Hey!
I want to ask you good people how to properly change my global 11.0.1.0.PFJMIXM to miui 11 stable xiaomi eu (xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK20MI9T_V11.0.6.0.QFJCNXM_v11-10).
My phone is actually encrypted, has antiroll back "1", twrp already installed (twrp-3.3.1-2-davinci-fix).
Lately I've tried:
1. twrp format data, typed "yes"
2. copied rom, installed
3. reboot to recovery, and flashed magisk
and bootlooped...
I also would like to have hasty kernel and try new 82hz dtbo... If you be soo kind, you can suggest me how to do it also.
Thank you

Flash kernel after first setup too...if anything goes wrong, just flash the rom over.
About dtbo, I don't use it, follow the instructions in that thread...

Hey there,
I am unable to root my 3S prime, it has latest stock MIUI global version.
After I flash latest twrp, it ask for decryption password. And there's nothing I can do about it. (Clean fastboot install is the same)
Is there another way?
Or maybe I can bake that rom prerooted. (Little guide?) Thanks
Sorry, If it is somewhere already. I used only google search last night.

There is encryption problem just go to wipe and format data using twrp and the encryptoin problem will be solved but your internal will wipe completely in this process. After that root the miui through twrp flash

there you go
https://www.xda-developers.com/how-...ess-updates-affect-custom-development-on-xda/
1. Flash or update to lastest stock rom
2. Boot twrp (don't flash TWRP, just boot) from:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a1/development/treble-twrp-installer-treble-manager-t3793637
3. Wipe to factory
4. Install LOS16
5. Reboot to bootloader and boot TWRP again
6. Flash gapps and magisk if you need it
That's what I did and works like a charm but I prefer RR.
Cheers!

This method is not working. We have to use a special bootable TWRP for LOS 16 Official builds.

Try following these steps:
1. Download and boot this TWRP. Only boot it, don't flash it. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LtLrNnL0h7alZaaOWADvc2Sf5aNkNukM/view
2. Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik. If you are encrypted, make a Format Data.
3. Go to Reboot and select other slot. (For example, if you are on Slot A, select Slot B)
4. Boot TWRP again.
5. Wipe system, data, cache and dalvik. Make a format data again.
6. Install latest LineageOS 16 Official nightly. You can select A or B.
7. Reboot to bootloader.
8. Boot TWRP again.
9. Flash GApps and Magisk (if you want root).
10. Reboot to system and enjoy Lineage!

Hello guys
someone can help me, to explain me why in my 9t global cant install miui eu stable or mi globe (MIUI builder)?
my steps
- unlocked bootloader
- installed two of twrp versions (greek and 4pda)
- format data ---> yes, reboot
- copy miui eu (latest stable) in phone storage,
- Wipe data/cache/dalvik cache and install miui eu zip, then reboot
- always reboot the phone stuck at mi logo or at mi boot, then 30 minutes to wait nothing happened
- the same steps with miui mi-globe (rom builder) and the same result: stuck at mi logo
- then reflesh fastboot stock miui stable latest with mi flasher
someone can help me, why i cant install miui eu?
thanks in advance
Use only 4pda TWRP. Follow the same steps you did like explained, but after flashing the ROM, before rebooting, in TWRP, go to Advanced and click on Rm avb-verity&forceencrypt, when it's done, restart.

I am on latest eu stable and use greek TWRP (3.3.1_12-08) basically i did the same steps as you tried to do.
After format data and sucessful reboot to TWRP there is no need to wipe anything.
For greek TWRP i recommend an USB-OTG device with latest MIUI by Xiaomi.eu 10.3.15 stable on it.
In TWRP install the SW from USB_OTG
Reboot to system, wait 2-4 min and averything should be working.
4dpa TWRP is also working fine, i tested both.

plus or minus:
"Dm-verity and Forced Encryption Disabler. Many Android ROMs have become more and more secure. Many devices have been equipped with new system security mechanism to protect any advanced modification to the system itself. One of the known mechanism is Device Mapper Verity, also known as dm-verity"

(I would recommend a clean flash to prevent any mishap. However, this is a tested method on my Redmi 7S, I would not be responsible for your bricked phone, you know!)
First of all, backup all your important data & boot up into Orangefox.
Go to Menu》Settings》Tick "Disable Forced Encryption " (make sure it's ticked up)
Tip: In case you're flashing official MIUI, also tick "Disable dm-verity".
Now go to Wipe section
Select all partions except Internal storage, Micro SD and USB OTG.
Swipe to wipe.
Very Important: Go to Menu》Reboot》Recovery to reboot to recovery.
Now from the main menu, go to files, choose the ROM package and flash.
Now to be safe (however not needed), you would like to reboot to recovery rather than to system to make sure everything go right.
Then from Recovery go to Menu> Reboot>System.
It should boot up in around 5-10 min.
Best of luck.

Ahem! Most definitely do NOT tick either of these, or it will end in tears. With lavender, you must keep DM-Verity and encryption intact.

I lost It, the ROM replaced OrangeFox with Redmi Recovery, just reflash the Recovery from fastboot when you've installed the ROM

Yes - if the ROMs are based on compatible device trees with similar encryption protocols. Some of the new FBE ROMs fall in that category.
