on charge. No wake up way.
R.I.P. N4, Welcome Moto G
Could be solid red error caused by 'display not found'? Cause I opened again the phone, I saw some burns on the bottom of the display flex cable.
I want to fix my phone but I can't understand which piece is broken mobo or display
Hey guys, yesterday my note 3 fell off and the battery flew out of the phone. I connected it, tried to reboot but the screen remains black. The phone turns on, the notification led works, the back and menu button lights are on and every once in a while it vibrates when I receive messages, but the screen still black. I tried to open it and see if something happened to the connections inside but everything looks fine to me. What should I do now? Send it to repair? Do you guys think I'll have to replace the display altogether?

Hello Everyone..
What happened: my phone was suddenly stuck/freezed. I switched it off for a reboot but it never came up again. Now I am stuck with a black screen. The phone was not dropped, not exposed to water.Already triedower button short & power button for 10sec / 20sec ...Volume down & power buttonLeave it for dischargeCharging it over a long time (with original 1+ charger)Connect it to PC (does not recognize the phone)Nothing worked and I cannot access recovery mode. What it still does: it just vibrates occasionally when I press power or volume down & power. However, it stays black, no boot logo/splash screen. Very infrequently (maybe every 10th on/off) there is a short blink of a red warning sign, which i was able to record. It says the "battery is too low, charge for a while before..." even when charged for a long time!
You may have set e light wallpaper backgroud wallpaper that turned the pattern dot into blacks. So basically the dots are there . Draw your pattern by guessing the dots. The device wil be unlocked. Then change the wallpaper.
