Is it possible to force fast charge on not official charger I have 3.1amp charger so it should be enough, any thoughts?

I have Galaxy S3 Neo and Galaxy J7 2016. When I'm charging J7 with S3 Neo's charger, the charger goes very hot. When I charging the neo with J7 charger, neo goes very little hot, almost not. But in 2nd case, Neo's battery drains a little fast after full charge with J7 charger. And.. it is safe for charger to become hotter when charging, it is normal?

Bro,first of all just look for output in the charger! if tha charger have 2.0 A its safe if its 1A its safe dont use high rating charger like 2.5 a or 3A it will shot battery life!:fingers-crossed:
I believe the J7 has a 2 Amps charger, while the S3 neo has a 1 Amp charger. Don't take my word for it, though. check the chargers.
If that is the case, then it is safe to charge the S3 neo from the J7 charger, but not vice versa. The J7 will try to get more than 1 Amp from the S3 neo charger, and the charger will heat up, and it may fail altogether.
I have innjoo fire plus 3g and it charges very slow and sometimes when I add the charger the original charger it discharge not charge
Why redmi pro Fast charging not working? I need 5 hours to charge my phone. What should I do?
I have the EP-TA800 power adaptor and new EP-N5200 Fast wireless 2.0 charger to charge my Galaxy S10 Plus....
I expected to see higher charging current than my old EP-N5100 yet no !. The phone was around 60% charge level when tested so not falling off as it approached 100%. Using the excellent 'Ampere' to check charging rates.
Any one else with similar experience ?
