My phones speaker and headphones don't work when I plug in my headphones the voice command starts instead of the music. My phone is the lg optimus elite plz help soon music is my life
Mic replaced, no sound delected, Headset & BT has sound.Software or Hardware prob?
LG G2 can not detect sound, Either google voice or regular phone called, Google search or Ok google can not detect sound. Head free and Bluetooth head free work fine.
I replaced the Mic, (the set of USB connector, headphone jack connected with MIC). Still no sound detect. people keep say, they can't hear me. Google search can not detect my voice. Head free work fine.. I confirm the New MIC fine.
I restock to KK and upgrade to Lallipop and back to Cloudy g2 2.2 and Cloudy 2.7 etc.. still no work. So... any advice?? anyone??
I have just bought this device, my earphone is working fine to listen to music and videos but the mic doesn't work... caller not able to hear my voice, any solution ?
I have a Logitech H340 USB headset, which works fine on my laptop and, with a Type-C to Type-A adapter, works fine on my personal LG G5.
But on my new work Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), call audio doesn't use it and I can't find any way fix this. Media audio and system sounds do go to the headset.
If I receive a call, the ring tone sounds in the headset - and then the call audio reverts to the phone! The UI only has buttons to switch to speaker (which switches only to the builtin speaker) or to Bluetooth. This is crazy.
Any suggestions / answers?
Bonus question - Skype and Skype Business have audio test features. Does anyone know a (UK) call audio test number / service?
I have been using the Verizon version, XT1767 for several month now, and it works fine, except that whenever I'm on the phone using the bluetooth, the other party kept saying they hear a humming noise and it will be gone if I put it on mute.
Yes I know, my bluetooth headset is very very old, a Moto H500, LOL, it must have been more than 10 years?
So, I bought a BT4.2 headset from Amazon, and now comes the problem:
If I pair it to the E4, I can't even use it for the call. whenever I dial the number, all I hear is very loud static/crackling sound from the ear piece, there is not even a single dial tone I can hear.
But I have no problem with the music through the same ear piece, everything is loud and clear.
I paired the BT4.2 piece to my Axon 7, both the phone and music works without any issue.
I'm just wondering if it is the E4 (I tried on two XT1767, one is mine and other other one is my mother's) has an issue with BT4.2, or it is just this BT4.2 and E4 does not like each other.

It doesn't have 4.2. maybe the headset isn't backward compatible. I think e4 only has 4.1.
i have the same exact issue with my E4 plus. i bought skullcandy bluetooth earbuds and i get a very loud static sound when i try making calls but the music comes in crystal clear.
