Hi,
So after I flash ANY Android Q ROM, the vibration intensity gets set to 8000.
While I'm in TWRP, I can change the vibration and it works fine. However, as soon as I boot system, it creates an earthquake every time I press a button.
I haven't been able to find a way to alter the intensity of the vibration motor using any Kernel Management Apps.
If anyone knows a way to get these tremors under control, I'd be extremely greatful!

Hello,
Is there any way to change the vibration style/length/intensity on this device?
I find the vibration to be a little too long when in silent mode and would like to either shorten it by 50% or have two short vibrations.
Thanks
I have flashed CM7 Nightly #71. Post flash the Input buttons on the phone stopped glowing. Reboot does not help. Even boot time the input buttons are not initialised.
Any solution ?
Edit : Well played with Display setting -- With Screen brightness set to auto mode, input buttons behave normally, but take a while to glow once you unlock the screen. Well I am using brighness widget button in the power widget to change the brightness.
Edit : Well after playing multiple time now it behave normally across all brightness settings in the widget. I shall trying reboot and check if it initialises during boot time and post reboot behavior.
Edit : Input button don't initialise during boot. 25-30% brightness setting when changed to Auto brightness, Input buttons started glowing normally.
Is this a bug or input button are supposed to behave in this fashion ?

That commit messed it all up.
It remains lit for me all the time - but, your comment on the commit explains it all.
I am on #83 with new kernal flashed. Input button issue still remains. It does not come on for some settings while toggling battery settings in power widget notification.
I have installed miui camera from kevin2516. Sometimes camera sound goes after clicking few times. Along with camera sound, all sounds of the phone go off even calls. Only reboot resolves this?
Any solutions please?
The Sound Off issue is a known bug. It was *probably* solved in CM7 Stable versions, not sure though.
Move from #71 to #83 feel voice clarity during the call is reduced inspite of 4 bar full signal indication.
Feedback ---- #83 with new kernel, miui camera error with complete sound off couple if times
Anybody help, please!
After flashing lollipop_theme_enabler via recovery and applying a theme, I've faced some strange missbehaviour from my G900F. It lost haptic feedback (no vibration) for back and recent keys, also samsung keyboard has no vibro at all. In addition pattern unlock now vibrates on every dot like it used to only for incorrect pattern. All the checkboxes and sliders (lockscreen, power saving, sound, notification, keyboard, accessability settings etc.) were carefully examined and had no effect on the described sympthoms.
Does anyone here knows how to fix the vibration problem?
PS Another little thing which makes me sad a bit is home button, for some reason I now have to push it twice to get to home screen.
Is there any way to bring back the vibration switch in Quick Settings (as it used to be on KitKat)? Most of the time I just put my phone on the desk, so I am constantly annoyed by how vibration works on Marshmallow.
Sometimes I want to completely silence the phone without turning Do Not Disturb On. Sometimes I want just sound notifications with no vibration. But it seems that I can't manage my vibration settings on the go, whether via Quick Settings or CM profiles. Is there any Xposed module for that? I tired True Silent Mode, but it did nothing for me – I guess it's not optimized for 6.0.
By the way, is there any way to get Ambient Display on CM13? The Xposed module does not work and I do not want to install a buggy app such as AcDisplay or Dynamic Notifications.
Hello.
The vibrator motor of this phone is really loud, anyone knows if is possible decrease the vibration power without any mod? (Which currently does not exist).
Cheers!
Settings -> Sound & Vibration -> Vibration Intensity. From there you can set the vibration strengths of various system actions such as button presses and incoming phone calls.
Keyboard vibration duration/intensity can be set in the settings menu for your particular keyboard.
