hey guys. i have a Zed Book G (part number: IL.1001G.232GPS) its dual OS (win 10 & android 5.1).
and now it's stuck on logo in two OS. please help me how can i install win 10 or android 5.1 from boot by usb? or how can fix it?
the bios is reachable. and if connect to pc , Pc can detect it. and i couldn't find the exact firmware for this part number.

guys, i need a help. i was flashing and installing roms in my hd2 for last few weeks. but yesterday i formatted my laptop and now when i go into boot loader mode by pressing down volume button and power button it doesnt detect the phnone and in my windows 7 32 bit os it says driver cant be found for qualcomm cdma technology msm. could any1 please help me out? cheers
found the answer. had to download active sync 6.1.
For Win 7 it should be the Windows Mobile Device Centre iirc
II believe my problem started when i updated the SDK for 4.3. I haven't been able to fastboot anything successfully . I get a no error message but it refuses to flash anything. Having the same problem on 2 pc's one running windows 7 64 bit and a windows vista 32 bit.
Thank god it works on my mac.

I got to the last part and rebooted to Fire OS .. then ...
Black Screen - no boot screen.
MT65XX Preloader appearing and disappearing, and not booting to Fastboot or TWRP. Just connecting/disconnecting
This has happened for me and I have tried everything to get it going again. Even bought a factory cable.
Please does someone have a fix for this. Have tried the drivers on Win 7, Win 8 and Win 10 with everycombination of MTK Preloader drivers

I dont know your device but by default the steps will be:
1 - Find, download and create a boot pendrive with firmware.
2 - need a OTG cable to plug in tablet
3 - Figure it out how to boot from pendrive, maybe a combination of keys like volume up + power, etc.
4 - plug OTG with pendrive in tablet and try to boot on pendrive.
5 - If successful you will able to recover or reinstall firmware.
