I need urgent help, I think I bricked my phone - Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Questions & Answers

So my volume buttons weren't working, so I edited the file Generic.kl in Root system/urs/keylayout
Restarted the phone and noticed the buttons were NOT working, so I reset the old values and restarted again through ADB
The buttons did not work for some reason, so I did a factory reset (huge mistake) through the system, and now the System Configuration is crashing constantly and can't enable USB debugging
So this is my situation:
-Can't use power or volume buttons
-Can't restart through ADB anymore
-Can't enable the USB debugging from the system configuration because it keeps crashing as soon as it opens
Did I **** up? Can I save this?

NEVERMING
Forgot pressing the Power button for 15 seconds is still hardware bound and it took me straight to recovery, thank god

How to get into Download Mode

Samsung Vibrant Download Mode
Method 1 (without ADB):
1. Take out battery, put it back in. (to turn the phone fully off)
2. Don't turn it the phone on!
3. Plug the phone into your PC, do not hit the power button!
4. See if the phone shows anything on the screen (screen turns on when plugged in) EX: Shows a battery, shows error messages if bricked, etc. Shows anything.
IF the phone screen does 'turn on' after being plugged in without you hitting the power button, so far so good.
5. Now while it's on like this, hold both the volume up and volume down buttons.
6. Hold the power button as well as the volume buttons until the screen goes black.
7. As soon as the screen goes black, let go of the power button! But DON'T let go of the volume buttons!
This is how I got into download mode to fix my 'odd' brick.
Method 2 (with ADB):
1. Turn your phone on
2. Go to Settings -> Application Settings
3. Enable Debug Mode
4. Plug your phone into your PC
5. Install Android SDK
6. Open Command Prompt
7. Type: cd C:\android-sdk-windows\tools
8. Type: adb reboot download
Either of these methods *should* get you into Download mode. After that you should be able to use Odin to revert to stock, tar and instructions here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=734475
Or flash anything with Odin.
I am in a situation where I rooted my phone but never made a recovery and now I did a factory reset and I only get a force close loop when booting and cannot do anything. I am not able to get into debugging mode to use ADB and the hardware buttons are not working any suggestions on how I can fix this
The only thing i did was remove some bloatware which is why I did not do a recovery since I wasnt removing anything important. Phone worked fine until I tried to do the factory reset now everything just force closes and cannot do anything
I turned my phone on then removed battey. hold vol up and down together then plug the phone in via usb to pc, should enter download mode after a few seconds (don't press the power button at all)I use odin to flash back to stock.
THANKS!
This saved my ass lol I was lookin at it like wtf? cuz odin failed and then when i reloaded and tried again nothing happened so i unplugged. I don't know what I was thinking when I did it, but I did lol.
Thanks again bro

just Odin back to stock and start over there is realy no other way to fix fc
OP: what youre doing in your hardware button combinajtion method is lettinf it boot, then pressing the up+down vol and doing a hardware reset (by holding power key). You can cut oout a step by holding tthe up down keys when you plug in. It should boot to download automatically.
Also, you should mention in your post that the button combination is different for people who flashed gingerbread bootloaders..
Another thing, i believe the newer android sdk moved the adb package to C:/android-sdk/platform-tools/ ..
To tthe person with the force close issue, read the OP, go into download mode and use odin to flash to stock.

In desperate need of help

So basically, was in TWRP on my LG G2 (verizon), wiped my entire internal storage and now there is absolutely NOTHING (no OS).
I frantically began researching for possible solutions, and came across the adb sideload feature, which as of now is my only hope of saving my phone since download mode won't work (erased entire OS). The only problem is, how do I use this sideload feature if my phone can't connect via USB Debug? What can I do to save my phone?
Am I wrong in that this sideload feature is my only hope?
Ok so I somehow managed to get my devices successfully sideloaded (shows up on my command prompt)
But now what is my next step? What exactly do I sideload?

have you tried a hard reset ?
1 Turn the phone off.
2 Press and hold the following keys at the same time: Volume Down Key + Power/Lock Key on the back of the phone.
3 Release the Power/Lock Key only when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the Power/ Lock Key again.
4 Release all keys when the Factory hard reset screen is displayed.
5 Press the Power/Lock Key to continue or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.
6 Press the Power/Lock Key once more to confirm or either of the Volume Keys to cancel.

Stuck at Startscreen

Hello Everyone,
I have a big problem, my new Yotaphone 2 (YD206) is stuck at the startscreen. It just displays the logo "Yotaphone 2", it is not frozen however, it appears to be starting up every moment, but just stays that way.
What caused it, is that I deactivated and activated Google Launcher 3, after that it crashed, and from that moment on it is stuck at the startscreen. I tried to hard reset it by holding volume up and power button, but there's no reaction.
I'd be very thankfull for any hint or advice what to do.
How long it will reboot itself? Just try hold power up or power down only. Hope when it self reboot, it will enter recovery or downloading mode.
If you're sure that you reactivated Launcher3 again, it should work. Go to recovery (power & vol up) and delete cache. If in this way it doesn't boot, I think you've to go to recovery again and install a third party launcher using an .apk from PC and pushing it with adb. I don't know if it will work, but it is the only thing I can think of before telling you that you have to do a factory reset wiping your data.

Old Samsung Core Prime - Forgot PIN

First things first. This phone was never rooted, and USB Debug is not enabled. However, when I went into the phone's Recovery mode I noticed that both the Apply Update From ADB and Apply Update From External Storage are available. I'm wondering if, with either of these, I would be able to install something that will help me get my old phone back without having to do a full reset.
The only way you can remove the PIN is by erasing the entire device.
If the device has FRP enabled, i cannot help you with that. Search google for bypass methods.
First, power off the device.
After it has powered off, hold the home, volume up, anyd power button. You should boot to recovery.
Once you are in recovery, press the volume down button until you hover to "wipe data/factory reset" then select it using the power button.
Then hover to "yes" using the volume buttons and press the power button to select.
Once its erased, reboot your device, then set it up as usual.

Zte blade a7 2019 not getting into recovery mode

Hello i am trying to root my 1year old heavy used phone . I am Stuck at the very first step.
Also it should be mentioned that it got a little bit wet by rain someday and then the volume down button was stuck (not mechanicly) it forced the volume setting to zero and had no sound.
I soft reset it . Than no change. had a hard time getting into recovery but i finally got there somehow i dont remember how.
Then hard reset it.No change....
After one day the volume key fixed itself and everything is working fine.
now after one month i was curious if i could root it. But i am not able to get into bootloader state.
I tried everything.
Debug options and oem bootloader unlock switch enabled, usb debugging enabled.
Usb adb says no permission (serial n visible)
Entering Recovery mode at power off state by
Pressing vol up and power button gets normal boot everytime but much faster logo visible at about 3sec.
pressing power + vol down = it takes 25sec
Booting normal .. and the same happens when pressing both vol keys.
I am releasing the keys at zte logo visible everytime
Something was strange : one time when i was trying something it bootlooped 3 times and then it was safe mode.
could there something in the volume button be broken? but the button work fine. I dont know.
Thanks for reading
update:
ok the permissions was a linux issue(start the adb-daemon with su), i can use adb now on this phone,
i can boot it in recovery now, but cant boot into bootloader
adb reboot bootloader leads to normal boot
in recovery, the reboot into bootloader option also normal boot
