I bought a ES2652 (10.25" Display) for my Mercedes W207 from Erisin. Unfortunately I get so sound. The wires are connected correct and the Mercedes Setting is on AUX.
So the problem must be the head unit. I think I have to change the Audiooutput setting.
The problem is I cant access the factory settings. I have no code.
Erisin dont reply to my E-mails. I tried some codes i found online but i had no success.
Any suggestions?

Hi i recently purchased a witson head unit.
I know its not "witson" it is just the store i got it from.
So i need to at least factory reset this unit, and i cannot reset it via android settings so recovery is my only option?
The main reason i am witing this thread is i am having trouble even finding the proper model number etc.
To witson it is a witson k6xxx model with 2 gb ram qc cpu etc but it is a custom radio with the dash facia built in with the oem looking buttons etc and i have tried the common button combos i have found here on xda.
Any ideas are appreciated

I got it from witson, there just a reseller, i will include a picture, it will be hard to figure out the radio model as it has a custom facia built onto it.
If there is any info in the settings that would help i can post that as well, only thing i was able to figure out is the passcode which was not the same as in the on screen manual
So perhaps somebody could help with the problem i am having as well!
When the unit auto connects to my phone, then i try to play music the unit locks up and then reboots. If i disconnect bt then reconnect it usually works fine

Hello, I'm writing here with a hope that somebody can diagnose the problem I have.
Recently I bought a android head unit radio that is based on joying os (it looks the same actually). I have a canbus box and I think everything is connected properly, however the swc control is not working. I checked all the canbus decoder protocols that are for my car brand in factory settings.
I managed to find an option "print protocol" which shows a can signals that gets through to radio. I can't post videos but it prints all the buttons presses and releases in hex format, but the headunit is not responding to them. Does this mean that canbus decoder is faulty? Or this mean that I'm missing something software wise?
I ask this question because I still have a dispute time on aliexpress and if this is hardware issue I might be able go get canbus box replacement.

i bought an Erisin ES8028v headunit, bought canbus box FT-SS-02 (for fiat Bravo MK2, same electric), but the seller sent me RP5-FT-001 (for him is the same, they send one of two randomly).
Now the problem is: canbus box send perfectly the signal acc, illumi and reverse, but headunit wont recognize the canbus box, so SWC and open dor signal won't work.
In the menu of swc i can select only FT-SS-02 because RP5-FT-001 does not exists.

Selecting FT-SS-02, swc does not work beacuse box is not recognized.
Is there any way to update canbus list?
Or i need to buy the FT-SS-02 canbus box?

Hello everyone. It is a BMW X5 E70 2008, ccc. I bought HU on Aliexpress (the version is in the picture). After installation, the OEM BMW menu does not work (no signal), the usb does not show and the electronic steering wheel adjustment does not work. All cables well connected, checked several times. Can someone help me enable these functions? Thanks in advance
Hi , did you get CANBUS box with this unit?
Canbus is used to connect multimedia device with car functions and car ECU.
If you have one installed probably wrong settings are set for car. You can change it in factory settings menu (hidden menu with PIN code access).
And consult with your seller about bought head unit rather than writing problems here on forum.
As for system update, you can ask seller for update or find on this forum or net, by search term "ZLH_BMH" - that's your version of software for unit.

In the factory settings you're talking about, I tried all the options, but it's always the same - no signal. I think it's definitely a software problem and I can't find an update here or anywhere. And the seller is completely useless

I would try to change canbus box with other one, another model like HIworld or Simplesoft, obviously there is no communication between ecu of car and head unit or cables behind unit for keys / steering wheel are misconnected or misswired. Check for wiring diagram for this device, find it one net somewhere.
Hi all just fitted a Sinosmart head unit for a Nissan quashqui j10 but the steering wheel buttons will not program any ideas how to fix this ? Purchased from Ali Express. Info supplied not great.

Said they are sending ma a new cable but not sure that’s going to work as canbus not recognising
Have you connected to power to the canbus unit. Mine hasa separate power connector. Took me weeks to realise I had not connected it.

Hii, first check canbus if connected right, then when in Androisd go to car settings / infotainment - info of device and enter factory settings with pin 123456 or 8888, find canbus menu for updating (not system !) and update online (choose your model of your car and year, canbus name must be exact as says at the background of the canbus box - raise, general, hiworld etc.) or offline (via USB DRIVE if seller sent you to import correct files into unit).
When downloaded correct settings for canbus , updated and restarted with correct settings car functions will work.
