Can boot into twrp but cant boot to OS - P8lite Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I am on p8 lite 2017 PRA LX1
I have succesfully flashed twrp however I cannot boot into my OS. When I boot normally it loops twice then takes me to huawei eRecovery where I just get an error if I attempt to install the updates from it. or I can boot into fastboot normally.
How can I fix this? Do I need to flash a new OS? Also I want to get magisk on my device via sd card since I dont already have the zip file on my internal storage. Will it work fine considering I cant boot to my home screen?
Many thanks

L31 Can't open recovery

So I installed meticulus TWRP and flashed EMUI 5 onto the phone, now I can't get into recovery at all (my method is adb reboot recovery) even after using fastboot to flash it multiple times, what happens is the phone gets stuck on the unlocked bootloader warning screen and the only way to boot my phone is to go to erecovery and reboot from there, phone doesnt boot normally. Please help me!
Maybe you should try to fastboot the nougat recovery by badwolfye? EMUI 5 is Nougat based, so Meticulus' Marshmallow TWRP build won't work, nor boot.

P9 Lite softbricked

Hey guys!
My Hardware:
Huawei VNS-L21
Windows PC
I've flashed the oeminfo of a Huawei VNS-L31 on my VNS-L21 (followed this guide: http://www.htcmania.com/showpost.php?p=23861935&postcount=2) and after that, I've installed B100 rom via DLOAD-Method. Everything worked fine. Then I wantet to upgrade to Nougat (B336), so I downloaded the ROM and the L31 Data (because I've previously flashed the oeminfo of a VNS-L31, mentioned before). I've done that in the Revolution recovery b. 8. Flashing the main system worked fine, but flashing the data failed. I don't know why (maybe I didn't have enugh patience) but I rebootet anyway. Now I have the problem that I can neither boot to the system nor boot to recovery. However, I am able to access fastboot and I am able to flash recovery, system, cust and boot. I've tried flashing the B336 rom via fastboot (flashing system.img, boot.img, recovery and recovery2 from the extracted firmware and cust.img from the extracted data folder), but I'm still not able to boot. My phone is stuck in the "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen as seen in the attachment. I've tried meticulu's twrp and revolution recovery, they also fail to boot (I also get to the "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted" screen.)
Hopefully you can help me.
Best regards,
- 4240 Benny

Doesn't work, I've tried that several times
Try to get a recovery running.
So try to flash different recoveries (Meticulus TWRP or Revolution Recovery) with fastboot (fastboot flash recovery *.img)
Flashing N recovery like this *should* work.
Report back then for next steps.

I've tried Revolution recovery and meticulu's TWRP, both don't seem to work. When I try to boot to recovery I do get the "Your device has been unlocked.." screen...

P10 Lite stuck at "Your device is booting now"

I've installed TWRP for the first time on my Huawei P10 lite, after i noticed the SD card was encrypted, i read somewhere to do a Factory Reset to fix the problem, anyway i did it and my phone started boot looping.
So i've tried flashing some boot/system/recovery/cust .IMG files found on the web, but now my phone is stucked at the boot screen:
"Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted. Your device is booting now". I can't do anything, i can only enter recovery mode.
Of course trying to reinstall the default firmware i lost TWRP, but i think i can install it back if it's needed.
I also think i've not downloaded the correct Update.APP files, but i can't find the correct files for my model: WAS-LX1A.
What's the correct way to restore everything? I'm lost...

How to recover data from Fast Boot mode?

Hi there,
I am using the MI A1 for at least 1 year but never faced any issue. But after recent update its crashing all the time and now it is stucked on boot loop mode. I think my device is bricked. I am not sure whether it is because of recent update but its started 2 days after updating. I know I can unlock the boot loader via recovery and flash the OS again but at the same time I don't want to lose my data. Is there any way to recover data from fast boot mode or any other way.
Please note that I was on stable version running stock 8.1.0 version.
Requesting your quick and positive response.
From fastboot mode, boot twrp there you have a file manager in the advanced options and from there you can copy to sd card or directly to your pc
But I guess to install TWRP I have to unlock the bootloader first and doing so my data will be erased. And I don't want to do that. Is there any alternate way to to install the TWRP?
