Olá você sabe se consigo desbloquear a camera (bloqueada pela operadora), e alterar o bloqueio por senha?

Hello Iam from Brazil and i have one Htc-p3401 and i dont use this why this sim are locked, i really need thats Unlock key, but i dont have than to pay, i dont have international account bank ou credit cards please someone cam give me help to find the code? it is to personal usage......

To change the operator logo, you need to flash your gene with a custom splash screen. But to do that, you need to first unlock your device. If you want, you can pm jockeyw2001 for unlock code (its chargeable). Or you can use any other method (I don't know any other method).

I bought on Holidays in Spain 3 "ZTE OPEN" with FirefoxOS for my Family and me. Back at home I wanted to use my own simcard but the phone is locked!!! They want a NCK Code . I read in the internet you must only tel the Hotline and they will unlock it. But the want 120€ per Cellphone!!!
Any chance i can it open per Costum-Rom???

You won't be able to remove a SIM lock with a custom ROM, that is a "bootloader" unlock which is a different matter.
I did the same, brought one with me from Spain on my holiday.
It purchased a unlockcode from here:

Cost me € 20. and worked for me.

Have you tried any of the GMS installers? AFAIK lzplay does not work, and there is not a way to get google play services running w/o errors.
I have the same problem is there any tuto for how root this phone ?
try 10.1.0.109 from new firmfinder and then run lzplay to see if it works
