I've been using my Oneplus 5 for quite a while with the following configuration:
OOS 5.0.4, Magisk 16.3, Boeffla Kernel 2.0, AFWall+ and everything worked fine. After upgrading to OOS5.1 (and Boeffla 2.1 Beta) I'm facing network connectivity issues.
Right after a fresh boot everything works fine. But then sometimes, networking (WiFi and Cellular) stop working. I can't get any data at all. Enabling and disabling flight mode doesn't help and disabling AFWall+ doesn't help either.
The network's are connected, I get IP Addresses and DNS Servers, but just no data
To get things working again I have to reboot the phone which is quite annoying. Anybody else facing this issues? Any suggestions?

It's definitely not the oos problem. Please backup and clean flash. I guess it's kernel or some of your apps like AFWall.
Reading this I felt kernel issue as well. Make sure you're not using the kernel you were using on. 5.04 (Oreo 8.0). Make sure you have a kernel from him that is made for OOS 5.1 (Oreo 8.1). Any thing from him that worked on the Open Betas should work fine
Solved it, was a problem withnAFWall+ custom script that no longer works on Oreo 8.1
I have installed twrp on my redmi note 7 with ressurection remix and for some reason I cannot connect to any wifi without setting it to static first. When it is set to dhcp, i get the message 'sign in required'. I have flashed the newest firmware files from the XiaomiUpdater website. I dont know what else to do. This issue happens with any custom rom I have. Please help.
If it happens with any ROM, sounds like there is an issue with WiFi router configuration? Have you tried connecting anything else to that WiFi router to rule out it's not the cause?
Hi, i'm having issues with switch from 5ghz to 2.4ghz of the same WiFi. When I do this and try to open random app phone freeze and reboot automatically. I'm having this issues with all miui 11/12 rom (eu, global, eea). I think it can be "oldcam patch" issue.
If someone has had the same problems as me write it.
after flashing Lineage OS 16. i thought it was a ROM issue. then i flashed AEX ROM as well. and the issue stilll remains which is
Wifi, Bluetooth and Hotspot stopped working. It shows it's address as "unavailable".
I hope someone can give me suggestions on how to resolve this.
