XDA2 Users.. Need Help!

Guys i need your help and advise regarding my XDA2.
I dont know kasi what happened with my unit, i bought my Xda July of last year, so it's nearly one year na, every once in a while nag i-install ako ng softwares, which i buy online, thru pocketgear etc. And if i dont like the results or i got tired of these softwares, I perform hard resets. Do you think that's bad? I mean yun frequent hard reset?
The other day kasi while i was charging my phone napansin ko hindi umiilaw yun Led indicator na green? normally di ba if youre charging nakailaw yun?
anyways, unplug ko sha and when i tried to switch the power button walang nangyari, hindi sha nag power and yun display nya is yun O2 logo lang, as in yun logo lang after you do soft resets, eh hindi naman ako nag soft reset, so mejo nagulat ako. Then i tried na mag soft reset pero ganun pa den. I decided to perform hard reset instead, after that wala pa den, hindi nagbabago yun screen, andun pa den yun O2 logo. I tried removing the battery then binalik ko after i think 40 minutes, pina-drain ko yun backup nya, after that binalik ko, nag power sha and then nag install na ulit yun default nya, pero after using the unit for 15 mins more or less, bigla na naman sha nag hang, nag soft reset ako pero ganun na naman.
I repeated the whole procedure and ganun na naman ang nangyari.
After using the unit for 15 minutes nag ha-hang na sha.
What do you think is the problem? Battery kaya? or something else?
Im planning to buy a new battery sana pero i thought i should seek advice first, sayang naman kasi if hindi naman pala yun ang problem.
The unit still has warranty pero it'll take months from globe here sa Pinas bago mapalitan.. I would appreciate any help from you guys..

sir, i suggest you take your unit to brightpoint in cubao to have it serviced under warranty. could be a hardware problem with your device.

What OS are you using? try reflashing first.. it might help. If not.. bring it to bright point. Just make sure to reflash it with the old rom before bringing it there.

no SIM Unlock for HTC Gene???

Olá você sabe se consigo desbloquear a camera (bloqueada pela operadora), e alterar o bloqueio por senha?

To change the operator logo, you need to flash your gene with a custom splash screen. But to do that, you need to first unlock your device. If you want, you can pm jockeyw2001 for unlock code (its chargeable). Or you can use any other method (I don't know any other method).

Serial + HP logo + vG. 39

my ROM update failed and I can`t connect with USB. I think the USB port is defect. Are there any other solutions of updating the ROM? Maybe via micro SD?
Is it possible to change the ROM complete?
The device shows only "Serial" should I buy a serial cable, will it work?

I used the procedures described all over the threads i could read but it does not work
When I run Sable_RUU get this errors out saying Client_GetOSVer fail !! Error: 501 and hangs up.
My device is out of warranty and HP told me to buy a new one...
Anyone with a better idea ?

try to install your rom using win xp,after to install NETSCFSetup v2 and NETSCFSetup v3.5 in your pc, and active sync 4.5. Please don`t use windows vista or 7,because the work fail.If it doesn`t work, try in another computer, it have to run very good! you can send me a mail if you want, to [email protected]- i`m from Argentina. sorry for my english!

Unlocking trouble

I have a HTC Touch that's locked to the provider Telcel from Mexico. I tried putting my new sim card in and it asks for a pin code. I punch it in but it says "Estado de SIM desconocido" before going to a new screen that says "Sim No autorizada, por favor ingrese una Sim de Telcel e intente de nuevo." It's basically telling me that it will only accept sims from telcel. is there any way around this? I managed to get the unlock code following the procedure on the forum but there's nowhere for me to put it in. Browsing the internet I found someone else who had the same problem but there wasn't really any result from that http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=795386

j500g globe lock (unlock but mobile data still edge with other network)

I just have question. My phone is J500G from Globe (Philippines). I successfully unlock the phone using a crack z3x because i want to use a different s. I can use the phone now with a different network but it can't have 3G service in any sim slots. But if I'm using Globe sim it does have 3G in sim slot 1, while sim 2 is only GSM. Tried to change in settings or using *#*#4636#*#* but doesn't work. Is there a way to use 3G with a different network with @Nick Verse cm12 rom? Or is there a way to make it work?

On stock rom use Sim Card Manager from settings. Also make sure you removed Regional Lock too..

I already tried that but didn't work. I use the *#*#4636#*#* it works but when after I restart the phone I need to enable it again uaing the code.

sa mga di magamit data sa globe kasi lock at may restriction .upgrade lang po kayo sa marshmallow maalis nya na pati logo ng globe sa boot.google lang po ng firmware

I already fixed the problem. No problem now with LP an MM. I manage to remove the logo even if I'm on LP.

same problem.. help pls.
Ganun din po sakin.. naka plan po sa globe.. pero na unlock ko na po.. kaso ayaw naman po gumana ng data sa smart.. tiningnan q po sa APN setting nya.. sabe "unable to view the access point name settings. Access is restricted to the current user profile..
Pls. Help

Pano kaya yung sa akin? May signal lang pag LTE ang network mode nakakareceive ako ng message pero di ako makatawag nawawala signal, pag nagpalit ako ng WCDMA wala naman ako signal. Ayaw din gumana ng *#*#4636#*#* pahelp po. Nakakapag data naman po. After ng update naging ganun na.

Hi.
How were you able to fix it? I'm having the same prob. Had my J500G from Globe, had it openline but I can't use the data from Smart. I can't change GSM nor can I access the hidden menu.

I didn't try because it said it will reset my device to factory default... is it true ? Also, how to change it so that it can take any APN ? or do I have to do this every time I am in a different country ?

Meron ako SM-J510GN unlock naman lahat ng networks pero di ko mapindot ung sa setting pra magamit ung non globe sim for using Data service. In short Blocked padin ung other sim from using Data Service. Help po ano gagawin.?

boss patulong naman po, yung problema naman po nung akin walang signal, parang wala syang nababasang sim card may nakalagay naman po. tama naman po ata ung imei at s/n ko.

can you help me as well same phone too but error 2 on z3x samsung tool pro (crack) samsung j500g globelocked

Patulong naman kase yung saken hindi nag oon yung wifi. Samsung j500g globe locked din

I had the same problem (Phillipines used galaxy j7) couldn't use data, but after changing the CSC of my smartphone data began working immediatlely. Just note when you change the CSC all data will be removed.
